  Gayle was the "day of coordinator" for our wedding at the end of April of this year in San Diego and she was truly a godsend! She met with my now-husband and I in person before we hired her and we could tell right away that she knew exactly what she was doing. She went through her role in the whole process and her calm, organized demeanor was SO appreciated when I as the bride was just about to get far too overwhelmed with it all. From the moment we hired her, she was readily available via text message and email at practically any hour of any day. Although she was only our "day of," she was helping me with reminders and organization for MONTHS prior to the wedding! All the little details I would've forgotten about and / or stressed out about making perfect..I could just totally let go when I told Gayle because I knew she was tediously taking notes in her binder she'd be bringing to our wedding. It was obvious that she truly cared about getting every detail exactly as we had envisioned it. She recommended excellent vendors for the spots we hadn't filled yet, contacted all of our vendors to ensure everyone's timeline was perfect, attended the tasting at the hotel's restaurant with us (to be that voice of reason when I was debating too intensely about different napkin foldings, linens, and salad choices), spent countless hours responding to all of my "oh and this too..." texts that seemed to never end the week prior to the wedding, and ran our ceremony rehearsal seamlessly (which, might I add, is NOT an easy task with my excited bunch of family and friends)! Plus Gayle handled a few semi-emergency situations like a pro, all without informing me about any of them, which I absolutely loved learning about after (one of those situations being that my now-husband realized he left his tux shirt at home when he arrived at the hotel about 30min from home!). Gayle is simply an incredible woman who loves weddings and this love shines brightly through her work!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Gayle was beyond AMAZING! I was referred to Gayle by the Sheraton & decided to give her a call, when my Husband & I met with Gayle, I immediately knew that this is who I absolutely needed to be there on my wedding day. She was so fun and friendly and knowledgeable, so It made me so comfortable knowing she would be helping me on my wedding day. I hired Gayle for the day of services, but honestly, her help was non stop. I was constantly emailing her, calling here and sending her text messages, no matter what, she was so helpful and was there to remind me to relax and remember that this was mine and my husband's wedding day & that what we wanted was all that mattered. I remember the day of the wedding, she was there on time & she immediately started handling anything and everything. Anything I started worrying about, she would just smile and say, I'll handle it. That was seriously the BEST thing I could hear all day from her. She did a great job coordinating the wedding party, the guests and me! When the ceremony was over, my Husband and I went to see the ballroom before anyone else & I was so upset because my cake was missing the flowers that were supposed to be there. Kid you not, Gayle took scissors and cut some flowers off the centerpieces and added flowers to my cake. That makes me laugh and smile to this day because this lady is like a fairy Godmother of weddings. I was waiting to enter the room and I completely forgot my lip gloss & here comes Gayle pulling lip gloss out of her pocket and told me "pick a color". I would highly recommend Gayle. She was absolutely wonderful & she can honestly handle anything. I thank Gayle so much for helping make our wedding day as beautiful & care free as possible, because it truly was a day I will never forget. If you want a fun, fabulous & carefree wedding, HIRE GAYLE!

  I got married on 06/01/13 in San Diego, and Gayle was wonderful!!! I hired her on the spot for day-of wedding coordination, she was just so sweet, kind, and professional, and I'm so glad I did! Gayle did SO much more than just the day-of. She made the day and rehearsal dinner run perfectly, picking up/setting up items, place cards, favors, etc....she made sure all of my BM and my personal items made it to the reception, she made sure we had food and cake to go, she kept the whole reception on schedule and running smoothly. All I did on my wedding day was have fun and enjoy it, I didn't worry about a single logistical detail because Gayle and her assistant took care of EVERYTHING. She honestly thought of so much that I never would have as the Bride. I had been hesitant to hire a coordinator for the expense, but she was without a doubt the best vendor we hired! Looking back I would have hired her for the whole process, and for everything that she really does, her prices are definitely reasonable! Thank-you Gayle for everything!!!

