  Above and beyond!!!

  We cannot recommend Kaitlin enough! From our first phone call I felt the weight of the stress leave my shoulders. While she is professional, she is incredibly personable and we knew immediately that she was the planner for us. We were planning from a distance and her level of organization and communication put us at ease throughout the process. Her attention to detail, willingness to work with you hands on, and timeline management made the evening flow smoothly allowing us all to relax and have a great time! So grateful we had her on our team!

  Kaitlin gave me the perfect day and on budget!

  Kaitlin was a total answer to prayer for me! I have a demanding job, a blended family with 6 kids, and full calendar. I was so overwhelmed with everything that comes with planning a wedding, especially with my humble budget. It would have never gotten done or turned out as PERFECT as it did without Kaitlin! She was the hands on project manager I needed by keeping me on track with what decisions I needed to make next to stay in the timeline. She held my hand the whole way from researching, calling, booking, and meeting with vendors to handling EVERYTHING day of. Kaitlin was available for numerous in-person meetings with me and my vendors and was super flexible with my busy schedule. Her attentiveness made me feel like I was her only client. I cannot say I would change one thing about my wedding day! I had an absolute BLAST and so did my guests, who are still talking about it. I still cannot believe the wedding we pulled off with our small budget thanks to Kaitlin's creativity and savviness. If anything went wrong that day, me and my guests had no idea because Kaitlin took care of it. I will be forever grateful to Kaitlin for giving my husband and I the most perfect wedding ever!

  My husband and I met with Kaitlin of A Charming Event after spending a lot of time to find the right wedding planner. She was patient and listened to all of the things we wanted to do. She made us feel comfortable and we made the best decision to hire her! Her and her team were amazing every step of the way and we actually had the chance to enjoy our wedding instead of being pulled in all directions. I definitely recommend her for any couple!

  Kaitlin was wonderful! She helped us so much with planning the day of our wedding, making sure all our vendors were on the same page, and going the extra step to make sure everything was the way that we wanted. She was available to talk to 24/7 and would always respond in a timely manner.

  Hiring Kaitlin Robison with A Charming Event was hands down the BEST decision I made during my year of wedding planning! I hired her to do Day-Of Wedding Coordination and she not only fulfilled every task laid out in the contract, but went above and beyond the call of duty starting weeks before the big day and lasting until the very last minute of our time at the venue the night-of.
  She is organized, knowledgable, helpful and responsive to say the least. From the time I signed the contract (months before my wedding) I had a access to her help via text, phone, and email. She even made time to visit my venue with me months in advance and offered to help with any crafts I needed to make for my DIY wedding.
  I honestly don't know what I would have done without Kaitlin in the days leading up to my wedding. She was there to help organize the smallest of details and had the answers to questions about things I had no idea how to tackle. She worked out the delivery times with all of my vendors and put together the official timeline for the day. She also organized our rehearsal and worked tirelessly with her assistant to help us and our wedding party set up the venue for the next day.
  The day of the wedding was breeze with Kaitlin and her assistant there to help. Even with some minor road bumps (including our DJ threatening to walk out on us during dinner!), Kaitlin was able to smooth everything over and put me at ease. She worked over 12 hours the day-of setting-up, decorating, working with vendors, making sure everything was working smoothly and efficiently and eve tearing down everything!
  I would recommend Kaitlin to anyone looking for someone who is hard-working, dedicated, organized and willing to go the extra mile. We cannot thank her enough for all of her talent and hard work she poured into making our special day that much more special!

  We hired Kaitlin as a Day of coordinator for our wedding in May 2013. She was terrific from the very beginning. At the very first meeting, she was professional and knew what we wanted. Kaitlin shared some great ideas, and worked with us through all the small details of the wedding. Our wedding turned out great! We actually felt calm and relaxed on our wedding day! Each little detail was perfect. Kaitlin was professional, extremely responsive, and understands what it takes to throw a great party. She is our go-to person for any party planning. We cant thank her enough! We would definitely recommend her for your events.

She was knowledgable and helped us find vendors that were great to work with as well. Without Kaitlin I would have been stressing the whole time but she was quick and always there making sure our party was exactly what I wanted it to be.   Kaitlin my event coordinator was amazing! She took care of anything and everything the day of the wedding. I was completely stress free thanks to her. She got along with everyone so well and made everyone feel like a friend. Anyone would be lucky to have Kaitlin coordinate their event.
