  Linnie & A Hundred Hearts is absolutely amazing!!

  We're so happy that we picked Linnie of A Hundred Hearts to be our wedding coordinator! All throughout the process, Linnie was very responsive and organized. She is clearly very experienced in wedding coordination with thoughtful guiding questions, expert advice, and great connections. She is a joy and very pleasant to work with, while making sure to keep everyone on task, and your drink of choice in your hand on your wedding day (if you partake).
  
  Linnie was our coordinator in June 2024 at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park - Kijamii Overlook. We selected the "day-of coordination" package, but Linnie's service was so much more than just the one day, as others have mentioned. In addition to coordinating on the day of the wedding, the service came with an initial planning meeting, monthly e-mail check-ins & advice on questions, a month-of meeting, regular e-mail exchanges the month-of, a rehearsal run through, and decor set-up & breakdown support. Working with her comes with a very thorough checklist and a website of resources. She also makes your detailed timeline, day-of task list, and checks in with all vendors the week of your wedding, and more. She has even more comprehensive packages where she does even more if you need it.
  
  On top of all that, her pricing was competitive compared to others in the area, especially for what you get. If you do select her, tip her well if you can since her work is worth every penny. I believe that our wedding was as smooth as it was because of Linnie's support. I highly recommend Linnie and A Hundred Hearts!

  Linnie is simply the best! We hired her to be our day-of coordinator and she was that and more! We live out of town and planned everything ourselves. We thought we could handle it since we were able to find most of our vendors ourselves, but everything became overwhelming pretty quickly. We wish we had found Linnie earlier in our planning process! She helped put everything into prospective and helped make sense of our vision. Seriously, we could not have done it without her and her amazing team!

  Pure magic!

  Linnie was my planner and coordinator for my summer wedding. As someone who has never done this before, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Linnie made the process so easy and enjoyable. We hired her for full service and we met with her each month to go over every single detail. I really felt like she got into my head and knew exactly what I wanted because my wedding day went off seamlessly. It was pure magic. I highly recommend Linnie and her team for your wedding day!

  Linnie is the BEST wedding coordinator out there! She is so sweet, funny, extremely organized, and professional. We hired her for our day of coordinator for our March 2023 wedding and she made our dream wedding come true! She did so much more than just help the day of. We had a two year engagement and booked Linnie a year out and throughout it, she would send emails to check in, provide suggestions on vendors, and overall was extremely helpful. We had two long planning meetings and the month of the wedding, she was on top of everything and quickly responded to all of my many many emails and texts. I was definitely a very anxious and stressed bride, but Linnie was so patient and supportive and made the planning process so much easier for us. We had a lot of specific details (tea ceremony, money dance, private dance, cookie table, dogs) and she was amazing with putting it all together. We loved working with Linnie and we highly recommend hiring her and her team. You will not regret it!

  Planning a CA wedding from WA- this planning service was perfect!

  To sum it all up: Linnie and her A Hundred Hearts services was perfection! Our January 28th, 2023 wedding reception at Shade Hotel Manhattan Beach was executed beyond our wildest dreams!

  My husband and I live in Washington and have planned most of our wedding long distance. As the months were getting closer to the big day, it started to become overwhelming to plan the logistics and the little details from a far. So, we started looking for planners that would fit our needs. I started researching for planners and remembered my cousin, Aileen who had a coordinator for her June 2022 wedding. A few days have passed after my initial thought, and I saw my cousin Aileen tagged one of her wedding photos with A Hundred Hearts tagged in it. I thought that was so wild that it came up to my feed when I just thought about it days prior. So, I started looking on A Hundreds Hearts services.
  
  With many hours of research and inquires, Linnie’s services were exactly what we were looking for. Linnie was very professional and detailed oriented right from the start which provided us reassurance that our last bit of the planning will be in good hands. As I was planning, I had a lot of visual mockups and ideas, and Linnie knew and understood my perspective. I appreciated her professional feedback as she has many years behind her in this field. Her online wedding planner saved us from so many Google Docs and spreadsheets! All the logistics, budget, guest list, timeline, to the floor plan of the venue was all in one platform. That service made it easier for us to communicate with her and her input of the day of.
  
  The day of the wedding, I knew that Linnie was going to do a good job that I didn’t have to think or worry about the reception, at all. From our initial meeting in November to the day of the wedding, I had full trust that we were going to be taken care of. The communication of Linnie was beyond my expectation, and I can tell she really takes pride in ensuring that everything on the day of the wedding will be perfect. And it was! Our wedding flow, design and the work with the numerous vendors was spot on and seamlessly incredible.

