  This is the perfect venue for a wide variety of events. We have used it for showers and a rehearsal dinner. And we have attended many functions and parties there. The weddings were so special. The space lends itself to the uniqueness of each bride. Each time everything was in order and everyone is very easy to work with! We highly recommend 314 Exchange for all of your event plans!

  Wedding Reception

  My wife and I held our wedding reception here in August. It was a wonderful venue with many different options for layout arrangements and the owners were very accommodating. They have an open catering and bar service policy which we appreciated a lot. 10/10 will always recommend.

  Beautiful Venue with Outdoor and Indoor Spaces

  The 314 Exchange was a beautiful backdrop to our Wedding Reception. The owners and manager are wonderful and very accommodating. You can tell they take meticulous care of their space and care a lot about their customers. I definitely suggest seeing this place in person! It will not disappoint.

  Mid range pricing with beautiful spaces for a dream wedding

  This is a gorgeous space that can accommodate both the ceremony and the reception. Their prices start at 3 hour minimums and 7 hour blocks that vary greatly in pricing depending on the day starting at 450 for 3 hours on weekdays to 750 to 950 on weekend blocks. There is a beautiful park across the lawn with a gorgeous gazebo and other spaces that are great for photographs. The barn that has been turned into a dance floor is just gorgeous and spacious and theres various spaces available within 314 to fit your taste. It is absolutely beautiful and can accommodate a beautiful indoor wedding.
