  Adina is simply the best!

  Adina is simply the best - I mean that in every way possible. Adina was one of the first vendors we hired and we are so glad to have had her help and advice along the way. My husband and I are not from Colorado, so Adina was instrumental in connecting us with many of the vendors we hired for our wedding. Her communication was always on point and she was so responsive to all of our needs. She even went out of her way to drive a ton of our decor items up to our venue the day of to help our timeline run more smoothly. She will go out of her way to make sure your day is everything you could have ever wanted and more!!

  Organized, responsive, and the planner you need!

  Adina was one of our first hires when we got engaged as our month-of-coordinator. We wanted peace of mind and expert support. We attended a wedding (that we loved) where she was their coordinator, plus she's so highly recommended by our friends. Adina was a voice of reason and support throughout our planning process. She always had great questions (ones you won't know to think of), she had our back, was very responsive in all communication, organized, and helped make the planning process feel seamless. She is great at working with vendors and knows when to ask for more, less, etc.
  
  During our wedding day she ensured everything ran smoothly, and when she had to deal with a vendor issue, I didn't know about it until it had been dealt with and she figured it all out. You better believe she handled it. You don't want to have to live in the minutia of all the details and Adina will make sure it's your dream day and fight all the fires for you :) She made all our wedding components come together with ease and from the get-go, we always trusted her. I still smile thinking about Adina always appearing at the right time with drinks or snacks for my husband and I, and she even brought desserts to me on the dance floor! I would recommend Adina to anyone looking for a wonderful, competent, kind, fun, organized coordinator.

  Wedding planning

  I can say without a doubt that hiring Adina as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process! From organization to creative new ideas, she was invaluable to us! She asked the questions we didn’t even know to ask, kept us on task during the planning period and was so helpful with vendor coordination in the week leading up to the wedding and day of, that we did not have to worry about any details! Her knowledge and expertise are worth every penny!

  Destination wedding for 200+ guests, no stone left unturned

  We hired Adina Sanders as our wedding planner and we could not be happier with our decision! We interviewed a few people before deciding on Adina. I am the mother of the bride living in NY and we had our wedding in Boulder, Colorado. That does have its own challenges but with Adina, everything went so smoothly and efficiently throughout the entire process from start to finish!
  
  We had over two hundred people come to the wedding which was at the St. Julien Hotel. They said it was the largest wedding they ever held there. Adina’s attention to detail was key. She thought of everything and was involved with every appointment with every vendor. Between the venue, florist, band, photographer, videographer, linen company and more, Adina was on top of everything and developed nice relationships and rapport with all the key people we had to deal with.
  
  My daughter, Adina and I had planned conference calls to review all details on a regular basis as needed. As it got closer to the wedding, Adina put together a schedule and timeline for the day of the wedding. Every single minute was accounted for. There was also a separate schedule for hair and makeup. Her two assistants, Jessica and Lexi were there and they did a phenomenal job making sure everything went smoothly and on time!
  
  We made the right decision hiring Adina and would highly recommend her for your affair, whether it be big or small!

  Incredibly detail oriented, efficient and attentive

  My husband and I are based in New York and we worked with Adina for over a year to plan our destination wedding in Colorado.
  
  Adina has many solid relationships with local vendors and also worked really well with new vendors that we wanted to work with. Having her onsite for planning meetings with our venue and other vendors (since we were planning from a distance), was a huge relief. It is so important to have someone who you trust and who advocates for you to be present when we could not be.
  
  Months leading up to the wedding, Adina was excellent and her experience enabled her to make suggestions that we wouldn’t have thought about otherwise (ie: floor plan layouts, party timeline flow, rain plan backup). As it drew closer to the wedding date, Adina’s role shifted to being a superhero rather than an event planner! She fulfilled our 100+ welcome bags for our guests, had behind-the-scenes calls and touch bases with our vendors and checked in regularly with us to ensure that no stone went unturned.
  
  When we arrived in Colorado 4 days before the wedding, every detail had been addressed and everything was taken care of so my husband, myself, and our families were able to relax and enjoy the days leading up to our wedding.
  
