  The dream team for our wedding day

  The Trace Events team was an absolute joy to work with, and made our wedding 100% worry-free. We are SO GRATEFUL for Brittany's support in our month of / day of coordination. She is kind, professional, and a true wedding expert. Brittany met with us multiple times online and in person over a 2+ year engagement and over multiple date changes. She immediately made us feel at ease and like there was nothing that could go wrong. She is empathetic and professional, making sure everything goes well from behind the scenes. I was so grateful for her coordination of all of our vendors and contracts, creation of a minute by minute timeline, and patience in answering all of our questions (and all of our family's questions!). She made sense of every detail and my husband and I were in awe of how much she supported us. She was always accessible and happy to work with us - no question was too big. This team truly goes above and beyond, and I cannot recommend them more wholeheartedly.

  Best Experience Ever

  Tracy and her team made our wedding better than we could have ever imagined. Working with Tracy is the hands down, number one, best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process. The moment I met her and Brittany, we instantly clicked! We worked together for almost two years while planning my wedding, and I now consider them friends. Tracy kept me on track through everything. She was on top of every single detail and made all of my dreams come true. She and her team allowed myself, my husband, and our families to enjoy the engagement and the wedding day without stress. We had a major COVID related change happen with our venue and Tracy went above and beyond to get us through the transition. She reached out to countless back up venues on short notice to give me all my options. I trusted her vision implicitly. We were immediately on the same page and I was able to let her run with many aspects of the wedding, knowing she would absolutely communicate my desires to all of the vendors. Tracy managed an insane amount of contracts for me. She did research of many options before we settled on each vendor. I always valued her opinion on who would be the best person to work with. The day of was like a well oiled machine because of her incredible planning. She was so much more than a wedding planner. She was my hype girl, my rock, and an empathetic listener through everything. I wish I could work with Tracy again and again and again. The wedding day was beyond perfect, all because of Tracy and her team. I could never thank them enough.

  Best Decision EVER!

  I cannot recommend Trace Events enough. We worked with Brittany, who was our Month Before/Day of Coordinator and it was easily the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Our venue provided an event coordinator and my husband was skeptical if we needed a Day of Coordinator because of this. After having to reschedule the event multiple times due to COVID, we contacted Trace Events about their services. For the entire month leading up to the wedding, my husband would comment at least once a day about how great of a decision it was to work with Brittany. She answered every question we had promptly, helped us figure out all of the details you never even think of, and did a wonderful job communicating with us and our vendors. We no longer live in the Detroit area and she put every concern I had about planning a wedding from across the county at ease. Our day was perfect and all of the details were executed exactly as we discussed. Besides being great at what they do event wise, Brittany is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She calmed me down, while still making sure everything was going according to plan. My only regret is not working with Trace Events sooner, they are absolutely wonderful!

  I am forever grateful to have met/worked with these lovely ladies!

  I don’t even know where to start! I was hesitant in the very beginning of wedding planning on if getting a wedding planner/coordinator was worth it but after I had a meeting with Brittany and Tracy I knew I wanted to work with them! From the very beginning they helped us create our perfect wedding vision and make it a reality. They are extremely kind, great at communicating, and help make the wedding planning process as smooth and effortless as possible. Our entire wedding day was a dream. In the morning/afternoon of we were able to relax and be present with our friends and family. We were not stressed about anything because Trace Events took over and made sure everything was taken care of. After our wedding we had a lot of friends and family comment about how fun and beautiful it was, but we honestly couldn’t have planned or had the day run as smoothly as it did without them. It’s hard to sum up the words of how appreciative we are to have had the opportunity to work with Brittany and Tracy. I will 100% recommend them to anyone/everyone who is getting married. 🧡

  Best wedding planner ever!

