  A1 did a great job with our wedding and our honeymoon transportation. The car was clean, non-smoking and came with decorations. The driver arrived early. We had a special arrangement for my grandmother where after they dropped the bridal party at the church they went to her house and picked her up and brought her to the wedding. They accommodated it perfectly. I order us transportation for the next morning to take us to the airport for our honeymoon. I thought a car would pick us up since it was only the two of us, but a stretch limo came instead! It was awesome. Only real small complaint was the radio in the limo to the wedding was really staticy. We didn't have really any music to party to on the way to the wedding.

  We used A! Limo for our transportation from our wedding reception to O'hare airport. We booked the 8 person limo ahead of time and they showed up right on time to pick us up in the correct limo. The only thing I would complain about is the limo was clearly used before us. There were used napkins, glasses, ect. Would have been perfect if those were cleaned out ahead of time. They were on time though and got us to the airport safely so that was the main concern! I would use them again for sure.

  Sam I believe is the owner!? Everything went well! Would've loved to have some bar included, but was ok. We where able to bring in our own liquor! So it was all good and gravy :)

  Our limo driver was rude and wanted to pick us up early because he had to pick up more people after he dropped us off. After a WEDDING. They were there early and didn't come to find us, waited in front and wanted us to be sitting there waiting for him. Way too tight on the scheduling... then their system was having issues processing credit cards and stood outside my house for about 30 min and finally they left because they had others waiting... so I'm sure the people he was picking up next were pissed too.

  Seriously Disappointed

  We came in under budget for our wedding and was so excited to use the extra money to book transportation for our wedding party. Their prices seemed fair and they had a great fleet selection. I spent about 30 min on the phone going over number of people, times, and addresses of stops along the way.
  
  When I originally booked them, we had them from 2-6pm with one photo stop between the hotel and the church. Well the hotel became under construction and we needed to add an additional stop between the hotel and church and change the time from 2-6 to 2:15-6:15.
  
  Even though I had verbally signed the contract with the original information, I emailed the info email address a few weeks before to make the changes and was responded to: that the changes could be accommodated.
  
  We started to panic at 2:18pm when the party bus still had not come. I called dispatch (sitting in my suite in my bridal gown!) and was told, no they were coming at 2:15 and had no record of the route change. Ok, regardless, it was my wedding, we were in a very tight schedule and he was still late, even for 2:15pm. My dad and the whole wedding party was starting outside waiting.
  
  At about 2:25 my dad saw the bus, driving around lost and had to go flag him down in an intersection.
  
  We get to the first stop, bride and groom do their first look and we all get back on to go to picture stop #2. We are all chatting and relaxing after the first mishap and he MISSED THE TURN FOR THE STOP! At this point my fiancé was fed up because the driver HAD A BLUETOOTH IN AND WAS TALKING IN THE OHONE THE WHOLE TIME INSTEAD OF PAYING ATTENTION. My maid of honor them stood at the front of the bus to direct him.
  
  After pictures (which we had to cut short due to the lack of time) my dad had to have the bus follow him the the church since the driver did not know where he was going.
  
  After the ceremony, the last stop was to the reception. AGAIN he did not know where he was going and one of my bridesmaids had to stand at the front and direct him.
  
  Afterwards, we called to try to figure everything out and maybe get a credit for the time that was burned. They did not call us back when they said they would and finally after multiple calls my mom gets ahold of them 3 WEEKS LATER and they HUNG UP ON HER!! She immediately called them back and was finally asked “what will make you happy” she said “a half hour credit for the time that was wasted” and they said “ok”. I am now waiting to see if it shows up on my credit card statement.
  
  They were the ONLY bump in my wedding day and it was a big one. They never admitted they were wrong AT ALL, even after I showed them all the emails that I had with the changes and acknowledgements of changes.
  
  I would use a different company if you are in need of transportation, want to get anywhere on time, or actually get where you want to go.
  
  UPDATE:
  It is a day after posting this on google review and I just got a call from my mom who was just called by this company swearing at her and threatening her to take this review down within 24hours or she “would regret it”. He said he would “come at her with everything he’s got” and “knows where she lives”
  
  UPDATE: my review was then “hidden” from the google page about 10 min later. Deleted and posted again.
  
  Doesn’t sound like people I would like to do business with in the future.

  Terrible experience with this company. I met with the owner Sam at a Vendors showcase at the venue where my wedding was held. We won a discount on service so naturally we decided to use this company for our wedding which was held on 9-6-19. Initial meeting went well and everything was set for our wedding. Limo driver was supposed to pick up the groomsmen drop them off swing back pick up the ladies drop us off at the venue. We were then supposed to travel to another location post ceremony to take photos. I explained to Sam that we were having a Sparkler send off and that the groomsmen and bridesmaids would need a ride back after our event because the groom and I would be in the limo alone at that point. He asked me what time did the event conclude i told him 11:30 and he said for $280 more he could send back a limo bus to pick them up. Now i had already spent over $1200 at this point so I told him we would think about this. Our bridal party decided they would carpool back so I told him we did not need the limo bus for them he could just pick up myself and the groom. Everything was good on the way to the ceremony after the ceremony which was no more than 30mins we arrive at the limo to take photos and do a champagne toast that was a part of our package. There was no champagne only welchs light grape juice and not enough glasses for the actual toast. When asked about this the limo driver insulted us by trying to insinuate that someone had switched out the champagne for the grape juice...What since would that make when it was ours to drink and where would it have been placed as no one was carrying a bag an we went directly into the ceremony. There was no transport to an alternate location all photos were taken at the facility. So the total time spent with this company may have been a max of 2 hours. The event ends and myself and the wedding party are standing outside waiting for the limo that never showed up. My squad refused to leave until they saw that we had a ride back. I phoned Sam and got no answer so I called the limo driver directly who said he had to call Sam because he told him not to pick us up just drop us off. What bride gets a ride to a wedding an not a return back. So Sam picked up for the driver and then returned my call. He says oh no you cancelled the limo bus. Yes we agreed a limo bus was not needed but what about the return to the facility for the bride and groom. Well Sam began to get beligereant and incoherent and told me the only way he would send his driver was if myself and my groom would give him and additional $300. He then sent me a copy of the contract which detailed exactly what i said and what was originally discussed. After speaking with Sam and having several choice words and letting him know that all conversations had been documented and recorded. I got back on the phone with the driver to inquire about the practices of this buisness. The driver admitted that it was odd that there would be no return ride for the bride and groom. It seems to me that Sam is running a scam. He participated in avendors showcase where he has "given away" discounted limo ri gcs es only to hike the price and slide an additional cost to recoup what was supposed to be gifted and then some. Needless to say i told him to shove his extra $300 price tag up his $$$ and wait from a call from my lawyer. I then had to hitch a ride with a fellow guest back to our hotel. No bride should be treated in this manner on the biggest day of their lives. This was truly a scam and a brides worst nightmare.
