    Absolutely Wonderful!

Words can't describe the joy that fills us just thinking about how wonderful Rhiannon and John are! They went above and beyond expectations for us. They truly felt like family when our wedding day came along. They treated our family and friends with respect. They couldn’t stop telling us how much they loved Rhiannon and John!

We hired them to be our day of coordinator. We met three times prior to our wedding (technically four if you include our consultation). Rhiannon contacted all the vendors on my behalf prior to the wedding to make sure they have a timeline as well as our last-minute change to an indoor wedding due to weather. Our wedding ran so smoothly! We can say for a fact it wouldn't have gone remotely smooth without them! We highly recommend 413 Events.

    413 Events is the best

My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding is to hire 413 Events. They will save you time, they will save you money, and they will make your day as easy as possible.

From the first day we met them (by lucky chance at the Seattle Wedding Expo!), they impressed us with their ability to answer every question and concern we had (and we had a lot!), making the entire planning process feel supportive and easy. On top of their day-of coordination responsibilities, they also helped us with our vendors -- even going to so far as saving the day by helping us fill a last-minute DJ spot! They were always available to bounce ideas and concerns off of and their attention to detail ended up saving us a ton of money, when they reviewed another vendor's quote. I think in the end, they saved us more money than they cost us.

Thanks to their hard work we were able to relax and, more importantly, enjoy our wedding day stress-free. I honestly can’t imagine what our wedding would have looked like without their help.

We are endlessly grateful for 413 Events for helping make our wedding day unforgettable!

    Professional, Organized, Top-Tier

I was blown away with the 413 Events team. We were both hired last minute by a client to cover a huge event (I was hired for film) and I couldn't have done it without the 413 events team. They came beyond prepared despite the little time to acquire all the details and made sure I had all the information I needed to be most valuable for the client. The event involved hundreds of people, outfits changes, multiple vendors and the 413 team handled it so well and rolled well with all the punches in order to make the almost 8 hour event run smoothly. I look forward to working with the 413 Events team again!

    Amazing Vendor!

Rhiannon and Bridget were so fun and great to work with! They are really detailed oriented and professional. They are such a dynamic duo and compliment each other very well. They were well organized and helped me so much on my wedding day as Day of Coordinators. They are so good that they will be coordinating my cousin's and sister's wedding as well! I highly recommend their services!

    Fantastic and Professional

I connected with 413 Events April of 2021 through a facebook group. The event was a Kentucky Derby themed wedding at a farm where they boarded and trained horses for show. Rhiannon bent over backwards to keep everyone happy and she thought of EVERYTHING!! They handled renting and assembling all the tents, dance floor, and the reception area. Even as far as connecting with all of the other vendors (DJ, Bar, Florist) And then everything went wrong... There were issues with the power, and the assembly team for the MASSIVE tents. The owner of the venue tried to go back on her obligations multiple times and Rhiannon advocated for this event like a momma bear. And then... RAIN. So. Much. Rain. It was pouring, and everything was soggy and dreary- but the team kept us all dry, and made sure everyone had warm drinks and a chance to eat- and best of all- kept the dance floor clean and dry so that the party could go on without fear of falling in an expensive dress! I recommend 413 Events to literally anyone looking for a wedding planner/coordinator because they are simply put, The Best!!

413 Events - Champagne Toast Package

Rhiannon and Bridget were great collaborators in the wedding planning process. From our initial call to wedding reception they shared excitement, ideas, and contacts to make our day as successful as possible. Need help finding photographers at X price range? They have a list for that. They are well connected, have been doing this for many years, and are great at keeping organized through their platform. We took a unique spin on our wedding reception and they were there in full support with great ideas. They helped in the complicated logistics of our vendors, a short setup/ teardown timeline, and muscle for the venue flip. They brought up concerns and to-dos in a timely manner for me to address them. All in all - a successful event and great time had by all.

    18th Birthday

I was so disappointed because the only reason why I hired them is to help me with picture taking part because everything was planned already even before I talked to them. But unfortunately, couple of tables from my daughter( the celebrant) friend group was not able to get the chance to have their picture taken with the celebrant. I already suggested to them the way on how I wanted to do it to make it look orderly but they did not follow what I suggested. So the picture taking part of the event ended up too messy. She even told my daughter that it's okay to cover her gown with the guest during the picture taking. The pictures are so important on our family since thats the only remembrance to that big milestone of my daughter. I regretted hiring them.

