My husband and I couldn't imagine a more perfect wedding day, and we are so deeply grateful to our month-of-coordinator, Tiffany, for making it all possible! From the very beginning of our planning process through the very end of our wedding day, Tiffany remained readily available and responsive to all of our texts and emails. About one month prior to our wedding day, she helped us formulate a detailed wedding day timeline and decoration plan which we were then able to review with our venue coordinator at our walk-through later that day.
From that point on, Tiffany assumed all communication with our vendors, addressing all of the fine details I wouldn't have thought of otherwise (like how many cake stands were available and necessary between our baker and our venue). The night before our wedding, she directed our wedding rehearsal and ensured that our marriage license was accurately completed.
With Tiffany coordinating and assistance from Yiquian and Kim, our entire wedding day flowed smoothly and flawlessly. Tiffany handled any last minute changes with ease and grace. With her meticulous organizational skills and calm, kind presence, my husband and I were free to simply be fully present with each other and enjoy the bliss and excitement of our entire wedding day. We simply couldn't thank Tiffany and the team at A Blissful Soiree enough for making our dream wedding a reality!

They helped with creating timelines and made sure we were on top of everything!
We recommend them to coordinate your wedding to help make it special and run smoothly! Both of them helped me get the leftover cake in the car, made sure we got a photobooth photo together (sounds like it'd be easy - no time!), met with us more than enough times to make sure everything was put together perfectly. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Chrystal also gave me/bridesmaid updates often to let us know what we should be doing and to make sure we are on schedule - very helpful. They were very nice, sweet, and made us feel very comfortable. So thankful to have had them. -

Hiring her to help with my month-of coordination was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process. Working with her was like meeting with a friend! She was always very punctual, organized, and easy to talk to. Her suggestions during our meetings really helped all my plans come together, and made the wedding day happen smoothly and as I hoped for. Many thanks to her team as well for being so supportive and attentive the whole day. I greatly appreciate all their hard work. Thank you so much, Chrystal!

We were able to discuss my needs and concerns in a very comfortable environment, and she was always so reassuring and helpful. Every detail on the wedding day was on point and the wedding ran so smoothly. I did not even have to worry about anything that day. I don't know what I would have done without Chrystal and her team that day!

User1912975 Sent on 11/09/2014Chrystal and A Blissful Soiree met and exceeded my expectations when it came to coordinating my wedding! Chrystal is thoughtful, organized, and passionate about weddings and event planning. It also helps that she is extremely sweet and easy to talk to. Her talents were most apparent in our timeline planning session. We went through each minute of the wedding day to ensure there would be enough time to accomplish everything I wanted. For example, I was worried I wouldn’t have enough time to change back into my wedding dress for cake cutting after changing into my traditional Chinese dress for table toasts. Chrystal assured me that we would make time, and she'd keep us on track during table toasts. Things worked out perfectly and even my other vendors were impressed when they received her timeline!
The one thing we couldn’t have anticipated and had the potential to disrupt our wedding day was the arrival of my husband’s 40 immediate and extended family members 2 HOURS PRIOR to the ceremony. To their credit, many of them were used to attending Chinese banquet style weddings, where it’s not unusual to run on “Asian time” and run an hour late. Since we were having a Western style wedding, my husband told his family to arrive early, but wasn’t specific enough as to the time they should actually arrive. In any case, Chrystal handled the situation and asked all of his family members to hang out in another room so they wouldn’t see me in my dress before the ceremony. We went ahead with the first look and bridal party photos as planned, and I almost forgot it happened! Props to Chrystal for saving the day!
I highly recommend Chrystal and A Blissful Soiree. She’s the glue that holds everything together on your wedding day so you can actually enjoy it and remember it for all the things that went right instead of wrong. -

From the moment we contacted her…. was the moment my stress level went down. She was helpful, easy to talk to, sweet, and she knows exactly what she’s doing. Chrystal’s help was what made our wedding day successful. Without her I don’t know what I would do and without her I would be lost and probably a bride-zilla! She helped me relax and enjoy every moment of my special day. I was sober for my reception so I saw what was going on… and what I saw is my reception going smoothly and beautifully! Chrystal is such a sweetheart and I would recommend her to everyone! Thank you Chrystal, I really appreciate and commend your hard work!
