Very professional and flexible, would recommend them for anyone

We got married on 12/31/17 and had an amazing time. We used the Grand Ballroom (upstairs) and truly were blown away by the beauty of this room. I was fully prepared to be setting everything up on the morning of, but to my amazing surprise, when my family and I showed up, everything was already done for us. We made pictures of all the centerpieces and set up exactly as we had planned, including our extra tables like our "NYE Table" which had hats, noise makers and other items for ringing in the New Year. Our place settings were already done for us and just so incredible and such a relief to not feel stressed the morning of. We were allowed to use the coat room, which was a wonderful plus. The staff did everything for us. We did not have to clean up until 01/02, which was another plus. We did not have to worry about anything that night except taking the alcohol with us. When we went in on the 2nd, everything was packed up and ready to leave with us. Truly cannot say enough about this venue! Another plus was being able to bring our own alcohol. We were able to drop it off several days early so we did not have to worry about it in the final days to the wedding. The same was with all of our decor as well.

We had our wedding ceremony in the Lodge Room upstairs and our reception in the Camelot Room. We worked with Marty and his daughter Brittany and they were absolutely amazing! They have been doing weddings for a long time, and it really showed. They were extremely professional and organized and always got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. They always made sure we had everything we needed and did everything they could to make things easier and put our minds at ease. They genuinely wanted you to have the most special day possible. The reception was absolutely wonderful. They had us bring all of our decorations in the day before and show them how we wanted things set up and they took care of the rest. They completed all of the set-up and tear down and even help load/unload the cars. The food was absolutely delicious and the entire staff was very nice, courteous and professional the entire night. Everyone at our wedding had a wonderful time and it was absolutely beautiful. I could not have had a more perfect wedding day :)

The Grand Ballroom of the Masonic Temple was absolutely perfect for our Christmas wedding! It looked stunning and we were so happy with the way everything turned out. We loved the ambiance of celebrating in such a beautiful and historic building! The pictures turned out great!

There were some staff changes no one told us about and some questions left unanswered until 2 weeks before the wedding. The staff, however, especially Jimmy, was very helpful in lugging all our stuff in, storing boxes, bringing everything back out, etc. The bartenders were wonderful and wanted to make our night the best possible. This venue is stunning and totally worth it!!!

The wedding reception was great. The food was good and everyone had a good time. However, their communication skills are lacking. They were hard to get ahold of and never replied in a timely manner. They neglected to tell me that they would not be done cleaning up from an event the night before when I came in to sent up my reception.
