I was referred to this salon by friends and now I know why everyone should buy their dress from here! The private rooms and attentive service really made this a fun experience. My attendant found my dream dress just by asking a few questions and really listened to what I had to say! If you want the best experience please go to Albert Griffin Bridal!

When I called Albert griffin I was curious to getting alterations there reading about Sam on their website. I called to make an appointment and they fit me in not just for alterations on a bridesmaid dress, but also to try on a bridal gown THAT SAME DAY. Kally was amazing and so patient, I came in not knowing what I wanted. She let me talk and take my time on what I really wanted. When I knew I found "the one" Sam came in along with I'm thinking the manager and they made my decision even better! I have not purchased a bridal gown yet but they let me try on so many and spend so much time with them that I don't want to go anywhere else! I will definitely be purchasing my dream dress here along with getting other dresses altered by Sam! Such reasonable prices, awesome staff, and very comforting!!!! Thank you all!!!!

I made an appointment just to go in and look around to see if I could find a style i liked. I walked in not knowing what i truly wanted, I was greeted promptly and i was taken great care of. I think my favorite part was being able to try on different styles that i thought i was not too interested in. I walked in with yoga pants on just wanting to look and i ended up buying the dress of my dreams! I cannot say thank you enough to Albert Griffin Bridal for making this the easiest shopping experience and the most welcoming. :)
I also took my bridesmaids a few months later to try on dresses for them and i was able to surprise them with showing them my gorgeous dress! Leigh was so accommodating! I would highly recommend this bridal shop!!!!!

I got a perfect dress from Albert Griffin. The rooms were completely private and I had a single consultant. So professional. GREAT quality dresses. My experience went SO SMOOTHLY! Was not stressful at all. Totally recommend!

I found Albet Griffin Bridal at the Wedding Expo at Rocking H Ranch in Lakeland & spoke briefly with Melissa at the event. I really liked the idea of an intimate boutique rather than a larger retailer who might try to hurry me along. Once I found "the dress" on my first trip, Melissa peeked in and remembered me from the wedding expo over a month previously. It was a nice feeling. Also, I can't say enough good things about Catherine!! She was beyond accommodating each and every time I asked something of her. Catherine was so sweet and made me feel comfortable. I chose a blush colored gown and ended up renting ties through Albert Griffin and they matched my dress perfectly! I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with everyone from this location and have already and would recommend them again. Thank you everyone from the Albert Griffin Bridal team, you made my wedding dress shopping experience wonderful!!

Albert Griffin was the second place I looked for my dress and wasn't expecting to find anything right away because I knew exactly what I wanted but was on a tight budget. Melissa was so easy to work with and wasn't pushy or focused on sales like other places I had been to. She listened to everything I was looking for and found a dress that was perfect. I immediately fell in love and walked out a very happy girl.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this shop! First, the experience you get here is far better than any of the "big name" stores. They have a private room where you go in with your friends and family with couches for them to sit on and wine for everyone to drink. Instead of someone going and picking out dresses they think you might like, all the dresses are right there in the room with you. I tried on many dresses and never once felt rushed or like I was trying on too many. I have seen girls in the big name stores out on a huge floor with strangers and everyone around and just want to go whisper in their ear that they deserve a much more intimate experience (like you do at this shop). Second, I never expected to actually buy a dress here because I just knew the prices for this type of upscale place would be too high for my small budget...I was wrong. Their prices are very affordable and I was able to get my dress, veil, and jewelry for my budget for just the dress!! Last, the staff is very sweet and professional. Anytime I had a question or needed help they were very prompt and kind. All brides should get the experience you get at this shop. I'm so thankful I used them!

They are a small shop,but I think that's what makes them great! They responded super quick to my e mails. When I got there they were so polite and helpful. I found my dream dress here. This was the first store I went to and the very first dress I tried on is the one I ended up buying. Very nice bridal boutique and I would highly recommend checking them out!

I usually do not write reviews, but in this case I think it's more than necessary. Albert Griffin Bridal is such an amazing place. The two women who own this salon are the most down to earth people I have come across in a very long time. They are so incredibly nice, helpful, accommodating and professional. I felt so comfortable trying dresses on and telling them about what I was looking for. They put me in every single dress I wanted, without hesitation, I never felt rushed. I really felt like they wanted to help me, I did not feel pressured in the slightest bit. I tried on several dresses, and didn't get "that feeling". One of the owners pulled up my wedding venue on her iPad, asked me questions about my wedding, my fiancé, my style, and asked me if I would try on one more dress, that she thought would be perfect. When I initially saw the dress, it was nothing I would have ever picked out myself. When I put it on, to my complete surprise, I fell in LOVE with it, it was my dress!
Their selection is not huge, but it is so unique! It is definitely not your typical boutique, full of dresses that everyone is wearing, owners only looking for a sale, feeling rushed and pressured. These women are running a top of the line business; you can tell how passionate they are and how much they truly enjoy what they do. I am beyond happy with my experience and my gown. I honestly can not say enough about this salon! I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking for a wedding gown!

My experience at Albert Griffin Bridal was wonderful!! I wanted to try on a dress that I saw online but wasn't in their stock. However, Melissa and Leigh were able to order the dress for me so that I could try it on! It ended up being my dress and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend any bride in the Lakeland area to visit this place!

