Very easy to work with and very accommodating to our older guests that had trouble with the outdoor terrain.

My husband and I first toured Adventures Unlimited as a potential wedding venue with our parents back in January 2020 and we weren't sure what to expect before meeting Jo Dee. We knew we wanted an outdoor venue surrounded by trees, but still have all the amenities for an indoor reception and sleeping accommodations. Well, we honestly couldn't have picked a better spot.

Adventures Unlimited has several different ceremony sites and their Mill House Barn is so beautiful and updated. We chose to have our ceremony at the Wedding Dias which was perfect for our amount of guests (~50). It can serve more but we chose to downsize our wedding due to COVID-19. Our wedding party and family members stayed at the Schoolhouse Inn also which was so convenient and central to everything on our wedding weekend. We had our rehearsal dinner in the BBQ shack which again, was very nice and central to everything.
We even had our mini-moon at the Lorax Loft which was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the private outdoor fireplace by the river and the tree house is so cute!

Jo Dee was always professional with not only me, but my wedding coordinator. The staff we had the weekend of the wedding was also so helpful and kind. They provided us more firewood throughout the wedding weekend as needed, and worked well with the vendors we had.

For any couples out there looking for a beautiful venue surrounded by nature with many accommodations, definitely reach out to Jo Dee and the staff at Adventures Unlimited!

I had my wedding at Adventures Unlimited. During the pandemic, the week of an impending hurricane. The staff at Adventures Unlimited went above and beyond working with me during these difficult times. They were extremely flexible. Especially the day of, when our outdoor wedding got completely rained out and we had to move it inside. SO MANY crazy situations arose on this day. Jo Dee and the Adventures Unlimited staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were satisfied. I cannot thank them enough. They were there for me every step of the way.
My guests loved the adventure as well. Most everyone I have talked to about our wedding, said it was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to. Guests loved the cabins and being able to have places to hangout together the day before and after the wedding.

This place was a hidden gem! I originally only toured it to humor my husband who picked it, but it honestly exceeded all of my expectations immensely! This place is more than just canoeing and zip lining (which are also both fun experiences here!) We literally had the wedding of our dreams here.

Outdoor weddings or “rustic weddings” are becoming a trend right now, but this place provides more than just the “rustic” backdrop. They have tons of beautifully themed cabins onsite for all of your guests to stay without having to block out hotel rooms.

The Dias was the perfect backdrop for us personally for a ceremony site. Adventures Unlimited has a beautiful platform already in place for any bride/groom to add their own personal touches. They also rent/provide chairs and set them up Which saved hiring an outside vendor.

We rented out the entire schoolhouse for our wedding party, which left us the schoolhouse lawn to host the wedding reception. With the train caboose (which is also a fun themed cabin room) in the background, a food truck caterer, a fire in the fire pit, and plenty of cafe lights (provided by us) it was fun, casual, yet elegant. All of the elements I wanted for that day. There was more than enough space for everyone. And again, adventures Unlimited will not only rent out the tables and chairs, but set them up and take them down as well.

The staff at adventures Unlimited was different than you’d get anywhere else. They became like family to us. We saw ourselves referring to everyone by name and looking for familiar faces. You can honestly tell everyone genuinely loved working there and felt like family as well. Jo Dee is the event coordinator here (although I think she may wear many more hats) and she was fantastic. We wouldn’t have had the experience we had without her. She accommodated me every time I wanted to come take a look around and measure for things or bring a vendor by. But more importantly she refused to let me stress out or get discouraged on my big day. I hired a wedding planner/coordinator who fell through in more ways than I can count, and Jo Dee stepped in without hesitation and helped smooth everything out. She was always one step ahead and I knew I had nothing to worry about with her there.

We planned a moonlight zip line on the Sunday following the wedding with the remaining guests that haven’t left yet and we highly recommend. We’ve zip lined before, but this was a truly breathtaking unique experience that is the perfect way to start your new adventure in life together with.

We can’t thank adventures Unlimited enough for being our home for our wedding and making it the wedding of our dreams. We can’t wait to keep visiting and having more adventures here for years to come.

Our wedding was cancelled April 11 die to covid which left us scrambling for a new venue. We found and contacted adventures unlimited who immediately got us in to see the beautiful ristic venues onsite. they have several indoor and outdoor choices and well as lodging options at a very reasonable rate. Jo dee the event manager helped ensure our vendors ans guest and our needs were met. From s CDCheduling our tour to checking out after our wedding all services offered were top notch
We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a rustic wedding. We look forward to many anniversaries here.

I had a small wedding, (80 guests). Immediate family and close friends spent the weekend at the School House Inn. That was so relaxing. We got together to eat meals in the Cooking Pavillian, and we hung out around the campfire the first night we were there. It is a beautiful place to stay, All the rooms are furnished with antiques. We had our reception in the barn in the evening. It was beautiful with all the hanging lights and high ceiling. The staff were amazing, really great to work with.

We had our wedding at the Wedding Diaz and the reception behind the School House Inn. The venue was so beautiful and fit comfortably our 150 guests. The staff at Adventures is absolutely amazing. They worked so hard to make our day perfect and accommodated all of our crazy requests. They were so patient with us as we planned our perfect day. I would definitely recommend Adventures for your special day.

Our whole wedding weekend took place at Adventures, and everything about it was PERFECT. Why?
-Gorgeous setting. We had our ceremony in the early summer, and it was an outdoor wedding. The ceremony area on the water was ideal.
-Tons of space and activities. We had a large (250) invitation list and the accommodations at Adventures were ideal. Plenty of excellent rooms for the adults and lots of space for the kids. Everyone took a big river trip and dos the zip lines on the day before and day of the wedding.
-Cost savings. We avoided major price hikes that we were quoted at some traditional venues (e.g., alcohol and food)
-Fantastic communication. The folks at Adventures were so well-prepared for our event, and every step was smooth thanks to their hard work

I give Adventures my highest recommendation. We still get compliments to this day from people saying that ours was the most fun they've ever had at our wedding, and a several of our friends from Destin, Milton, and Pensacola have followed our lead to have their ceremony here as well.
