  Chara is the most amazing wedding planner!!! She will make sure your day is amazing. Through the process she also becomes a great friend. She has amazing contacts including a fantastic photographer Trifonas! I cannot recommend using A La Carte Santorini Weddings highly enough! X

  Chara took all the stress away from planning a wedding. Her local knowledge is perfect and she instantly understood everything we wanted to create for the day. Chara was attentive and very professional and ensured any minto hiccups were organised quickly. Thank you for everything Chara!

  Deciding where to start on this review is the hardest part - Every aspect of the whole event from initial contact to the day of the wedding was exceptional. Having an overseas destination wedding can be a little daunting, especially since I had never been to Santorini before, however Chara and her team made everything absolutely blissful.
  
  Villa Aura is definitely the most beautiful venue to hold a wedding and Chara and all the wedding professionals she works with are all outstanding in what they do. Bella the hair stylist and Katarina the makeup artist will definitely put all your stresses away. They are the most beautiful people and phenomenal at what they do. The Videographer, Stelios, is an absolute MUST. I didn't like the idea of having the wedding filmed initially however Chara convinced me it was a good decision! I'm entirely grateful for this as the video is absolutely incredible and brings back all the wonderful memories of our wedding day. It really is an ABSOLUTE MUST! Don't regret it! In regards to catering, Spicy Bites, was also incredible. They're professional, have good variety and delicious!
  
  What I loved most about a la carte weddings is the professionalism and care of Chara and her team. They are the best - friendly, professional & fun. They literally make the whole experience stress free. I still can't believe I'm actually married as I always imagined so much stress before the wedding but I was completely relaxed and most of this was to do with Chara and her team. Chara organised everything from post-wedding after party, transport, catering, and a post-wedding lunch the next day. All of her suggestions were exactly what I was looking for. Chara came with us everywhere to coordinate plans and activities. It was extremely helpful as when there was any issue (particularly with the language barrier) Chara was always on hand to sort things out for us. Having her alongside us every step of the way made the whole experience stress free & painless!

  Chara and her wedding team were so fantastic! They really did go above and beyond. We had the most perfect wedding from start to finish. Chara was brilliant at keeping in touch via email and even rang our hotel when we arrived to the island. It was these personal touches that made the service so exceptional. Chara has a very talented and friendly team who added to the day. We really can't thank them enough for making our day better than we could have ever dreamt of!

  Chara has become a family friend in the planning and delivery of our wedding! She was responsive on email, we used Skype for video calls. She also seemed ever present at our hotel when we needed her!! Everyone said how relaxed we were leading up to the wedding and this was because of Chara and her team.

  Chara was invaluable in helping us plan our wedding and the events either side of the day.
  As a couple we were already quite clear on what we wanted and had decided on a lot of the big and small details. Being based in the UK, what we needed was someone to help co-ordinate and source.
  As a local, Chara’s knowledge of the island was an amazing resource to us. Her contacts with numerous vendors and suppliers is excellent. Anything we needed, Chara was all over it, and to top it all off she always managed to source things at the best possible cost. We were quoted a price for flowers but she found a better rate from a supplier in Athens and had them shipped in! She sourced brilliant rates for our cake, guest transport on the day, private boat hire and catering the day before our wedding, fireworks, lighting – nothing was out of reach.
  We found Chara extremely personable and friendly. Always speedy with responses to messages, happy to make suggestions and extremely flexible.
  
  What makes Chara different is her passion for what she does. Many claim it but with Chara it is true. When she takes on a wedding, she puts her heart and soul into it. Your special day is special to her too. She isn’t a factory that churns out wedding after wedding. She makes each day important and invests so much energy into it.
  Our ceremony was symbolic and as such we needed a celebrant for the service and could think of no one better than Chara! She not only planned and oversaw our big day but also stood in front of our friends and family and conducted a ceremony looking radiant!
  All of our guests fell in love with Chara as much as we did. A class act that will deliver your day with no stress and a lot of love!
