I loved this company because they provided a tasting in my home for a small price. Once I chose to go with them they applied the money I paid for the tasting toward my bill. I requested the tasting for 2 and they bought plenty of food. I used their drop of service and they dropped my food off promptly and were very helpful through the process

Camille and her team are extremely friendly and accommodating. My wife is fond of lemon cake with chocolate frosting that they made and delivered to us on our big day with no additional charge. Our food was the southern style dinner that was amazing! Additionally, they drove some distance to bring the tasting to our house based off of our busy schedule.
My only complaints for their service was the oversight regarding the salad that was supposed to be included with our dinner which was never brought to the venue. However, when I identified this a few days after the wedding she promptly recognized the mistake and provided a refund. Additionally, the BBQ sauce for the pulled pork was only 1 bottle for 40 people. Price seemed to be fair for what we requested.

In the beginning I had been incredibly impressed with 2girls Catering. After dealing with big time caterers who were just pumping out business and not treating my fiancé and I like humans, we were so glad to have a real conversation with Camille, the owner/chef. I liked that they provided price/item/person lists upfront and were very flexible to work with. However, when the wedding day came I felt like the caterers were in over their heads and did not come through for my expectations. Here are some of the problems we encountered with 2 Girls Catering Services.

We paid $300 for 2 beverage service and only one beverage was present at the wedding reception. The refunded $138 but only after taking off an original discount that we received for booking before a certain date.

Our cocktail hour was extremely disappointing. We had paid for bruschetta (baguette with 3 types of sauce toppings to spread) and a fruit display. My mother had purchased a cheese tray from a separate vender and had it set up on the cocktail table. I was not there to observe since we were taking photos at the church but some of the comments I have received from my guests about the cocktail hour were: “I remember seeing some untoasted slices of bread with some salsa stuff but it was only enough to feed like 12-15 people..it went fast and wasn’t replenished” “I remember seeing some slices of bread and maybe some salsa but it got taken away before I got some” “I mostly ate the cheese and don’t remember seeing any bruschetta”. I can’t confirm because I wasn’t there for the cocktail hour but based on the comments from my guests, it sounds like we did not get what we paid for.

During the meal time we had hot dogs and hamburgers. They told my brother he could only have a hot dog or a hamburger..not both. There were 85 guests there, we paid to feed 100. We paid for 100 hamburgers and 50 hotdogs to ensure that there would be enough for each guest to have a hamburger and an additional hot dog

We were told via phone that by purchasing the full service bar (not the drop-off option) that we would have a chef, 3 servers and 1 bartender. The night of there was only 1 server, the chef, and a bartender.
We paid for a fruit display to be present the entire reception, from the cocktail hour to the dinner, but the fruit had been taken away before 7 “to make room for toppings”. This is after we had a run-through with Camille before the wedding day to confirm that the space we had provided at the reception would be sufficient. My mother had to go and ask them to put it back out for dinner. They later suggested that our guests ate too much fruit and they ran out during the cocktail hour. Again, we only had 85 total guests (only about 70 if you remove the bridal party) and we had paid per head for 100 people. Running out of food isn’t an acceptable excuse with these numbers. They told us later that they had a watermelon in the back to put out but never cut it up or displayed it due to lack of space. If we didn’t eat it, we shouldn’t be charged for it.

I’m not the type that likes to leave bad reviews, but after planning a wedding, I understand the headache it is to pick vendors and how much brides rely on the reviews other brides write for them. I’m assuming that with the lack of servers and other unlucky circumstances that 2 Girls was just under-prepared

Be ware!!! This was the worst catering experience I've had in my life! They ruined my wedding. Nothing that was contracted was delivered. They ask for all payment up front because they refuse.to provide a refund when they don't bring half your dinner. They are complete con artists and they stole my salad plates. The food they did bring was ice.cold! Instead of preparing and serving, they were lounging on my furniture. My wedding cake was half iced with no filling and the "design" was wrapping dollar store beads around the cake. It was gross and embarrassing. Our "gourmet mini dessert display" was four different cakes from sams club cut into chunks. The pictures on their website will NOT be what you get. Catering from McDonalds would have been a better option and I will have to sue them to get any of my money back. They also left a ton of junk in my house that they refuse to pick up.
