  Getting married in Maui? Looking for a Videographer to capture a perfect little movie of your day? Look no further. Let me tell you about Doug. He is INCREDIBLE! I am not one to go out of my way to write reviews for people, but dang.. does he deserve it! From the premilary meeting where we discussed the vision, what we were looking for, set-up, etc. To showing up at 4AM(!!) for our Sunrise ceremony. To ensuring we grabbed shots that I really wanting, even if it wasn't initially planned or maybe even out of the way. To being an absolute JOY to be around on our Wedding day! Doug, we cannot thank you enough for capturing our magical day in such a beautiful keepsake. We will cherish our wedding video forever! Through his filmmaking, our film is filled with so much love, laughter, happiness - he really captured the essence of our relationship! MAHALO, DOUG!!

  Phenomenal!

  Doug's work is nothing short of phenomenal! The storytelling edit that he did of our special day is so incredible and my husband and I are beyond thrilled with how spectacular our video came out! Afterglow Weddings is an absolute necessity when trying to capture the magic of the day, and I can't wait to have another occasion and to work with Doug again!!!

  Doug is an excellent photographer who cares deeply about his work & ensures his clients are 100% satisfied. All of the pictures from our wedding were spectacular! We couldn't have asked for a better photographer ! He is so kind and easy going, too! I assure you, you will be happy if you have him as your photographer! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

  Doug was AMAZING!!! I had no idea what to expect for my wedding video and I know it's scary when you HOPE that your special wedding day is captured in the way that you'd like.......So let me tell you DOUG DID SUCH AN AMAZING JOB that it's so important I share with you what made his video so special!! He had the Groom and the Official wear microphones that were hidden... I had not idea they were there!! The video quality and sounds was amazing!! Even with the crashing waves, you could hear our vows perfectly!! The whole ceremony!! The moments he captured were moments I will cherish forever!!! How do you put a price tag on that? You can't!! I will forever be grateful for his wonderful work and for how he captured our special day!!! He comes 100% recommended from us!!!

  Choosing a videographer is always hard for your wedding becasue everyone wants the best, well Doug is that. He was always very responsive with emails from day one. He is easy to communicate with when having a dialogue about your wedding video vision. He is a bargain for the product delivered. My video was everything I imagined and more. Not to mention Doug was wonderful during the wedding, he was pleasant, respectful and made you feel very comfortable! Even kept us laughing! 100% recommend!

  Amazing Videographer - Highly Recommend!

  Wow! Doug and his team far exceeded our expectations. He set up an initial conversation with us where we shared our visions for the wedding video and the end product could not have been more perfect. He was easy to work with, and was very responsive to all emails and calls. Thank you Doug!

  We couldn't be happier with our wedding video Doug at Afterglow Weddings Maui created for our destination wedding in Maui!! Our day was so special and magical, he captured it so perfectly and beautifully!!
  There was video footage I didn't even realize was being filmed until we saw our video for the first time and we were so grateful he caught those moments. One of the songs he choose for our video while we are walking on the beach brings tears to our eyes, it's just beautiful!
  We also had Doug put together a slide show to music with photos from our wedding and he did an incredible job with that as well.
  It was such a pleasure meeting and working with Doug. He is professional, friendly and very talented. We loved his enthusiasm and creativity. You couldn't ask for any better videographer.   I am so incredibly glad that I chose Doug with Afterglow to shoot my wedding. I couldn't be more happy with the way that the wedding video turned out.
  
  Doug was a pleasure to work with. He was perfectly professional, totally thorough, and quite artistic with his video skills. Watching the video, I saw that he captured so much footage that I didn't even realize he was filming. He didn't miss any of the important moments and got even more than I expected!
  
  My husband and I also decided to have Doug edit a highlights video montage of all the day's events, so that we could have a shorter account of our wedding to share with friends and family. We absolutely LOVED it!!! It was so sweet to have a little video that was so easily shared and he did a superb job of editing it. Many of our friends and family told us how moved they were by seeing the video, whether they were able to attend the wedding or not!
  
  I would highly recommend Doug to anyone wanting video services and suggest checking out samples of his wedding highlight montages. I can imagine we will be watching and sharing that much more often than our full wedding video! :)

  Douglas from Afterglow Weddings Maui was awesome! He captured our wedding better than I ever have could hoped. I am so grateful we decided to get a videographer for our wedding. This is something my husband and I can keep and cherish for life. I highly recommend Douglas. He is professional and responsible. He got us our DVD in a timely manor considering the amount of work that is put into making it.

  We are so grateful to have found Doug of Afterglow Weddings! We knew we wanted to have our ceremony documented and a highlight video, and we are so glad we have this to treasure always. Doug was very professional and stealth--we did not even notice him recording! He created a wonderful video with great angles, even with our officiant who blocked views. He put together a beautiful wedding DVD and as we sat down to watch it, a rush of memories came flooding back to us.   Doug was a pleasure work with. We had to hire him last minute and he was very accomadating and helpful. On the day of the wedding he came and introduced himself and made sure to discuss with me what it was that I wanted the video to be styled after. He went around videotaping every magical moment without being intrusive.
  
  He asked us promptly via email about music selections and the we received the final cut within 3 weeks of the wedding. The video was wonderful and we love showing it to family and friends. I would not hesitate recommending Doug to other brides. Doug is a kind and warm soul and I enjoyed meeting him.
