  Book Caroline Bright before you get to the end of this sentence!!

  Oh my gosh, where to begin... I could tell you that Caroline Bright is invaluable beyond measure and the best decision you will make, but rather than speak abstractly, why not just offer some concrete examples of exactly what I mean by "invaluable beyond measure:"
  
  -I met Caroline via FaceTime over a year before our wedding. We talked for TWO HOURS NON-STOP, and I felt like I was reuniting with an old friend from college, not someone I had literally never spoken to before, except for an email exchange. We clicked instantly and I knew.
  
  -As soon as I signed the contract, over a year before our wedding, Caroline was there for me whenever I needed her. This included random texts/emails/calls about ANYTHING: etiquette, dealing with family drama, ideas about wedding jewelry, etc. We also met via Zoom (before it was cool) once a month to check-in and stay on top of the to-do list.
  
  -When I was having trouble choosing my wedding dress at a boutique in Virginia, Caroline came to be there for me at my next appointment. FROM PHILLY. She knew how tough a time I was having, and without her presence, enthusiasm, and support, I would not have made the right choice about which dress to get. I doubted my gut, but she encouraged me to trust it, and I'm so so glad I did.
  
  -We were extremely lucky to have a venue/catering coordinator come with our venue, so really why I was so thrilled to work with Caroline was because she had exactly the skill set I needed: a people manager. Caroline's ability to think quickly on her feet, her ease with navigating any time of social situation/crisis/scenario, and her top-notch organization were exactly what I needed to not have to worry about the 'intangibles' of the day: having any one guest monopolize our time, staying on schedule, remembering to take a breath and enjoy our day, etc. On top of all of that, some day-of coordinators feel strongly about being in charge of running the entire show, but Caroline's collaborative spirit and openness to working with our venue coordinator Kalynne made for a true wedding dream team.
  -When I lost the back to one of my earrings at our ceremony rehearsal, Caroline LITERALLY took off her earrings and gave me the back from one of hers. Who does that?! Caroline Bright does, that's who!!!
  
  I know I've written a book here, but please believe me when I say that I could go on and on. Not only will Caroline be an asset for your big day, but also an incredible pillar of support. So, if large-scale event planning isn't your strength, if you're feeling overwhelmed, or heck - if you just want to TREAT YOURSELVES so you can kick back and enjoy your special day - then congratulations! You have found the wedding manager of your dreams. Aren't you relieved to check that off your list? :)

  Best wedding planning decision I made

  I'm so glad I found Caroline to coordinate my wedding day! She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. She eased all my worries and made me feel confident that everything would go perfectly - which it did. On top of being super competent and organized, Caroline is a really fun person to be around. I got non-stop comments from friends and family about how awesome she is!

  I'm so glad I found Caroline to coordinate my wedding day! She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive.   Looking for Magic on Your Wedding Day? Look No Further.