  My fiance and I live in Texas and were planning a wedding a wedding in Detroit. It was proving to be very stressful planning a wedding from a far, and we quickly realized we would need some help. We had a phone call with Tracy and Brittany and after talking to a couple others we just knew they were the team we needed! We had month of/day of coordination as well as partial planning. Tracy went above and beyond in what I felt she was "obligated" to do. She was always 2 steps ahead of us, and keeping us and our vendors on track. We postponed our wedding due to Covid and they worked around it no problem. I felt like I had known Tracy forever when we finally met on wedding day. I was able to relax and enjoy the day with friends knowing Tracy, Brittany and Sydney had it handled. We had our wedding & ceremony in 2 separate places (and 2 separate hotels) which always adds to more logistics with transportation, and Tracy was a huge help here. I was able to email or text with any question, concern or minor bride meltdown. Tracy was always understanding and solution forward. I would 1,000% recommend them to anyone in need of a wedding planner. I would've been a mess without them!

We could not say enough about how wonderful it was to work with the team. Our wedding day went EXACTLY as planned and there was no doubt that Trace Events made sure to put the final touches on the specific details that we included. From the detailed timeline to the things that we just didn't think of ourselves because we had so much going on- they made sure it was handled. I would recommend this team to EVERYONE and think it was the best recommendation we had during our planning process! Thank you so very much ladies, it was a pleasure!!!!!

  Couldn’t recommend more!!

  After the whirlwind of our wedding I am finally getting around to the opportunity to give this amazing team the review they deserve! I booked with Brittany and Tracy pre-Covid! I was excited to have them apart of the planning and they made everything begin so seamlessly. Our original wedding day was scheduled for June 6, 2020, and all us brides know how that went. During so many unknowns, replanning and contemplating, Brittany and Tracy were flexible, understanding and supportive in all the ways I could’ve asked for. We ended up postponing our wedding to May 29, 2021 where we had Trace Events for Month of/Day of coordination. I can SAFELY & HONESTLY say we got well more than our money’s worth. Our team for that time was Brittany and Sydney who put in so much work mentally and physically to make for a worry free day on our end. We literally did not worry about a single detail from the moment we woke up to the moment we went to sleep (they also pack away all the decor at the end of the night- and TRUST ME you’ll want/need that). I don’t know what I would’ve done without them (& surely would’ve forgotten many things!). Brittany, Sydney and Tracy are an incredible team who is genuinely so nice and compassionate, and wanting the absolute best for your day. I love you each & could not recommend this team more!!

  Best Decision Ever

  We are now one of the few couples who can say that planning our wedding was a lot of fun and we loved working on it together. The main reason we’re able to say that is because of the phenomenal Trace Events team. Tracy is fabulous and working so closely with her was a dream.
  
  We hired Tracy for full coordination of our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we ever made.
  
  From our very first conversation with Trace Events we knew they were the planner for us because of their calm confidence and also because their excitement helped us get excited for our own wedding!
  
  In addition to all being lovely people, the Trace Events team are wonderful at their job and extremely professional. Given we were working with a five-hour time difference we especially appreciated how quickly they picked up on how to best work with us and were able to be available at times that worked for us.
  
  After just a couple of conversations Tracy took a very high-level wedding ambition from us, turned it into a stunning design, and then closely collaborated with all of the vendors to make sure everything aligned with this design. It was so nice being able to fully delegate such a significant activity and 100% trust in the final product.
  
  Trace Events were incredible at doing all of the logistical heavy lifting and then presenting us with decision points when our input was needed, while also at making sure we always felt like we were in the loop. From our side it was such a good feeling knowing that all we had to do was ask the team something or mention a concern and we would know it would be handled. Tracy and her team always responded promptly to any feedback.
  
  We loved every catch up we had with Tracy as you could always feel her passion for her profession. That was such a wonderful feeling at the end of a long day and helped keep us excited throughout the whole process.
  
  It was so special to not have to worry about venue set-up, tear down, or any of the running logistics at any point during the buildup and the day itself because that meant we got to spend so much more time with our friends and families while fully trusting the Trace Events team to handle everything else.
  
