  Britt and her team were so amazing in helping me choose a venue, realistically look at my budget, give me honest feedback and plan the most amazing wedding! She got back to me within hours, and talked me off a ledge a few times and I could not have felt more comfortable putting my wedding in her hands! It felt like she understood exactly what I wanted and was like a friend planning my perfect day! Thanks!

Throughout the entire year prior to my wedding weekend, they were there every step of the way with an unprecedented level of responsiveness and competence. Not only did Francie and her team execute on the most incredible wedding weekend (rehearsal dinner, wedding, brunch) involving significant logistics - but her guidance, friendship, professionalism, sense of calm were truly invaluable throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail, atheistic and swift ability to execute on anything and everything never ceased to amaze us. Thank you, thank you 42N from the bottom of my heart!!

  42 North planned my wedding in August 2017 and I could not have asked for a better team to work with and plan my wedding day. Britt & Francie are consummate professionals--responsive, willing to help you create your fantasy day while still sticking closely to your budget, creative, patient, and kind--they are also really cool! Britt & Francie helped me envision my perfect day and brought their own ideas and vision to the table, making our wedding even better than we could have dreamed. They made the entire wedding planning process seamless and actually fun. My only regret is that the wedding is over so I don't have an excuse to work with these talented, incredible women.

  42 North is without a doubt in a league of their own! Francie, Britt and the rest of the team delivered on EVERY SINGLE aspect of our wedding.   From their chic aesthetic, to their lightning fast responsiveness and dealing with my moments of batty bridezilla, this team consistently delivered on all fronts-a level which to they surpassed the day of. They handled every last minute detail and crisis with equal aplomb, resulting in a flawless and perfectly executed event which just happened to be the best night of my life.

  I am an executive, and so I approached the process of finding a wedding planner as I would if I were hiring a really key employee. I did research, interviewed several vendors, and asked every question in the book. I believe that you can tell a lot about what people will be like to work in that first conversation, seeing whether they are clear, fun, organized, etc. As an early sign, 42 North was the only firm interested in me and my needs -- and the others spent most of their time talking about themselves and how they work.
  
  What a great decision: 5's all around! Francie and Britt told me that their goal was that I would be a guest at my wedding, feeling proud and excited, without a care in the world -- and they delivered. Everything was just amazing, and my friends are still calling me to talk about it, from how gorgeous the room looked to how the evening just flowed. Francie and Britt are outrageously creative, organized, hyper responsive, and proactive, and they work smoothly as a team. Nothing was too much for them, no idea of mine was silly, and no question was dumb. I think that they are the perfect combination of a) having deep experience with all aspects of weddings, and yet b) having the hunger to do well and build their reputations. I felt special, confident, and heard, and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

  Working with 42 North to plan my wedding was one of those rare instances where a vendor actually exceeded my expectations. My husband and I were married in December at my parents' home with 64 guests in attendance. Planning a wedding outside of a traditional wedding venue such as a hotel ballroom or event space carries with it special issues and considerations. I knew that in order to execute the vision that I had without any undue stress I would need to hire a full service planner. Francie and Britt came highly recommended by a trusted friend. I had interviewed other planners and designers but had yet to find a planner who I felt had both the necessary experience and natural sense of style and taste to help me plan my wedding. Francie and Britt have a wealth of professional experience that they called upon in negotiating vendor contracts, drawing up a detailed event plan and timeline and executing that plan with minimal oversight on the day. 42 North has my highest recommendation.

  Francie was perfect!!! She made the entire experience easy, fun and beautiful. She had great recommendations, was easy to deal with, responsive and did an amazing job. She took care of every detail. And her prices were extremely reasonable.

  Britt and Francie – You guys are fantastic!!! You made our daughters wedding a fantastic success, and when you have over 300 people that is no easy task. Having an outside venue adds to the complexity as you know, we not only had to bring everything in for the event, but had to make sure we had everything covered including plan B; the event of rain. You guys rocked!!
  
  You both are extremely knowledgeable, organized and resourceful in locating and negotiating the best options for the wedding. This included; securing the tents, tables, food and dinnerware, scheduling the transportation to the reception (17 miles away), coordinating our multiple vendors and making sure our guests were on time. The timeline for the actual event went off smoothly, how you kept everything and everyone on time was miraculous.
  
  However, the highlight of the wedding was your ability to clearly see our daughters’ vision for the day and make it a reality. Your suggestions were right on the mark and you were able to bring Caroline’s vision to fruition. You not only made us extremely happy, but you were able to blow everyone away! Everything went off without a hitch and any unexpected glitches were quickly and efficiently rectified without anyone realizing it. You guys are true professionals.
  
  Additionally, you were fun to work with and we truly enjoyed all of our planning and brainstorming sessions. We whole-heartedly recommend 42 North. We would never have been able to pull it off with out you.