Shopping for my dress at Albert Griffin Bridal has been my favorite part of wedding preparation. The ladies there were so attentive and helpful; they made the process fun and care free. I didn't feel rushed at all, and really appreciate how they only work with one bride at a time so you have their undivided attention. AGB gives the kind of one-on-one help and attention a woman deserves while shopping for the dress you will only have the opportunity to wear once in your life. A bridal gown is a big and special purchase, and they made it even more enjoyable.

I was so impressed with the service and quality of dresses Albert Griffin had. You feel like a princess and the stylists really picked out the best dresses for me(my body type). Over the moon with my dress! You will not be disappointed if you visit Albert Griffin for your wedding dress! I was a little disappointed with the way they set up the fitting with the seamstress. I got a call that my dress was in and I asked about making an appointment with the seamstress and they said they would reach out to her and get a date. A week later I received a text from the Seamstress confirming my appointment for THAT day. I had to re-schedule with her for a later date since I had plans and couldn't make the appointment. Word of advice pick up your dress and contact the seamstress (Carolina) directly. You will avoid the $50.00 "fitting" fee that albert griffin charges to get fitted at there shop and Carolina has a wonderful office / changing room set up in her home. She is super nice and my dress looks amazing. She hemmed the length and made the cutest French bustle that is easy for my girls to do and it really looks so good! I absolutely adored my David Tutera wedding dress. Albert Griffin bridal was one of the only local vendors to have the dress so I did not have many options. The initial appointment was wonderful. We had a private bridal area to try on dresses. I am not a size 0 though so the number of dress options in store was limited. I did chose a dress. It took over 4 months to get my dress. When it was finally in (3 weeks before my wedding date), I called to pick it up. The store scheduled a time for me to pick it up, identifying a specific time. In my mind, I thought this was so they would be able to provide me some attention after spending 2500$. I was wrong. Even after having my appointment time pushed back by the store, my dress was not ready when I arrived. I waited until they steamed it, which was pointless because the store does not do alterations, so I was going to have to take my dress elsewhere to be altered anyway. They put me in a dressing room (not the bridal area) to try on the dress. The dressing room was about 3x3 wide, and difficulty to turn around in given the quantity of the dress. The girl pulled back the curtain and asked what I thought. What do I think? I have no idea because I can't move, and I can't see a mirror. I looked like a tissue that had been shoved back in the box. I wanted to cry. She told me to step out of the dressing room and to stand in front of another bride to see my dress. I was already upset. I can't imagine how the other bride felt. It was not a good experience at all. I do not recommend this store. I would rather have driven to another state to get my dress.

I wanted to cry. She told me to step out of the dressing room and to stand in front of another bride to see my dress. I was already upset. I can't imagine how the other bride felt. It was not a good experience at all. I do not recommend this store. I would rather have driven to another state to get my dress.

My first experience was amazing and Catherine was great! I ordered my dress that day, around June 23rd, and I was told 4-6 months for it to arrive. I went back for my original appt with them to pick out my veil and jewelry, which was about 3 wks after I ordered my dress. My veil and jewelry came in by Nov/Dec, and I was then told that my dress would not be here in December like originally promised it would be the first wk of January. Well the second wk of January rolls around and we called and the owner said he would email the company and get back to us. Well never got a phone call, so my mom called back and we were reassured it would be in on time. My mom called the following wk and they still hadn’t heard when we would be getting it in. After a few phone calls, Leigh called the designer and we were told it was on its way. Not only was my dress over a month late from the original promised date, I had to wait to see the seamstress. I had less than 10 wks until my wedding the day I went in for alterations. The seamstress said 6 wks to finish the alterations but probably less than that. I never called once until 5 wks after my appt. to ask the status. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and the response was she is working on it. So, at 6 wks after my appt. we called again, and she was told that she would have to speak to a manager and there wasn’t one there. So at 7 wks after my appt, I drove to the store, I was taken back to their back dressing room to talk to the seamstress. She was extremely rude and my coworker was shocked and will not be going there. She gave me every excuse. Well we made it to 8 wks after my appt and I had to call again to ask about my alterations. I got a call back saying they were finished. However, we had discussed her putting the buttons down my train during my alterations appt, but they were not put on the dress. Only one was placed for my bustle. The bad experiences with them over shadowed the good experiences. I will not recommend.

They had my wedding dress since the beginning of February 2016 for alterations... it is Now April 2016 and my wedding is in 10 days (she NEVER even started my dress) and now I am having to find someone to do all of my alterations in less then a week (which I found much cheaper and honestly way better...blessing in disguise!).

This entire experience has been truly a nightmare...I would NEVER Recommend a place that allows this to continue to happen to their customers!!

This should be one of my happiest times in my life, and because of them, I am so stressed out and crying 10 days before my Wedding...

I have watched Samantha, The seamstress interact with SEVERAL people and EVERY single one of those people left upset and REFUSE to use your bridal salon....she is so rude, hateful and unprofessional!! I'm sorry but I don't see where that is exceptional customer service at all and for any owner that can continue to sit back and watch their customers being treated and spoke to like that you should be ashamed especially in your line of work!!!
