  This service was great for our event! We really liked the driver as he was very professional. He was on time and the limo was spotless. I would definitely recommend!

  Richard is the best!

  I have been working in hotel sales for 20 years and Richard Kasparian makes bus scheduling so simple and quick. I appreciate his quick response time and special rates. He is so dependable and great with my customers. I appreciate him!

  Thank you, Rich you were wonderful! We couldnt have asked for a better limo service! Rich went about and beyond to have the limo clean, ready, decorated! He was so kind and professional, the limo was very clean and in great condition, good price too! Highly recommended! THANK YOU!

  Great service, very responsive and professional. Available to contact at all times and was priced right. Driver was dressed professional and went out of his way to accomodate the wedding party.

  We used them for our Limo ride around the city on our wedding day. They were on time and the limo was nice and clean as expected. The only problem was that A/C system was not working properly and we were sweating on the whole ride.

  I was disappointed in our service. We hired two vehicles so we spent a lot of money with this vender. I provided very detailed instructions to the owner ahead of time so everyone would know where they were to be and when. The driver for the bridal party rushed us everywhere we went the entire day. He also did not know how to get to Gibson's which is a bit of a shock given that he was supposedly a professional driver. The bridal party had to explain to the driver how to get where he had been told days in advance he would be driving.
  
  My second vehicle was supposed to transport my out of town guests from the church to the receptions site. Instead he took them back to their hotel. Again, despite the fact that I had sent an itinerary with addresses to the owner in advance of the event.
  
  Admittedly, everyone got where they needed to be. I just think it lacked professionalism. Worse, I sent an email to the owner following the event about the quality of the service. Mind you, part of the contract is a 20% tip in ADVANCE. I did not ask for money back, I simply commented on the quality of the service and I received no response from the owner whatsoever.
  
  Given that they require an advance tip, I would think long and hard about hiring a company that does not seem to know how to get to some rather obvious landmarks in Chicago.

  We used this service to transport us on the day of our wedding for 13 people. We needed them for 4 hours to go to 4 locations. They showed up at the correct time and the bus was really nice looking. We were excited obviously but then the bus started driving. First the bus had almost no shocks it was like riding in a constant state of earthquake. We had to at stop signs open any drinks we had and drink half of it so that we wouldnt spill. Then we got on the expressway and the main door opened on its own and couldn't be shut. This was not only terribly unsafe but made the bus incredibly hot.
  
  We then got to the second house and stayed there for over an hour. The driver knew about the door problem and attempted to fix it by tying a belt to it. This of course held for about 5 minutes after leaving and once again popped open on the expressway. The earthquake also continued now with the bridesmaids and Bride in the vehicle made for many close calls on spills. Not to mention everyone getting motion sickness from the crazy bumps.
  
  Finally we had the limo driver go to another house so we could get a new limo ordered one from another company they came and picked us up and we told the other driver from PLS to take off.
  
  They didnt charge us for the whole day but also would not give us back our deposit and the owner pushed most of the blame on us for not calling the office and getting another limo even though their driver knew about the problems and was at a stop for over a hour!
  
  Only use this company if you seek the thrill of going down the express with doors open and also enjoy getting motion sickness.

  This was the worst experience I ever had in a limo. I was part of a wedding party and the bride and groom hired a party bus. The bus was nice inside and spacious, but the ride was awful. The door in the bus stayed open the entire time, which was not only dangerous, but also let the cool air from the air conditioning escape. The ride was also very bumpy, I felt like I was on an old roller coaster the entire time. We were all sweating and nauseous. Due to theses awful conditions, we had to stop the limo at an unexpected destination and hire an entirely new limo service for day. I would not recommend this limo service to anyone.
