  We got married at The Botanic Gardens on 9/5/14. Renee was FABULOUS. She was organized and friendly. We had our reception at Shark Reef Cafe and the food was so delicious! We got the roast beef and pasta station and it was the best wedding food I've ever had. It was a beautiful dream wedding.

  This place is beautiful! Renee did not always respond to emails quickly, but that may just mean because I am so impatient, because as the wedding date got closer she wouldn't respond to emails she would personally call which was very nice of her. When I asked if I could have my wedding party arrive early for photos she was awesome and accommodated our requests. Loved the venue and Renee was a pleasure to work with!

  This place is beautiful!   The rose garden was beautiful and the staff was pleasant to work with. Our reception at the Shark Reef Cafe turned out much better than expected. The waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. It was quite hassle free and affordable if the wedding and reception are both held at the BioPark. I would recommend it to everyone.

  We loved having our wedding ceremony and reception at the Albuquerque Botanic Gardens on the Festival Greens. The Biopark staff was so helpful in accommodating our non-traditional vision for our wedding events. They provide a practically turn-key service for wedding planning: coordinate equipment rentals (tables, chairs, linens, stage, lighting, outdoor heating), provide hors d'oeuvres, dinner, drinks, dessert & all waitstaff, set-up, tear-down... this is a very convenient service and they still provided a lot of flexibility to allow our own style and ideas to define the details. The food was really good! The gardens are absolutely beautiful. Renee is really great to work with- she's very professional and helpful. The catering team ultimately pulled through with shining colors even though leading up to the event they weren't always very responsive. We had a really great experience on our wedding day and are so happy we chose the Botanic Gardens as our venue.

The only snags we ran into were with the required caterer, which had to provide the chairs. First, they did a great job with the chairs, but they were pretty expensive to rent. Second, providing water for our guests was tricky, as the company would not provide water without requiring we hire there staff, meaning that every couple not getting catering with them must figure this out each time. The caterer was also somewhat difficult to reach until closer to the wedding. Overall everything was perfect, however!

  I really enjoyed my wedding in the ceremonial rose garden, it was beautiful and everyone loved the food. I loved our events coordinator.

  I wanted my wedding and reception to be in a unique place - not the typical hotel ballroom so I decided on the Zoo. The downside is that there is absolutely NO bending of any rules, you can't set up til the guests are gone and you have to be out by 10. but they are honest about that from the beginning, so I wasn't disappointed the day of. It is a beautiful location, my wedding was awesome and I'm glad that I had it there.

  I loved this place for the wedding, we were able to get the rose garden at the bio park and in June the roses were in bloom and it was beautiful I would recommend it for anyone with the money to pay for it.