  Personable, organized, the best

  Sorry for the long overdue review 😆 LINNIE IS AWESOME!! We got married June 2022. We already knew of Linnie because 2 of our other couple-friends had her as their day-of coordinator for their weddings! And she loves NSYNC so how could we not? 😛 I’m a person who doesn’t mind planning and doing DIY things so it was great to know that Linnie was able and available for her day-of coordination services to help run the big day. From the start, it was easy to talk and discuss details with Linnie. She shared tips and advice and offered suggestions on things we didn’t even think to consider. From her experience, she was able to share some scenarios and recommended things based on our wants and needs. Scheduling meetings was easy and it wasn’t hard to contact her if we had any questions. She set us up with an online wedding planning system that kept everything organized from the guests names, seating chart, to vendors, contacts, and a major checklist for everything and any kind of wedding! It even had a budget tracker that you can help setup payment deadlines for. When it came to the day before the wedding and before the church rehearsal, she even helped set up some of our DIY decor since our reception venue was open for us to bring in some things early. The wedding day ran super smoothly! No issues at all. The day-of timeline was crystal clear and everyone we shared it with all knew the expected order of events and we pretty much stuck to the suggested times. Importantly, she made sure we had a small break to eat a bit of the hors d’oeuvres, have something to drink and use the bathroom before the reception grand entrance. And during dinner she made sure we got to eat most of our food because we all know how busy the celebration can be and not being able to eat all day! Very much appreciated!   Best wedding coordinator!

  Linnie is the most amazing wedding planner/coordinator in the world. I literally said multiple times during my wedding that I want her to also coordinate my life. I would not have had the perfect wedding that I did without her. She is a very calm person, which is essential during a wedding. She made me not forget any details. She made the process so simple and I didn't have to worry about it. I also made her get up and dance during the reception. You should too, (she actually hates it, but do it anyway). I forgot my veil at the venue, and she ended up keeping it for over a month while I was on my honeymoon. True customer service. She also connected with my vendors during the last month to make sure everything went smoothly. It was great to have that off my plate. She made sure that everything went on schedule during the wedding day. She made sure that me and my husband had hors d'oeuvres and drinks in our room, which was much appreciated. Linnie and her assistant were extremely professional, and I recommend her to anyone getting married. She was hands-down my favorite vendor that I had during my wedding.

  School Themed Wedding with Vintage Decor

  As someone who plans corporate events for a living, I had a particular vision in mind and really needed a day of coordinator. Add in the fact that my husband wanted to get married at his alma mater and the school had hosted ceremonies but never receptions. And the final oddity that our son (3) wanted one thing, a jumper at the reception into the mix of this unique wedding. I knew I needed someone who could take this on with a smile and say no problem. Then I found Linnie.
  
  She made sure all t's were crossed and i's were dotted and enabled me to actually enjoy an event I planned. I was able to handover my event book the week before and not worry at all.
  
  Having her meet with me 6 months prior for the venue walk through also gave me a few new vendors she had in her little black book, that I was missing. As finding vendors with the wedding boom was harder than I've seen in the past 15 years.
  
  Without Linnie I am not sure if our school-themed wedding with vintage decor and a jumper would of worked out. She and her 2 assistants made the day work amazingly!

  Highly recommend!

  We hired Linnie for our destination wedding in Florida. I have such a busy work schedule and am very Type A, I thought the planning process would be challenging and stressful. Linnie kept us organized and helped us find all of the vendors that we needed for the day. I was able to relax throughout the process and enjoy the whole wedding day because I knew I was in good hands!

  All our guests said it was the funnest wedding they've ever been to

  Our wedding was very custom and DIY, which made finding a wedding coordinator somewhat of a challenge. We were very lucky to have Linnie coordinate our 120 person wedding in Fallbrook, CA. She was incredibly flexible with our very unique touches to the wedding including having automatic recordings in place of a DJ, having a paper mobile for guests to find their seat instead of a poster. She was incredibly organized - making sure everyone in the family knew where they had to be and at what time. She was also so thoughtful and made a last minute beautiful arrangement on our sweetheart table after our Dr & Dr signs fell down. We also had several obstacles that she very gracefully dealt with - helping guests find their seat, re-arranging our timeline when food couldn’t be served right away because we lost power for a time, making sure we got certain pictures that we had before our photographers and videographers left for the night. She was also so sweet and kind to not just us but our entire family, which we really appreciated. As a cute touch, she even went the extra mile and painted her nails the colors of the wedding!

  Our wedding was very custom and DIY, which made finding a wedding coordinator somewhat of a challenge. We were very lucky to have Linnie coordinate our 120 person wedding in Fallbrook, CA. She was incredibly flexible with our very unique touches to the wedding including having automatic recordings in place of a DJ, having a paper mobile for guests to find their seat instead of a poster. She was incredibly organized - making sure everyone in the family knew where they had to be and at what time. She was also so thoughtful and made a last minute beautiful arrangement on our sweetheart table after our Dr & Dr signs fell down. We also had several obstacles that she very gracefully dealt with - helping guests find their seat, re-arranging our timeline when food couldn’t be served right away because we lost power for a time, making sure we got certain pictures that we had before our photographers and videographers left for the night. She was also so sweet and kind to not just us but our entire family, which we really appreciated. As a cute touch, she even went the extra mile and painted her nails the colors of the wedding!

