    Good quality

    We used A to Z party rentals for all of our wedding linens. They have so many options to choose from, and it’s all very affordable! We were able to pick them up the day before our wedding and drop them off two days after, which is very convenient!

    Great and quick to work with. We just rented a deluxe arch from them for our wedding, but they were available, quick, and booked the right thing, and were very responsive during the process, so 5 stars from this bride!

    Excellent! A few of the items were a little more at A to Z, but it is well worth any additional cost. This is an efficient and professionally run company. Everything was queued up and ready to load when we arrived. The pick up and drop off processes were very easy and efficient. We will definitely be using A to Z for any follow-on party rental needs. Highly recommended!!

    Becky at the North Phoenix location was great! Very helpful! When she wasn't available she got back to me in reasonable time and when she happened to be out sick the day before my wedding Sheila was awesome! The guys that delivered my rentals called me the morning of to confirm where to set up the pipe and drape and did a great job! I had originally considered purchasing all my linens from CV Linens which has good prices, but ultimately I still had to have them all steam pressed and really what would I do with them after. I saved myself the headache and just rented them for what would've probably turned out to be the same price if not less because I did provide one of my own table linens for the cake and it cost me $15 to have it dry cleaned! OUCH! That's almost what it was just to rent one! I'm glad I don't have to worry about storing and trying to sell a random number of linens! Rent it and forget it lol!

    We rented through the west valley location in Avondale and dealt with Gale everytime. She was awesome! The delivery guys were great and everyone was on time and professional. We would recommend and definately use A to Z again for future events!

    VERY good prices and wonderful to work with! We used them for the rehearsal dinner for tables, linens, china, table top lamp votives, silverware, chairs...they delivered the day before so we had time to set everything up. Made it so much easier. Highly recommend A to Z!

    We rented arches (to walk under), aisle runner, cake plates, and lights from A to Z. They were helpful in figuring out the right equipment to rent. The equipment was available when agreed upon, and they let us keep it for an extra day, free, since the wedding wouldn't be over before they closed.

    They were very easy to work with. They responded quickly and worked with us. We had to make a last minute reservation and they helped us without any problem.

    I used A to Z for a stage and uplighting for my reception. Most of the booking was done through my wedding planner but whenever I needed to make a change or contact A to Z they were very helpful and responsive. We did have to pay an extra $50 to get our drop-off to a 2-hour window instead of 4-hours. The stage worked out great for our live band and the uplighting really helped set the atmosphere in the reception hall.

    The man that helped me on the phone was very kind, but he misquoted me the price. I tried to get the price that he originally told me. I ended up paying with someone else instead of him which caused it to be $50 more than what I was originally told. Something else odd about them was that they don't pick up after 5pm on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday, but thankfully my venue did not charge me to leave the chairs there until Monday. Otherwise I would have had to pay an additional $300 for overtime or something rediculous like that.

    I rented tables , chairs, and tablecloths for a reception in my backyard. They delivered to my yard and then came and picked them up when it was over. They were very flexible about bringing them a little earlier than was scheduled.

    Overall a real good experience with this company. Great choice of all types of wedding items. The party person we delt with (Mona) was able to help guide us through the rental process (we had never rented anything like this before) with ease and explained everything well. Delivery and set up was on time and professional.

    A to Z rentals only have me a portion of my rental when I went to pick it up so after I put it together and realized something was missing I had to drive back later to pick up the rest. They were nice but they mad my party say stressful because I the forgotten items. When I returned the items they checked me off and the next day I received a phone call from them asking if I had a piece of their rental I explained that I had put that piece into another bag so it would be lost for the next person.

    Double Billed

    Used this company a couple of years ago… they were amazing… now??? This place is awful. They didn’t honor their 8 am-4 pm delivery window. My guests had to unload tables and chairs at 5 pm. I was also charged twice. After 21 unreturned calls and a credit dispute, I have secured legal representation to get my money back. Absolutely the worst!

    Disappointed Grandmother

    Horrible communication, unresponsive, failed to educate us on products needed with equipment rental that had to be purchased separately from a outside source, chairs and tables were filthy, cheap plastic dollar store table cloths were used on the 2 tables setup even though we paid for 5, 8 chairs used and the rest piled up in the corner, bouncy house was old worn and ugly! Unable to use cotton candy or snow cone machine. To make matters worst the vendor didn’t want to setup any table and chairs even though we paid for them in the package and vendor had the nerve to be irritated and annoyed with customer after they ruined my granddaughters first birthday and robbed her mother of $750. Never again!

    I will never use this company again. They delivered tables and chairs two hours later than promised and forgot half of our dance floor. Chris Hudgins was completely unprofessional and nearly ruined my entire wedding day. We ended up having to pay extra and part of the wedding party had to pick up a missing dance floor... Even though I had emails proving that it was her mistake, she still told me it was my fault. I have never dealt with anyone so rude and uncaring. It may be cheap, but you get what you pay for.
    FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

    I called the Gilbert party rentals at 4:45pm and wanted to place an order for my wedding rentals. I asked her if she could pull up my sisters wedding order from last year so that I could see what chairs and linens she ordered and she told me that they didn't have the capability to do that. Frustrating but I told her that I'd just have to "wing it".. She said that it sounded like it was going to be a large rental and asked if I could call the following morning because it was nearly closing time. REALLY? I work and this is the only time I could call. Needless to say I went somewhere else!

    They were a complete disaster. Everytime we spoke with Rob he gave us different pricing, and then the confirmation would have even different pricing!!! The chairs were supposed to arrive on Friday by 4:00, and when we called at 5:00 they were just washing them and had not even loaded them !!! The only good thing I can say is the chairs were nice, but no one ever returned our calls, Rob was always out of the office, and they almost did not make it in time for the wedding!!!!!!!!

Since then, we have created a dedicated party & event rental department, with dedicated party & event equipment coordinators who understand how important your once-in-a-lifetime wedding is to you, and who will take care of you and all of our brides, every step of the way. We also now have a dedicated party & event equipment prep. & delivery staff to clean and deliver your equipment.
