  Insanely Delicious Cake!

  There are no words for how INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS the desserts were. I ordered extra on purpose to have leftovers and literally, I would eat Adela & Co. cake all day if I could. Service was excellent, design was amazing, and everyone at the wedding was super impressed with the cake, dessert shooters and adorable beach-themed cupcakes. Highly, highly recommend them for any occasion. Simply awesome!

  Married 4/22/22

  Booked with Adela&co for my wedding on 4/22/22. I sent in a pic Inspo and she made it like the pic but better!. We decided on a 2 tier red velvet cake that was delicious & everyone loved it. If you're looking for a cake this is the lady to do it, I definitely recommend. Thank you soooo much Ericka!

  The best cake I ever tasted!

  I planned a wedding in less than 2 months. One of the first and best decisions I made was booking Adela and Co. Bakery. It was difficult deciding on flavors due to the wide variety of flavors offered. After tasting four varieties, we decided to go with Lemon Velvet and Strawberry Shortcake. Let me tell you, our guests are still raving about how delicious the cake was. It tasted as good as it looked. The Lemon Velvet was luscious and and creamy with the perfect amount of citrus and sweetness. The Strawberry Shortcake moist and light. The freshness of the strawberries paired well with the icing. We are counting down the days to our anniversary to have more cake.

  Beyond our expectations!

  Our wedding cake from Adela & Co. was absolutely amazing in both taste and look! Ericka was so sweet and easy to work with. With less than 2 weeks' notice, she created a gorgeous and delicious cake and cupcakes for us. We wanted a square, tiered cake on the simpler side, and Ericka exceeded our expectations. We had a special request with regards to the flavor and it came out perfect. Ericka truly went above and beyond and we could not have been more pleased. We cannot recommend Adela & Co. enough!

  Just Beautiful & Amazing

  This Queen did such a great job on my wedding cupcakes. She was so great to work with, the cupcakes were jaw dropping, and they were so yummy and delicious. I encourage all brides to book with this wonderful woman. She was the only one who said yes to making my vanilla cupcakes with orchids on top. She’s Fantastic.
