They worked with me to make sure the set up was exactly as I wanted it. They even set up the dance floor in the rain! (Luckily there was no rain during the wedding day!) They were so friendly and helpful throughout the process of booking,drop off and pick up. -

Where do I start! Abbey Party Rentals have everything and are a breeze to work with. I am so happy I found them and booked them for my wedding. They are reasonably priced and set up the rentals and tore down. They even strung up some lights which turned out beautiful. I even needed some more trashcans last minute day of and they accommodated me. I would definitely book them again and can only highly recommend them for a wedding or event. Thank you Abbey Party Rentals. -

And we were not easy clients; lots of changing plans, and bride having lots of ideas must have been a great test of Abbey’s patience and flexibility. And they were sooo nice about it all. They had great ideas, and were really creative in thinking outside the box to make our bride’s lighting vision come to life. The finished product was absolutely stunning. They are total pros; Randy did beautiful aerial site plans of our venues (ceremony and reception) so we could really see how it would look. They were way ahead of us in anticipating our every need. The night of our outdoor wedding was looking chilly and I frantically called Abbey a few hours before, “We’re gonna need heat lamps down there!!” “They’re already in place” was the response. The set up/take down staff was also super professional. I will always use Abbey for the peace of mind that the mechanics of my event will be handled beautifully.

Compared to other vendors, Abbey Party Rents offers a great selection at reasonable rates. We had a wedding reception with a live band at Monte De Oro winery and rented many items from Abbey Party Rents: stage, lighting, dance floor, lattice panel, etc. Jasmine & Pat were so helpful and our invoice was correct. The delivery team accommodated our early-morning set-up request (8 am). The weather was unusually terrible! Cold and windy. While we were setting up, Abbey Rents saved the day by delivering heat lamps and market light poles since the wind broke ours. THANK YOU. -

They probably responded to my emails 100 times, added and subtracted from our order right up until the week before our wedding, and the day of everything looked perfect. They are definitely much more affordable than other companies, and are not as picky about their furniture. They allowed us to put everything that we wanted on the sand, and even had a solution for a dance floor since that was the one thing that could not be laid on sand. They were flexible with an early set up and late take down, and got everything ready for the permit process when we needed to proceed with that, sending us the insurance that they provide so that we could put it forth to the city, since our event was on a public beach. They even let us keep the tubs for the beer a few extra days so that we could finish it up! -

They even came back two days later to help me set up the dance floor since out venue wouldn't let us set it up too early. They were very well priced too, I compared over 14 different rentals and they were the best. -

Also, they were very flexible when I had to modify my order and clear with verifying that I had all that I needed. They even caught that I was one linen short in my order which was very helpful. I was very happy with their delivery and all the equipment we rented. Lastly, working alongside Sound Prodigy, my DJ venue, enabled us a discount with them. -

I didn't have a wedding planner that helped me before the wedding day, but Ryan was giving me very useful advice on the catering side of the event through a couple of meeting I had in person and via emails. What an exceptional customer service.

Joje Sent on 11/17/2010Abbey Party Rentals did an awesome job the day of the wedding setting up the chairs and generator for our outdoor wedding. They were on time and efficient in taking them down as well. Melissa was our initial contact for our order and even helped us out with two other orders for our wedding shower and rehearsal dinner. Drop-off and pick-up of our rentals for those two days was also great.
My only complaint is that they kept on calling us for our credit card information close to the date of the events. We faxed our credit card information to them when we first placed the orders during late summer for our two fall events. However, they still called us a couple days before our wedding shower and rehearsal dinner saying they did not have our billing information. I don't understand what happened. It was even more stressful when they said they had cancelled one of our orders because they did not have the billing information that we faxed and called in about.
Overall, their day-of services were awesome but prior to that, working with them on billing was a pain.