  On our wedding day, the venue, all of our vendors, and all of our family and wedding party knew exactly what to do and where to be thanks to Adina’s schedule and attention to detail. When we walked into the ballroom, it was like everything had been tied up in a perfect bow. I cannot say enough great things about working with Adina. While the wedding planning process is notoriously known to be overwhelming, working with Adina made it smooth and enjoyable. Our 200+ out of town guests will continue to rave about our wedding for years to come.

  Amazing - Organized, Professional, Capable, FUN

  Hire Adina. She will give you the wedding you dream about but can't figure out how to put into action. She will support your vision, cheer on your decisions, and give you her (tasteful) opinions when asked. She will wrangle all the vendors, family members, and supplies in very professional, persistent, kind, and organized ways (likely involving Excel). She will serve as a go-between, shielding you from the less fun parts of wedding planning (spoon rentals) and translating your ideas into action.
  
  My wedding was in a place where we had to bring everything in from tables to toilets to glasses. Adina thought of everything - renting propane tanks, calling the utility company to make sure the tent wasn't going to hit anything, where cars were to park, etc. Based on her portfolio, she seems to have a special talent for particularly difficult spaces. Because she can handle the hardest situations, I imagine that other venues would be a breeze where she can really let her extensive creative skills shine. She has a strong work ethic and is incredibly dependable. As an East Coast transplant, sometimes the typical Colorado-wedding-planning pace of other vendors frustrated me but Adina got results/quotes/answers with her polite persistence.
  
  When I was looking for help with my wedding, I kept running into the same few planning names for Colorado events. While I have no doubt that their work is strong, I wanted to do something different. I wanted fresh ideas, thoughts, and slates. I wanted to be sure that my wedding reflected our families and friends and wasn’t just another outdoor Colorado event with blush flowers and crossback chairs. I wanted to bring together a team of vendors that wasn't incestuous, repeating the same event on different grass. Thanks to Adina's experience, skill, and hard work, I got MY wedding as I had always imagined it (crossback chairs and all).

  Firstly, let me be clear that my husband and I are not people who thought we even wanted to enlist the services of a wedding planner. We are organized (or so we thought!), creative, and we considered our event fairly low-key. Well, let me tell you: hiring Adina as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. After we found our site, we soon realized that we were in over our heads. I contacted Adina upon the recommendation of the venue owner and from our first phone conversation, I felt a sense of calm and relief. She was skilled at listening to our needs and developing a cohesive plan. I would describe Adina's style as warm, open, and direct. She communicated with us and the vendors with the highest levels of efficiency and clarity. Adina sourced the best vendors and her interactions with them were always professional. Her experience as an event planner really showed at our vendor meetings as she homed in on details that we all would have otherwise overlooked. Adina also helped us stay within budget and made thoughtful suggestions for solutions that kept our wedding both affordable and beautiful. She has exquisite taste in all areas of design and found vendors that were not only talented and proficient, but fun to work with as well. I am a former chef and the food was one of the most important features of our reception. Adina shares our culinary enthusiasm and it was a joy to plan the catering with her. Our wedding day was more magical than we could have imagined (or planned ourselves!) and truly reflected who we are as a couple. (My mother-in-law, who is an artist, still tears up four months later talking about how beautiful the event was!) I have no idea how she did it, but Adina was able to evoke a sense of energy and enthusiasm while remaining calm and grounded the entire day of the ceremony and reception. Just being in her presence reassured me. I can confidently say that I was not worried or nervous about the day itself at all. I never thought that wedding planning could be so enjoyable and have to say that I am actually sad that it is all over. Adina not only expertly guided us through the fine points of planning our event but also demonstrated incredible grace and compassion during the times we felt stressed and overwhelmed. We cannot thank Adina enough for always going above and beyond to help us create the day of our dreams!

  Adina is the best around.