  First let me say gayle if you are reading this THANK YOU SO MUCH!! At first i was going to use a family friend as my coordinator but she ended up being to opinionated so i fired her!! lol........I looked on several websites and some how came across gayle's name. I called and her price was perfect for day of coordinating. We set a date and time and gayle lives in lake elsinore and i live in wilmington so she had a drive to get to me but she made it!!! She was early and even gave me a rose as she gave me the biggest hug. She was detail oriented,super organized,super helpful with ideas,and even sent me a thank you note and cute video the day after our meeting. After sleeping on it i woke up and told my fiance' that i loved gayle and i cancelled all my other weddiing coordinator interviews....so glad i did. Gayle helped me from the time i met her in late 2011 until my wedding on april 29,2012. She contacted all vendors and set up times lines etc. On my day she made sure my room was set up perfectly and that the whole day ran smoothly. She made sure i ate,had appetizers during pictures,and i forgot i had a chocolate fountain and she bought me a plate of all my goodies dipped in chocolate.....i luv her for that. She stayed to the very end,cleaned the room,packed all my DIY stuff,linens,gifts etc. She paid all my vendors and made sure our gifts and money were safe. I have no complaints about gayle and she is the sweetest lady ever. If you book her you wil love her. She even personally picked up the sugar cookies for my husbands surprise at the reception and made sure they were hot on the plate. She does what you want and if you want to change something,add something, or speed up your day because our video stopped at 930p and gayle made sure all events were done before he left. All i can say is thank you gayle and i love you so much for being such a nice person!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

  My daughters wedding was March 10, 2012. Some time around the middle of February we asked Gayle to just come over and chat. WOW... She was very professional, detail oriented, organized and really paid attention to the special little details one forgets. Her desire for them to have exactly what THEY wanted was first and formost. She arrived the evening before the wedding, helped with the last minute decorating preporations and conducted a flawless rehersal, always taking into consideration my daughter and son in laws wishes.
  The day of the wedding she did all the last minute running that always seems to happen, brought the veil over to the salon that someone forgot and made sure that absolutally every last detail at the venue was to their specifications. The wedding went off without a hitch. She ran the evening like clock work. At the end of the evening she organized the sparkler send off, as they proceeded to the helicopter for departure always mindful of what would look good in pictures and even arranged to have extra food and cake for the bride and groom sent with them (a little extra only Gayle thought of).
  We were so very pleased with her help and would have no problem recomending her services to any one. Whether you have her from the beginning of your planning or coming in at the last minute to help run a flawless event, Gayle has the personality and experience to handle anything!

  I'm not even sure where to begin with Gayle. I find it hard to find words to express how AMAZYNG she was during all the events and details leading up to and on my wedding day. I was trying to find words to write for this review that would match how awesome her services were but I don't think that is possible. She is definitely worth her weight in gold!!!!
  
  Gayle was EXTREMELY accomodating. She helped me find some of my vendors, made great suggestions, and bent over backwards to make my husband and I happy. If my husband or I asked her something she would get back to us very quickly or if it was something she could do she smiled and said, I'll do it for you or I'll find out. She is VERY on top of everything and thorough. No detail went untouched or unmentioned.
  
  On the day of the wedding...wow. She took care of EVERYTHING. I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew she would pull through and put everything in place. I can't even imagine how stressful the day would have been with out her. Now I know why some brides say their day flies by...its because they have to worry about minor details. If you hire Gayle, you won't have to worry about those things and focus on your day more.

  From begining to end of the planning she was amazing. Gayle becomes more then a coordinator she becomes your friend. Because of Gayle my now husband and i were able to enjoy our wedding day without any stresses. She took care of me and my bridal party in ways that i didnt expect. She really goes above and beyond the duties of a coordinator. Out of all the vendors i booked for my wedding, Gayle was truly the best money spent. I really can go on and on about how great she is.   I can't even begin to tell you how pleased we were with Gayle and every single detail of our son's wedding. The ceremony was lovely and things went along so smoothly. I never saw the bride in a frantic state and the groom was always smiling! The dinner was delicious and the reception was a blast. I couldn't believe the last dance came so soon. I had so many friends and family comment on how fun the wedding/reception was and what a great time they had. Even the weather was wonderful (did she have anything to do with that?).
  
  I would highly recommend Gayle if you want a memorable and fun wedding.

  Gayle was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We needed a coordinator, just for the day, and we were so glad we found Gayle! She kept the whole timeline and flow of the day together. Unfortunately, my grandpa passed away the day before our wedding, and she was very empathetic and accommodating. She immediately came up with ways we could honor him at the ceremony. She also walked my grandma down the aisle. I don't know what I would have done without her! She made sure we were worry-free throughout the entire reception and provided us with anything we needed. She was calm, respectful and professional.   Gayle was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We needed a coordinator, just for the day, and we were so glad we found Gayle! She kept the whole timeline and flow of the day together. Unfortunately, my grandpa passed away the day before our wedding, and she was very empathetic and accommodating. She immediately came up with ways we could honor him at the ceremony. She also walked my grandma down the aisle. I don't know what I would have done without her! She made sure we were worry-free throughout the entire reception and provided us with anything we needed. She was calm, respectful and professional.