  We strongly, strongly recommend Trace Events for your wedding. We are so thankful we did.

  The best there is!

  Hiring Trace Events was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!!! Tracy and Brittany were super sweet, helpful and took so much stress off my plate! They were organized and thought of literally everything to make my day go smoothly!!! Brittany oversaw everything on the day of my wedding and she was phenomenal! She was such a trooper even helping with our dog who was part of the ceremony! She watched her and fed her treats to make sure she behaved. She was continually checking on my husband and I, asking if we needed anything! She even brought us drinks when we were low, saving us trips to the bar. She was the first one there and the last one to leave. At the end of the night she made sure we got into our Uber and I had not a single worry that everything was taken care of because of her! I can’t express enough the relief it was to have her!!! I would highly recommend Trace events!!!!

  10/10 best money spent

  I can not recommend Tracy enough. I had a friend who recommended her after using her for her wedding and it was hands down the best money I spent during the whole wedding process. From recommending vendors to keeping me and my timeline and
  Budget on track, she made the whole day seamless. I didn’t have to stress or worry about a thing, leaving me and my hubby to just enjoy our day. 10/10 would recommend and would use again .

  If you’re debating if you need a coordinator or not, let me help you.. the answer is YES and Tracy is hands down THE BEST. As someone who spent a good portion of my career in the event industry, I am very particular. Tracy meticulously handled everything detail. Together, we built out a day-of timeline and I felt so at ease, she hadall my ducks in a row! I didn’t worry about a thing. Tracy’s cool calm nature is exactly what every bride needs on their big day, and she’s so incredibly organized; I truly couldn’t have done it without her! Tracy’s communication is through, she followed up when something slipped my mind, and quickly answered my texts with random last minute questions - just amazing, she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. 10/10..   An absolute must

  Tracy and Brittany helped my husband and I put together my wedding in a record-breaking 4 weeks! Even though the wedding was last August - a very busy time for Tracy - she managed to put everything together in a very organized and detail-oriented fashion. Her recommendations were spot-on and she was always very prompt in getting back to me - you can imagine how hectic things were, being that we only had 4 weeks to do everything! On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch. Tracy and Brittany really took a lot of the stress off – I can’t imagine how we could have done it without them. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I give them my highest recommendation - thank you Tracy and Brittany!

  Best Decision We Made With Wedding Planning

  Tracy was instrumental in making our wedding a fairytale. From communicating with us leading up to the wedding, to executing the rehearsal and wedding day with military precision, to pulling off some last minute fire-drills and helping me simply enjoy the day with zero worries, Tracy was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process! A lot of people wonder if they need a venue coordinator AND a day-of/month-of coordinator, and let this review convince you, yes you do! If you value keeping calm and having help from a pro when something inevitably doesn't go as planned, (believe me, it will), you'll want someone that can handle all of the moving pieces that come with a wedding, vs. just someone who deals with the venue (catering, etc.). I had ordered a seating chart from Etsy and it just never showed up, and was a big part of the flow (and look) of the event. With less than 48 hours to mitigate, Tracy stepped up and got us something very similar to what we had custom-made, and it was gorgeous and it's like the issue never happened!   Absolutely worth it

  Do not hesitate to hire Tracy and her team for your wedding. We had our wedding at a non traditional venue in Grosse Pointe so Tracy, Brittany, and their team had a task in store for the lead up and day of my wedding. I worked with Tracy in the day-of coordinator capacity and from the first call to the day after she was on top of everything. Worrying is my #1 past time and I cannot emphasize enough how much of it relief it was to have her and her team with me. Even during the limo ride up to the ceremony where I could have been panicking I wasn’t because I knew she’d be on top of everything (and she was). She alleviated all of my wedding worries because she’s organized, personable, available, and, most importantly, gets stuff done. My guests during and after have complimented the work her and her team had done. My wedding would not have been the success and joy it was without her and her team.

