    Amazing Planner!!!

    We hired Sydney with A Piece of Harmony Events for her full wedding planning services, and it was one of the best decisions I made during the entire process! Sydney is the best at what she does. She made our wedding memorable and flawlessly organized and executed.
    From the very first consultation, Sydney was professional and attentive. She took the time to understand our style and personalities then helped guide us in creating the perfect wedding for us. I didn’t really have a wedding vision, but I knew I wanted to create a great guest experience. Having Sydney’s vast experience and knowledge throughout the process was priceless. She is extremely familiar with every detail that goes into a wedding, which helped us create the perfect guest experience. We received so many compliments from our guests during and after the wedding.
    Our venue search felt like it took forever, but Sydney was ready with several venue recommendations and attended each site visit with us until we found the right one. All the vendors she recommended felt personalized to us and her communication and response times are next level! Anytime I reached out with a question she was ready with an answer. Does she sleep?! :)
    On our wedding day, there was no rain in the forecast, but it torrentially rained on and off throughout the entire morning, right up until we walked down the aisle. I should have been stressed and worried in that moment since our ceremony was outside, but I wasn’t because I knew Sydney would adapt to the crazy weather and make it a wonderful day…which she did! I was impressed with the flawless execution of all the moving parts. Every detail was accounted for and seamlessly orchestrated. She greeted and coordinated all the vendors on the day of the wedding. As the bride, it was a huge relief not to have to stress about the logistics of greeting and coordinating the vendors. It allowed me and my family to fully enjoy the day!
    Sydney was an invaluable asset throughout wedding planning and on our big day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent communication skills led to a seamless, beautiful, and memorable wedding! I highly recommend Sydney for weddings and all other event planning services!

    The best ever!!

    After being in a handful of weddings I knew that I wanted to hire a day of coordinator for our wedding. There are many things the day of you just need someone’s help with. Well, Sydney ended up going WAY beyond the expectations that I had. She was literally a lifesaver. She met with us a few times before the wedding and was extremely responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. I had somewhat of a vision for our wedding day but was missing a lot of the pieces. Sydney made those come to life. She sat with us and we talked through every part of the entire day. When the day arrived she got to the venue early in the morning and set up the entire reception venue. I was somewhat worried about the layout of the room, but I knew that I didn’t have to worry since Sydney was taking care of it. She partnered with all of the vendors on arrival and everything went off without a hitch. She stayed throughout the entire reception and was helpful in every area of the day. Not only did she put our nerves at ease but she made the reception venue look like a dream! I could not have imagined a more perfect day and it was thanks to her. If you are getting married, you need to hire A Piece of Harmony Events to help plan your wedding. I promise you will not regret it because Sydney is AMAZING!!

    Incredible planner

    We are thrilled to share our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional work done by Sydney at A Piece of Harmony as our wedding planner. Sydney went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day not only met but exceeded all expectations. Her remarkable expertise and unwavering dedication were crucial, especially in navigating the challenges of bringing our unique wedding vision to life, all the way from Los Angeles to our destination wedding in Spokane at the beautiful Historic Davenport Hotel.

    From our very first meeting to the unforgettable moments of our reception, Sydney brought an unparalleled level of professionalism, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Picture this—we jetted off to Spokane on a whirlwind three-day adventure, a mission to find the dream venue and perfect planner for our big day. Our schedule was a maze, filled with meetings with various wedding planners and other key vendors. Unfortunately, we hit roadblocks, encountering a glaring disconnect on our vision and a noticeable lack of attention to detail from the others we interviewed.

    Our 'A-ha' moment with Sydney unfolded during a venue walk-through. Having mentioned a meeting with the venue, we were pleasantly surprised when Sydney joined us and engaged in discussions about details and our vision. It felt as if we had been collaborating for months. This unexpected and proactive approach was exactly what we needed. It solidified our confidence in Sydney's ability to take charge and get things done—a crucial quality given our busy work schedules and the demand for a full-service wedding planner who could handle every detail and bring our vision to life.