  I just got married in August and I cannot say enough about my experience working with 42 North. We had looked into using a few different event planners in Boston but my husband's sister had used them for her wedding and highly recommended them. Not only are they the sweetest, most fun women to work with, they worked so hard to give us our absolute dream wedding. They not only planned the wedding, but they also did the welcome dinner/rehearsal dinner and the Sunday farewell brunch. I think what separates them from other event planners in the city that I had considered working with is that they literally go above and beyond to make your wedding dreams come true. I had an obsession with finding very specific chairs that I had seen on pinterest and they did so much research to find the chairs I wanted. My wedding involved a lot of little details and they literally did EVERYTHING for me which really made the whole planning process stress-free and fun. On another note, they have amazing taste and everything they touch looks beautiful. Many guests at our wedding told us ours was by far the most beautiful and enchanting wedding they had ever seen and I owe that to 42 North. They are worth every penny!

  The lovely ladies of 42 North truly made our wedding flow flawlessly, starting from the minute we brought them on board all the way through the end of the night of our wedding. During the planning process, they were super organized, professional, and no tiny detailed went overlooked. I felt 100% confident leading up to the big day that they had everything under control and it really allowed me not to worry about a thing and instead just focus on the fact that I was about to marry my best friend. I was so grateful to have them on site managing vendors, guests and our crazy wedding party of 20 so that to-be husband could just relax and enjoy our weekend - hiring them was the single best thing we could have done! Even with two major fiascos that came up on our wedding day (a neighbor of our ceremony venue said we could not have a wedding on her land, and our photobooth bus broke down on the way there), they jumped right in and solved the issues without me even knowing there was a problem to begin with (I only learned the next day!). With so many moving parts, your wedding day can be stressful and hectic, so I can't thank Britt + Francie enough for taking as much stress off my shoulders as possible and allowing me to really sit back and take everything in on our big day. They are organizational geniuses, will be flies on the wall during your wedding, but also always within arms reach when you need them. You won't be disappointed!

  I can't imagine how I could have had my daughter's wedding day be perfect without 42 North. Britt and Francie oversaw every single detail in a very professional way and set up a comprehensive timeline which included all the details of the wedding weekend and were there to handle all issues from transportation, to day of details including all beauty vendors, photographers, catering, band, and especially keeping all the wedding party calm, cool and collected. They are the perfect team and were totally there to answer any question while being quietly unobtrusive from start to finish. They are both incredibly organized and kept everyone else that way ! I cannot recommend them highly enough and know that they were responsible for our family having a perfectly stress free and hugely enjoyable wedding day....They handled all the details perfectly, leaving us to simply enjoy every moment of wedding day bliss.

Britt and Francie oversaw every single detail in a very professional way and set up a comprehensive timeline which included all the details of the wedding weekend and were there to handle all issues from transportation, to day of details including all beauty vendors, photographers, catering, band, and especially keeping all the wedding party calm, cool and collected. They are the perfect team and were totally there to answer any question while being quietly unobtrusive from start to finish. They are both incredibly organized and kept everyone else that way ! I cannot recommend them highly enough and know that they were responsible for our family having a perfectly stress free and hugely enjoyable wedding day....They handled all the details perfectly, leaving us to simply enjoy every moment of wedding day bliss.

  Hiring Britt and Francie to help us plan our wedding was, by far, the best decision we made, throughout the entire planning process. Thanks to them, our wedding was an overwhelming success. When we started making plans for the wedding I became extremely overwhelmed with the realization that I was completely clueless about what actually goes into planning a wedding. However, after our very first meeting with them, my anxiety and stress was replaced with excitement and reassurance.
  
  The venue we chose for our wedding required that we hire outside sources to bring in all rental items - tent, tables/chairs, linens, dance floor, etc. Given, Britt and Francie's years of experience in the wedding business, they were able to recommend the most qualified, dependable and fairest priced vendors in our area. Their amazing professional relationship with these high quality vendors allowed the event to run seamlessly and look beautiful. In addition, we were completely thrilled with the other wedding vendors they recommended, such as the caterer, florist, stationary shop, etc.
  
  Throughout the whole process Britt and Francie were extremely organized and detail oriented and made sure every aspect of the day was taken care of. They answered every one of our questions and concerns honestly and realistically and alleviated any stress I had with an encouraging pep talk or by taking trivial tasks off my plate.
  
  Come wedding day, I was stress-free and felt extremely relieved to know the event was in Britt and Francie's hands. Any issue that arose, throughout the day, was quickly and quietly taken care of. To say they were prepared would be an understatement.
  
  I can't speak more highly of 42 North Weddings and the impact they had on our whole experience. They enabled us to enjoy the planning process, but more importantly, completely adore our entire wedding day.

They helped us with EVERYTHING from ordering invites to choosing linens for our tabletops to making sure we were always on target with our timing and budget. They are creative and can think out of the box but are still spot on with traditional choices as well. Honestly, I cannot imagine how we would have had such a gorgeous, amazing, perfect wedding without them.
