Jessica and her team at 3 Little Birds were an absolute dream to work with! From the moment we started planning our wedding at the stunning Houdini Estate, Jessica was there every step of the way, guiding us with her expertise, creativity, and unwavering dedication. Her attention to detail and ability to bring our vision to life was truly remarkable. I’m still not sure how she pulled it off!
Throughout the year-long planning process, Jessica was a constant source of support and inspiration. She listened carefully to all of our wild ideas, offering invaluable advice and suggestions that elevated our wedding to heights we never thought possible. Her knowledge of the venue and her network of top-notch vendors ensured that every aspect of our wedding was flawless.
On the day of, Jessica and her team were the picture of professionalism and grace. They seamlessly coordinated every detail of our 150 person event, from the extensive rentals to the impeccable timing of events, allowing us to focus only on the joy and celebration of our special day.
Thanks to Jessica's meticulous planning (down to the minute!) and exceptional execution, our wedding at the Houdini Estate was an absolute fairy tale come to life.
All of that’s to say, we wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for a truly exceptional wedding planning experience. We couldn’t have done it (or anything close!) without her. -

I found Three Little Birds after an online search for event rental companies in Los Angeles and reading all of their positive reviews on this platform. From the moment I reached to them, through the selection and ordering process, through the delivery/setup/breakdown, I felt special! My questions were always answered with kindness and the whole team has such a great customer service orientation. I rented tables, chairs, chair pads, and runners for a birthday part at my home, and everything turned out so beautifully! They made my event more elegant and comfortable than I ever could have done on my own. They have a great catalog and a friendly, on time delivery team, so I will for sure use them for all of my future events, and send all my friends and colleagues their way. I highly recommend 3 Little Birds Event Planning! I did a lot of research and compared to all other vendors, their quality and broad selection in their inventory was the best I have seen. Their staff were professional and so kind to go the extra mile to help us have a special wedding. They showed up on time and delivered. They corresponded right away in every communication. They had prices that were better than competitors. And we felt so cared for by them throughout the process. So thankful we chose 3 Little Birds as our vendor to make our special day so wonderful! -

Best team!!
Our wedding was held at my mother's which meant that we didn’t have the luxury of having the venue take care of every tiny detail. The last thing we wanted was to be putting out fires on the big day.
Without 3 Little Birds wedding coordinators, the wedding could have easily become a disaster situation but instead, it ended up being one of the best weddings our guests have ever attended.
There were so many situations that came up during our wedding day that they quickly and professionally handled, but one stands out above the rest. About an hour prior to the ceremony, we got word that our bartender would not be coming because he thought the event was canceled. This is obviously a nightmare situation as the open bar with our signature drinks is a crucial aspect of the reception.
Dustin, Kate, and Heather immediately filled in as impromptu bartenders and undoubtedly saved the day. This was not something that was part of their job description prior to the wedding and they stepped up to fill the role without hesitation. Our guests had no idea that they weren’t the actual bartenders who were hired for the event. They did absolutely amazing and deserve all the credit in the world.
If you’re stressed about anything going wrong during your big day, look no further than 3 Little Birds to ensure your dream wedding goes off without a hitch. -

Jessica from Three Little Birds coordinated our wedding with spectacular results. She has the right kind of energy to make sure everything moves on time which we needed on a day like this! She also suggested many additional items to enhance the venue décor further, but we never felt pressured to. The experience was perfect for what we needed. She was punctual, knowledgeable, and in high spirits on our special day. We couldn’t imagine everything going off without a hitch now without her and her team. 3 Little Birds is an exceptional wedding planning and rental company! The amount of care and thoughtfulness they put into planning and support their couples is incredible. Jessica and her team go above and beyond in finding the best vendors, balancing the budget, and creating the vision of the couple. In this pandemic their team has rescheduled my wedding 3-times and because of their organization and professionalism it has been a breeze. I feel so lucky I found 3 Little Birds and sooo appreciative for all the work they continue to do. I highly recommend them for any event for rentals and planning! -

We hired Three Little Birds as a day of coordinator for our wedding. They were very detail oriented and excellent communicators. This allowed us to keep on track leading up to the wedding and also on our big day. They were very friendly and brought very positive energy to our celebration of love. We can't say enough great things about Jessica and her team! About a year before our wedding day, we reached out to 3 Little Birds to learn more about their services, and we decided to go with their partial wedding planning package.
For the first several months, we checked in with Jessica on a regular basis just to bounce around ideas and make sure that we were staying on top of everything that needed to get done. Ever since our very first meeting, Jessica brought ideas for vendors that we would have never considered, some of which saved us significant money.
As our big day neared (about 3-4 months out), we were in more frequent contact with her about logistics, and she was always very organized and on top of whatever we needed. On our wedding day itself, we had a few last-minute needs arise, and she dropped everything to make sure that we didn't have to think twice about them. Everything went according to plan!
As we think back on our wedding, we can honestly say that we were able to fully enjoy it in the moment and have cherished the memories from that day ever since. If not for Jessica and her team's seamless management of every detail, we're sure our wedding experience would have been very different! -

3 Little Birds is an amazing rental company. As a wedding coordinator I have worked with many, many vendors and it is always a joy to work with people who are kind and responsive. Their paperwork was on time and correct and they were very responsive to all of my communications. All of the rentals were so beautiful, and they really helped to set the mood for the party. Not only that, but every single person delivering and picking up was so kind and helpful. From helping me set up florals when the florist wasn't able to enter the building to quickly and efficiently setting up and packing up, they were a pleasure to work, and I hope to do so again in the future. -

Jess made my wedding planning experience so easy! We even had to reschedule our wedding THREE times due to covid, and constantly change our plans, and it was still easy as pie. She helped me find awesome vendors that fit our specific vision and never tired during constant re-planning and date changes. The fact that she has her own rental company made the decoration so easy and it was so nice not needing to find another vendor for all that stuff. Then on the day of she assigned us the most amazing coordinators that helped decorate, herd guests, bring us drinks or whatever we needed, and even sewed a bridesmaid into her dress when her zipper broke! We didn't have to worry about a thing, we just sat back and enjoyed the ride and everything just magically happened around us. I couldn't have done it without them! -

We were referred to Jessica & 3 Little Birds by our venue (The Houdini Estate) we wanted to work with someone who was familiar with the ins and outs of that specific venue but we talked to a handful of planners before deciding to go with 3 Little Birds. They were fantastic to work with, very helpful, patient giving guidance where needed but also letting us have a voice opinion and bring our own vendors, asks to the table without any issue. Going through them for rentals made it so much easier as well as helped our budget go further... Jessica was so reassuring for the minute by minute plan for day of putting my nerves at ease and allowing us to fully enjoy the day of! They went above and beyond and really made for an amazing day for us and our guests. We had multiple people compliment us on the "flow" of the day and how smoothly everything ran and transitioned from one moment/location to the next through the day which was all due to Jessica and her team. I would love to work with them again and highly recommend them :) -