    Throughout our entire wedding planning experience, Sydney wasn't merely checking off boxes; she was crafting an experience tailored to us. We engaged in multiple Zoom meetings, emails, text messages, and phone calls, and Sydney was consistently willing to assist us through all decisions, ensuring that all vendors aligned with our vision. Her ability to forge a personal connection with us and effortlessly translate our ideas into tangible, thrilling possibilities made the decision to choose her as our wedding planner not only easy but genuinely exhilarating.

    During our wedding, we incorporated specific elements that demanded meticulous coordination. Notably, we executed a full room flip from the ceremony to the reception within one hour, involving numerous intricate changes. One such change included relocating our stunning full candle backdrop from the ceremony backdrop to our sweetheart table backdrop. Although I later discovered that this particular task had stressed Sydney out, her execution was flawless, and I wouldn't have known given the seamless outcome. Additionally, the most incredible champagne tower, a delicate balancing act, became one of my favorite moments of our wedding.

    Sydney played a pivotal role in finding vendors capable of creating and executing all our requests—a crucial aspect of our wedding planning journey. This encompassed the development of a custom staircase for our stage, crafting all signs and seating charts, designing beautiful panels that took center stage for our DJ, creating intricate monogram designs for our signature drinks, and providing exquisite flowers for our event, delicious cake, bridal party, and my stunning bridal bouquet. The list goes on, encompassing more elements than I could list here, demonstrating Sydney's unwavering commitment to making our wedding day extraordinary.

    In closing, I want to express our deepest gratitude to Sydney for turning our wedding dreams into an enchanting reality. Her unwavering commitment, meticulous attention to detail, and creative brilliance made every moment special. From seamlessly flipping the room to the flawless execution of intricate details, Sydney's dedication to perfection was like having a fairy godmother ensuring every aspect was just right. Sydney, you made our wedding day not only memorable but also deeply personal and magical.

    Great Coordinator!

    We hired Sydney to coordinate our "welcome party" the evening before our wedding. She was easy to work with and get a hold of in the run up to the event, and went out of her way to make setup easy for us. During the event she did a great job of managing the vendors and ensuring we could focus on enjoying time with family and friends! I would highly recommend Sydney for your next wedding or other event!

    Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Welcome Party

    We hired Sydney for a Groom's Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Welcome Party that was held at 2 different venues the evening before the wedding. Sydney was friendly, professional, encouraging, and her communication skills were excellent. Whenever I emailed or called Sydney with a question, she quickly responded. I really appreciated her vendor suggestions for flowers. She knew how to move our rehearsal dinner folks along in a friendly manner, so we could stay on schedule, and when we arrived at the welcome party, Sydney was at the welcome table greeting guests with a big friendly smile, and encouraging them to sign the guest book. Sydney was fantastic to work with, and I would highly recommend her for any event where you want a friendly, encouraging, organized helping hand.

    Sydney is the best!

    Sydney was the perfect wedding planner! She was so organized, helped fix a DJ emergency when I stopped hearing from my initially planned DJ, and made the whole day go smoothly! I would recommend her to everyone, did not have a single thing to worry about on my day with her running the show!

    Wedding Day Management

    Where do I even begin?! Sydney is amazing! I got the day of wedding day management package. Sydney met with me a few times before the wedding to go over everything, she was available for questions by phone calls, email and texting whenever something came up. I had a vision in my head of what the day would look like but Sydney made it all come together and it was WAY better than I could have imagined. The day of she coordinated with all the vendors, the venue owner, and set everything up. I had multiple guests from my wedding comment on how great Sydney was and I couldn't agree more. Sydney made it all happen and took the stress away from our day so we could fully enjoy it with all our friends and family. I HIGHLY recommend her services. She is a hard worker, has great style and is awesome at what she does. She goes above and beyond for her clients and it shows! I don't have any pics from the day but man! She did an amazing job setting up tables, well everything at my wedding and I would definitely use hire her again.

    Exceptional!

    Wow, Sydney made our wedding go so smoothly! We hired Sydney for her day-of coordination services and we are so glad we did. She did everything we asked of her + so much more, like helping our photographer corral our family members for photos, making sure we stuck to a schedule without being militant about it, etc. Her professionalism and poise helped put our families at ease. Her services are worth every penny (and, in hindsight, we wish we hired her for planning the whole wedding)!