  Adina is absolutely wonderful. She was the first person we hired after getting engaged, and it was a decision that allowed us to genuinely enjoy the year leading up to our wedding. Adina was our Month-of Coordinator, but she had our backs throughout the planning process. She is the perfect mix of qualities you hope to find in a planner: kind, confident, professional, extremely knowledgeable, fast to respond, clear and direct, down to earth, realistic, and amazingly intuitive. When we had questions, she provided answers. When we were worried or stressed, she normalized the process and calmed us down. When vendors wouldn’t get back to us, she followed up with them personally until they did. Also, having someone who’s done this many times before, can explain the pros and cons of different tent types and lighting designs, and knows you don’t need to pay for an additional generator, not only saved us stress and time, but ultimately saved us money.
  
  On the day of our wedding, she was beyond brilliant. We were so happy the entire time, and didn’t have to deal with any logistics – which is no small thing when you have 12 different vendors and 150 guests. She managed everything from arrivals to drop-offs to setup to timelines. I didn’t notice a single thing go wrong, and even if something did, we knew Adina had it covered. We were able to fully enjoy the day. Throughout the afternoon and evening, we stayed on schedule, but never felt rushed. After the ceremony, she had appetizers and champagne waiting while we took a minute to ourselves. At the end of the night, too, she made sure we got to try the late-night food by bringing it to us on the dance floor.
  
  I would recommend Adina Sanders 100% of the time, to anyone planning an event or wedding. Not only will she help you create an experience you’ll never forget, she’ll make sure you get to enjoy it.

  After being a bride that thought, “do I really need a wedding coordinator?” the final answer is yes, and I needed Adina Michelle Events. As a bride, choosing Adina Michelle Events was the BEST wedding decision that I made! The only regret I have is that I did not decide to have a wedding planner/day of coordinator earlier, as I waited until ~ 3 months before the wedding (after a previous 12 months of planning)! Adina is truly a professional and her attention to detail is impeccable, she thinks of EVERYTHING. We had a beautifully outlined timeline of our day about a month out and she kept me on schedule with all the last-minute plans. My husband and I were already so thankful and grateful, THEN ONE WEEK before our wedding (which was pretty much set in stone) our reception venue unexpectedly burned down 7 days before our wedding (seriously it's true). In the midst of a crisis, Adina continued to remind me that although it would be different, everything would work out. I was still going to marry Jim and that is truly what the day is about! With Adina’s help we were able to scramble and lucked out in finding a beautiful ballroom for our wedding reception. She was super flexible in regular contact with us, and assisted in pivoting our timeline to accommodate new wedding reception and caterer. Adina alongside our new reception venue seamlessly reconfigured our seating and coordinated a new menu - all at the drop of a hat. Adina was truly our rock that week, there are no words to explain how thankful we are for her! She was super flexible in regular contact with us, and assisted in pivoting our timeline to accommodate new wedding reception and caterer. Adina alongside our new reception venue seamlessly reconfigured our seating and coordinated a new menu - all at the drop of a hat.   Didn't think I would do a wedding planner but last minute we hired Adina and it was the best decision we made! She was on top of everything, making sure every detail was carried out just how I envisioned. The venue, the DJ, the makeup artists, all the decorations and florist were managed by Adina and she did a beautiful job. I highly recommend her for any wedding big or small. Such a stress relief having her around!

  Adina took us on with very short notice due to unusual circumstances and did so with ease and professionalism. As the mother of the bride, there were so many details I had not thought about and she went through every detail step by step, contacted vendors, made sure everything was set up and ready to go right on time. Adina made my daughter's wedding work flawlessly and she never appeared stressed or worried even when the weather was not cooperating which helped all of us feel like the day was going smoothly, and it did. Adina was worth every penny and more.

Our wedding was at a DIY venue where all the details are loaded in at the beginning and out at the end, and she made sure everything ran smoothly from the arrival of the vendors, to the decor elements, to running the actual wedding and schedule. Before the big day she was thorough and attentive, helping us iron out every last detail (often things we would have never even thought of!). There were so many little details to our wedding but come the day of I didn't think about a single thing because I knew Adina was on it. I wouldn't look any further if you need a wedding or event coordinator!
