We used 617 Weddings for the DJ for our wedding and I am so happy we did! When we initially called 617 for a consultation, we originally were only inquiring about videography. However, after we talked with Chuck Uglietta, we knew he would be a perfect match for our wedding at Peirce Farm in Topsfield! He had such great energy and was attentive to all texts, emails, and any questions or concerns we had. My husband and I absolutely loved having him as a DJ and would recommend 617 Weddings and Chuck Uglietta to anyone who is looking for a DJ! -

Best wedding EVER!
Aziz is AMAZING! He was extremely professional and organized with preparing for our big day! Aziz made it seamless as he gained the attention of all the guests at the right moments throughout the night. Every single guest said it was the best wedding they have ever been to due to the audience involvement throughout the night and all of the great music choices!!

617 weddings/events brought the magic to our event!
From the moment I walked into the ballroom at the Andover Country Club, I knew it was going to be a magical evening! It was transformed with the most incredible setup, which included a stage, large screens, plasma tvs around the room, and an incredible sound system. It was beyond our wildest dreams! From the start, DJ Aziz Idhamou from 617 Weddings/Events gave us the attention and level of professionalism we needed for our non-profit's annual Gala. We felt DJ Aziz was a true partner, being fully invested in the event's success. His attention to detail throughout the night assured that our timeline, which included speeches, a video, a candle-lighting ceremony, and so much more were executed seamlessly. We will not hesitate to use DJ Aziz and the entire crew at 617 Weddings/Events for our future events! -

Honestly, you need to book 617 Weddings ASAP. DJ Jimmie Espo and DJ Aziz were incredible. Absolutely legendary. Jimmie crushed it as our MC and DJ - he was the perfect choice for us. He is extremely professional and his knowledge in the industry surely shows.
He has amazing energy that instantly gets your guests excited. We had a 200 person wedding, and every single person is still talking about how amazing he was in terms of his music choices, ability to keep people on the dance floor for 5 hours straight, professionalism, and his charisma.
Jimmie was extremely responsive through out the entire process. As a bride, I wanted to customize my ceremony walk out song and first dance song and Jimmie made every wish I had come true effortlessly. He was always willing to jump on a phone call to talk through some ideas and when my husband and I spoke to him the week of the wedding to go over final details, Jimmie did an incredible job of talking us through everything and even offering ideas of how to make the day even better given his experience. He had us laughing for an hour straight and calmed all our nerves.
During the wedding, Jimmie was extremely attentive. He and his assistant DJ Aziz did everything they could to make sure me and my husband were comfortable and had everything we needed, including a drink in our hands at all times. Jimmie checked in on us through out the entire night explaining to us what was coming up next - he was more attentive than our actual coordinator at times lol. His uplighting was beautiful and he even took a breathtaking picture of the wedding party during the ceremony that he was able to display on the large screen of his DJ booth. SO COOL.
Jimmie was able to play music that all generations could enjoy. For someone who doesn't love oldies and favors house music, I was a little worried as to how all our guests ranging from 25-85 could be pleased. But, Jimmie told me not to worry, and he was right. He had a pulse on the dance floor the entire night and every song choice was absolutely perfect.
Everyone that attended our wedding cannot stop talking about the music that was played and everyone is saying they know who to book for their wedding - 617 Weddings!! Thank you so much DJ Jimmie Espo and DJ Aziz! Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and more and it's all thanks to you two. Still speechless!! -

The absolute best DJ and this is who you want at your wedding if you want to have a a great party. DJ Jimmie Espo was so responsive whenever I had questions in the wedding process and he made the day perfect. He has had experience at Willowbend in the past which was perfect because he was able to tell me how the day would look prior to wedding day. I would recommend 617 Weddings to anyone looking! -

Chuck went above + beyond for us!! He managed all of our music from ceremony to dinner to dancing, and it fit the vibe we were going for perfectly. I did not see one person sitting down the whole time, and I, myself, had to force myself off the dance floor to mingle with guests! He brought the energy and made everyone feel very comfortable. Chuck took care of everything, making my life so much easier. Anytime I reached out beforehand, Chuck responded so quickly and was so accommodating. I'm a Type A person and someone who had this wedding planned out down to details, and Chuck was on top of things I didn't even remember. He's a pro. I wouldn't look anywhere else! -

We had DJ Jimmie Espo for DJ and lighting services for our wedding in Boston. Jimmie and team went above and beyond the entire process. This was more than just a DJ service. Jimmie was a true asset throughout the day, offering to help with whatever we needed, communicating with all other vendors and family members. He frequently checked in with us before the ceremony, through cocktail hour and dinner. If we needed a coffee, he made it happen. If something wasn’t perfect with our set up, he was on it.
Then, we got to dancing, and Jimmie KILLED IT! We told him we wanted a real party, everyone up, excited and dancing, and he delivered. He gave us the idea to start off with a dance set right after the first dance before dinner and it really set the tone. We gave Jimmie our overall style and taste with some songs that we like, and then let him just do his thing to keep people dancing all night. The dance floor was packed the entire reception, and all the guests were raving about how good the music was. He mixed songs on the fly perfectly, adjusted quickly to the crowd, and played a wide variety of songs that fit ours and our guests tastes. You will not regret having DJ Jimmie Espo and 617 weddings as your wedding music and lighting vendor. -

What can I say. DJ CHUCK brought the energy!
He was extremely professional from start to finish and even helped us with our song choices. Once we filled out our preferences, he filled in all the blanks. The mood was awesome. I had the best time with my wedding and I didn’t have to worry about anything. He also read cues when I went off schedule and adjusted accordingly. A bonus is I really like his voice! A total professional! A perfect MC, as well as DJ. -