  Our Wedding Day went so Smoothly - it was Perfect!

  We used Linnie for our wedding on 10/5/19 with ~150 guests. We booked her maybe 11 months beforehand with a partial planning package. We had monthly meetings and she connected us to vendors when we needed recommendations. I'm super type A and detail-oriented so I did a lot of the little things leading up to the wedding, but it was so helpful to have her coordinate with all the vendors in the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding and deal with any issues/changes. On the day, she had an assistant with her and they were both great. All of the decor and table settings were done beautifully! I didn't have to worry about anything day-of. Linnie kept us on schedule and let us know if we needed to make adjustments on the fly. She also was great at making sure that we got a break by ourselves in and got time to actually eat dinner. She knows what she's doing and I'd recommend her!

  LOVE HER! Professional, approachable and personable

  Linnie is an incredible coordinator. My husband and I hired her for Day-Of coordination and we have ZERO regrets. I had planned most of the wedding, but knew that the day-of I didn’t want to worry/stress about anything.

  A Hundred Hearts Review

  So my husband and I started planning our wedding 18 months from the date. We had originally planned on hiring a month-of coordinator in an effort to save cost; however, about 3 months into the planning both of us were out of our minds with stress. Enter Linnie - she is 100% a dream! From our first consultation, she asked the right questions and understood exactly what vision we had for our big day. We met with her every two weeks, and each meeting was dedicated to a certain aspect of our wedding (music, florals, tablescape, etc.) which made the planning a lot more doable. She made sure we kept up with our emails and followed up whenever necessary. Plus, in addition to her wonderful wedding planning skills, you get the added bonus of a sounding board when the stress gets to be unbearable. She has this calming way about her that helped alleviate the stress that my husband and I had. On the day of our wedding, the time between when the venue was closed to the public and showtime was really tight (about an hour and a half). I still do not know how she was able to do it (especially since my husband had SOOOOO many ideas) but she banged it out and made our vision come to life. It was such a beautiful ceremony and reception; truly one of the best days of our lives.

  Wonderful wedding planner!

  Linnie was our planner for our wedding. We booked her about 1.5 years before our wedding in which we booked her for partial planning. As a first time bride with little creativity, I did not have any ideas for a theme for our wedding. However, I was open to any suggestion she may have. She was flexible with our schedule and offered to meet up with any vendors and express what things looked better with one another. She was very professional and cleared up any problems on the day of our wedding. Everybody says something always goes wrong the day of your wedding. Linnie assured of a smooth list of events during our wedding and I couldn’t be any happier. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

  I remember when we first met with Linnie about a year out from our wedding day. We weren't completely sure what we were looking for, but we knew we needed a day-of coordinator to help us execute our wedding day plans. During our consultation, Linnie gave us a breakdown of the services she would provide us, which was very comprehensive for day-of services and very decently priced! Coupled with her bubbly personality and her love of Game of Thrones (which was our wedding theme!), we knew we had to have Linnie as our coordinator.
  
  Fast forward to our wedding day - Linnie and her assistant were simply amazing. Both of our venues (church and reception) were beautifully set up exactly how we wanted them, and they handled any hiccups without us having to stress at all. My husband and I were able to just enjoy ourselves because they really took care of everything! Throughout the day, Linnie would check in with us to see if we needed anything, to make sure we were staying hydrated and that we were being taken care of. If we did need anything, she was very easy to reach and was super responsive. She even had a cake cutting set with her when we didn't have one for ourselves!
  
  Overall, we have absolutely no regrets choosing Linnie as our day-of coordinator. I honestly don't know how we would have survived the day without her. Every couple deserves to have service like Linnie's on their wedding day. Thank you for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

  Oh my gosh, I am so excited to tell y'all how amazing Linnie is.
  
  First off, let me make a list.
  
  1) We interviewed dozens of planners, not one of them had the vision and attention to detail like Linnie.
  
  2) She was incredibly reliable. For every appointment and every phone call, she's on top of everything.
  
  3) She will enhance your ideas in the best possible way. For example, I thought mustard yellow was a good idea (shut up, I know). Lovely Linnie talked me out of that by suggesting better ideas that we didn't even know we wanted. She's the damn yoda of the bridal world.
  
  4) She's there through everything. I swear I gave a list of all the family drama to expect and she was on top of it. She knew how to defuse situations and make everyone a team player. So, she's also your therapist and a wedding planner. Two for the price of one.
  
  5) She's got some amazing hook ups AND a kick ass organization website thingy. Very high tech. It made it so much easier to organize and monitor our spending for our big day.
  
  6) The amount of knowledge this woman has amazes me. Everything from flowers to dresses to our mochi wedding cake. That's right, a mochi wedding cake.
  
  7) And even after we had to cancel our wedding (family tragedy), she worked with us and the vendors. When we told her we wanted to elope...she even helped with that!
  
  Linnie is a remarkable woman. I don't say that about too many people because I don't believe there are many out there. She truly cares about you and what's going to make your day incredible.