  You need Tracey and her team for your wedding!

  Book Tracy and her team NOW! Do not think twice about it. We hired Tracy and her team to be our month of coordinator, but Tracy was much more than that ☺ I am a type-A planner and do some event planning work for my job so when it came time to planning my wedding I knew my mom and I could handle it. But quickly I found that with everything that goes into planning a wedding it was vital for my mom and me to have some help the month of the wedding, so we both could actually enjoy the wedding day and not have to worry about anything but enjoying the day. Tracy was just what we needed! We hired her about 7 months before the wedding, and even though her responsibilities were not contracted to kick-in until 6 weeks before the wedding if I ever had a question or needed a recommendation Tracy was there to give me her input, and she always responded super quick. When it came time to the wedding month Tracy guided my mom and me through everything and made sure we had everything squared away for the wedding week. The week of the wedding Tracy handled reaching out to all of our vendors to coordinate the day of wedding details which was so nice because I could not have imagined handling that the week of the wedding with everything else going on. I was able to completely relax an enjoy (which is not always easy for my type-A self to do) all of the wedding festivities and knew that Tracy had everything covered and would bring our wedding vision to life. That she did!! Our breath was taken away when we walked into the Colony Club, and I can not thank Tracy and her team enough for everything they did to make our wedding the best day of our lives. If you can not tell by now, both my husband, myself, and my entire family can not recommend Tracy enough. She was amazing, and 100% needed. If you are on the fence about a wedding coordinator and think it is not needed I can tell you from my experience that it is needed. They are able to bring your vision to life on the day of the wedding so you can enjoy all of the time with your husband, friends, and family. Thank you so much, Tracy & Team!   Perfect gpyc wedding! Thank you!

  Tracy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my first call with her when I was deciding who to pick as my wedding planner/coordinator to when I came home from the honeymoon, she has been absolutely incredible to work with. She helped make sure to keep me on track as I planned my wedding and gave me some great vendor recommendations when I got stuck. Tracy perfectly timed out our meetings through the planning process to ensure that I didn't feel overwhelmed and that I was getting everything completed in time. In between our touchpoints she was always available to answer my one-off questions and to talk me off any ledges. From questions about invitation wording and timing, to realigning my hair and makeup timeline, she was always there and ready to help. She was extremely organized and helped everything the day of our wedding run smoothly.
  
  On the day of the wedding , she ran to the store to pick up covers for my heels so my shoes wouldn't dig into the ground, when I wasn't sure about the size of the boutonniere for the groom, she quickly called up the florist and had them bring a new one, and my husband and I never had an empty drink the entire night. From when we signed the marriage license to when they closed the bar, she made sure that we always had a drink in hand. My photographer even made a point to comment and thank Tracy, as she was the first wedding planner she had worked with that came around and helped with the bride's train during photos.
  
  When I freaked out that I signed the marriage license incorrectly, she calmed me down and made sure I enjoyed the evening and didn't focus on it. Although I was not there for the clean-up and loading, I received multiple positive comments about how quickly they were able to tear down and get everything into the cars at the end of the night. I only listed a couple things in my review, but I could easily write hundreds of things that they helped with throughout the day and night (and I'm sure even hundreds more that I don't even know about). Thank y'all so much!

Tracy and her team were amazing, they did a fantastic job keeping everything on schedule, down to getting my food so I didn't spill anything on my dress! I will be honest, at first I wasn’t exactly sure why would I would need a day of coordinator, but when the wedding arrived I learned how important they were to making sure our weekend went smoothly. Not only were we able to enjoy our wedding festivities entirely, ATOE made it possible for our parents to show up and enjoy the wedding as well and not have to worry about vendor questions or any mishaps.   We chose to use ATOE after a great recommendation from a friend who raved about the service at their wedding. We chose the month of package and are so happy we did. ATOE brought to our attention details we never would have thought about and made sure our day went as smooth as possible.