    413 Events's reply:

    Hi Jo,
I’m incredibly sorry that you feel this way.
We were asked EXTREMELY last minute to take on your very large event on Monday the 13th, and the event was Sunday of that week.

We asked for all vendor information to be in to us by Wednesday the 15th, which you declined to give us at any point. This information should have been no issue to hand to us. We finally received a list of phone numbers from you on Friday at 3:10pm and with an event on Saturday- there was simply no time to hand call each and every one of the vendors before end of business for the week. Most vendors are extremely busy during this part of the year and emails are typically the best way to communicate. Because of this, we did not have prior ability to discuss a game plan for your daughter’s party of 250 people with the people who mattered the most, when it comes to the best flow of the event.

Taking photos with 250 people takes hours, and we actually did it EXACTLY as you requested. The only part we did differently was trying to allow your daughter to get her food first; before the multiple hour, group photo session. Unfortunately, due to her dress being tied a bit too tight, she was not feeling well and never ate.

Tables were announced, HEAD table, then 15, 22, and after that- you specifically said “ You didn’t care about what order.” The guests then went to the stage for photos with your daughter, then they were told to head to the buffet line. I told your daughter during only ONE of the photos that it was “ok to cover her dress” aka people could stand in front of her 10 foot train because:
    A. there was more than 15 people in that photo
    B. she and her beautiful massive dress were elevated on a stage 2 feet above them- there was no way to get the whole dress and all those people into 1 frame without a wide angle lens- which I’m almost 100% certain your amazing photographer, didn’t pack for this event.
    C. your family/friends decided on squeezing more people into a photo and creating their own new groupings for photos- also taking their own photos with a phone, despite multiple requests by the photographers not to.
    D. you had other guests cutting into the group pictures “just really quick” with their own photos with other table members ( not their just their own table) just like we were concerned about.

This was “messy” because it was allowed to be to accommodate both the wishes of your family and your daughter’s guests. Two or three guests’ tables were skipped for photos per your wishes, as only 3-4 were still seated and the rest had dismissed themselves to the buffet before the table had been dismissed by us for photos and dinner.

We are the ones you came to for help and you insisted on doing what you wanted. Guests do not want to stay out and watch 90 minutes of photos while waiting for their food. No one wants that. A better idea would have been to take the photos outside into the lobby area, dismiss 1/2 of the room to the two, double sided buffets. By the time that 1/2 would have had their photos, the second 1/2 would have been finished with dinner and ready to get photos. We expressed our concern about the length of time it would take to do the photos. You seemed to feel that the guests would be fine with waiting more than 1 hour to get food.

The reason you came to us is that we do this everyday, not once in a lifetime. The timeline that we created together wasn’t respected in any way and MANY things were not “planned fully ahead of time”. Also, dismissing the tables would have been much smoother, had you given us a layout with table numbers or an order of whom you wanted to dismiss like we asked for. As we didn’t have adequate time to prepare, which you kept assuring us was “fine” and it “didn’t matter”, that it would be “easy”. No event is easy when the timeline has 40 hands in it and everyone keeps doing whatever they wish, instead of what they agreed to.

Secondarily- the rest of the Program was messy as well. There was no list of the 36 participants in the event’s program, despite asking multiple times for them. They didn’t even know who was participating in the individual events. There was no mic stand for the wireless microphone and their speeches had never been practiced or timed. The Band Leader would have benefited from all the speeches he had to read and names he had to pronounce, being written out with a pronunciation for him for any difficult ones.

Personally, I was amazed that despite an 79 minute event timeline deficit, we managed to pull that back to only a 19 minute overage. We even helped clean up for more than an hour, despite not being hired for that service. I’m deeply disappointed that you felt that we did so poorly to rate us a 1.8, but tipped us at the end of the night, and said thank you/we couldn’t have done it without you many many times. If the pictures for 250 people were so incredibly crucial, we should have had a more in depth conversation about your priorities for the event- and then we might have been better prepared to serve you. I am sincerely sorry, as I missed my own daughter’s birthday to help you, and even gave you a discount to help you out, as your budget was “snug”. Bridget and I wish you the very best in all of your future endeavors and your daughter is amazing - we hope she has the chance to change the world like she dreams of. She was truly a pleasure to work with, as were all of the vendors you chose.
