  They provided everything we needed for a wedding and reception on our personal farm! Tent, chairs, tables, fans, flooring, they had it all!

  Amazing. On time, professional, even prorated some chairs because they had been booked for our wedding day. Recommend them in a heart beat!

  Contacted Action Rental and Sales the week of the wedding and they were all so helpful and polite. Great doing business with them and suggest everyone check out their pricing and selections before going elsewhere. They were able to accommodate my needs in less than a weeks time

  Phenomenal. Action Rentals did a fantastic job. They provided tables, chairs, glassware, tent etc. Their delivery and pick-up were timely. The staff was very friendly & went above and beyond the call of duty. They took time to work with me to make sure I had all the i's dotted and t's crossed.

  Rented our tent from Action. It was perfect to keep our reception out of the sun and add some shade!

  Overall good, the people who work there are pleasant, but there wasn't as much variety as I would have liked to choose from and they didn't really help me decide what I needed (which was difficult as I did not have a caterer). Also they did not set up the sent properly and had to be called back twice; also, the tent did not have interior poles as I had expected and that pretty much blew our decoration scheme straight out of the water.

  We rented tables and chairs for our wedding from Action Rentals and I was rather disappointed when they were delivered. The chairs were fine, white and simple. The tables however were old, dilapidated, and a few of them were so warped and bent that there was no way they would be usable to even set a drink on with out it falling over. I ordered 8 foot banquet tables and for the price I paid I expected them to be in much better condition. None of them matched and some of the wooden ones were splintered. Most of them were dirty. I was not pleased. When I called about the issue, they apologized and we were sent extra tables that were usable to replace the warped ones. It's a good thing I had extra long tablecloths to cover them enough that they weren't too noticeable. I wouldn't recommend this company for tables. My wedding director said she had seen much nicer rentals from other places like Celebrate Rentals.

  We used Action Rentals in Kingsport, TN for our wedding in June 2014 out of necessity. The competing rental store was a lot more expensive and we had dreamed of an outdoor wedding, which required a tent and accessories. We had to argue with Action Rentals over an $80 delivery fee for a tent that they leave all summer long at the venue we chose, which they finally dropped to $30. Then they delivered the vases for our centerpieces COMPLETELY dirty! We used two foot tall by six inches in diameter glass vases and they were smudged with dirt and coated with a film that showed up in ALL of our photos. Of the 150 rattan chairs we ordered, at least ten were broken and two completely unusable. The linens we had to pay extra to SPECIAL order were several different colors (and not on purpose). If you can, please don't waste your money on Action Rentals. It nearly ruined our big day.