  Full disclosure: Caroline is a friend of mine and was invited to my wedding as a guest. In the final weeks before my big day, I realized that there were so many DIY projects to assemble that even my day-of coordinator would need to be coordinated. Sheepishly, I asked Caroline if I could put her to work. She kindly obliged. Asking for her assistance ended up being one of the best decisions I made for my entire wedding; the day would not have materialized quite so seamlessly without her. My first sigh of relief came when Caroline reviewed my extensive day-of itinerary. Her openness to my plans was accompanied by enthusiasm for my vision, compassion for the significance of bringing said plans to fruition, and confidence that she had everything under control. Not only did she address everything on my to-do list, but she brought to my attention numerous items I had not even considered. Caroline does not work from a one-size-fits-all checklist; with sharp intuition, she attuned herself to my expectations for the day, which allowed her to tailor her feedback to my unique rundown of events. I truly believed I had thought of everything, but Caroline surprised me time and time again by offering guidance I did not even know I could ask for and, ultimately, could not imagine not having. Nothing gets past Caroline and nothing escapes her; she brings to the table a wealth of experience gained from having been on the front line of so many other events. On the day of the wedding, I knew that everything I entrusted to her, from tips for vendors to treasured family heirlooms for the ceremony, would be in good hands. She treated all of our belongings and all of her responsibilities with the utmost respect and commitment. Everything was accounted for after the event, including my sanity. Somehow, Caroline always seemed to be within eyeshot, earshot, or a quick text message away. I was never left worrying or wondering about anything. Furthermore, Caroline's aptitude is not limited to checklists; she can read people with keen awareness and thinks quickly on her feet. I was impressed with her ability to address our vendors warmly, professionally, and in ways that they, as individuals, would be most receptive to. Caroline can see a million moving parts as part of a bigger picture, while also understanding how to tend to those parts independently to keep events running smoothly. In short, you know that friend who, on their travels, sees something that reminds them of you, so they buy it for you, and it ends up being the most perfect item that's uniquely you, yet you never would have found it on your own or thought to buy it for yourself? That's who Caroline is as an event guru. It was an honor and privilege to have her as a friend and saving grace on my big day and I cannot imagine anyone who could fill those sparkly shoes as well as she does.

  You need Caroline.

  We literally could not have had the wedding we did without Caroline. She tackled a wedding that could have had a LOT of problems and made it a spectacular event. From family wrangling, to setup, to helping find a kosher vendor in a state where there are no kosher vendors, she was amazing. Thank you, Caroline! If you're thinking about hiring her - just hire her. Trust me, you need her.

  Caroline helped me with a wedding speech I was asked to give for my best friend, who lives in America while I'm from Europe. I wanted assistance with avoiding any US-specific faux-pas, and in general a second, experienced pair of eyes on my first ever wedding speech. Caroline gave me lots of good advice, offering written edits on a draft, as well as direction and feedback on a rehearsal over skype. She was brilliant - patient, communicative and enthusiastic, and it felt like nothing I asked of her would be too much trouble. She was a pleasure to work with, and threw in some great advice on some other tasks I had been given, such as the hen party. The speech went very well, and Caroline helped me give the best possible version of it.

  Caroline was such a critical part of my wedding day. I'm very detail oriented and a perfectionist, and I truly thought going into my wedding day, I'd have everything under control. It didn't take long for me to realize how important Caroline was throughout the day, from making sure everyone was on time for photos to force feeding me throughout the day so I didn't pass out. I'd also like to add that Caroline was also our wedding officiant and made our ceremony absolutely beautiful. She handled all communication with the vendors so I didn't have to worry about anything. Caroline was an incredible asset to my wedding and I will highly recommend her to friends & family. Thank you, Caroline, for everything you've done for Jared and me. We love you!

  Caroline helped us coordinate our day of execution. We had a clear idea of what we wanted our wedding day to look like, and she was fully in support of it. When we explained the order of events she said "Great, so who is doing 'x'? Where will we store 'y'? What will be the cue for 'z'?" She was able to look at our plan and find the holes we hadn't thought of yet, and make sure that we had solutions for all of them.
  
  Of special note was her help with photos. I was not particularly looking forward to having to stand for an hour or more to take photos (I love my family but there are a lot of them), but Caroline kept track of who was on deck to have their photo taken next, and we were able to get through everything in about 45 minutes!
  
  She is helpful, friendly, and motivated to make sure your wedding will be amazing. You won't regret hiring her!

  Caroline did an absolutely amazing job. She listened to our wants for the day of our wedding and made sure that everything went exactly how we envisioned it. She kept everyone organized, fielded questions and concerns so my bride and I didn't have to, and had effective solutions for issues before they could become problems. She took a genuine interest in making our day run smoothly so that we could just focus on enjoying ourselves, worry free. My only regret is not retaining her services sooner in the process. If you have the option, book her early and save yourselves mountains of stress down the line.
