We were over the moon happy to work with Annie at Alcantara. We had traveled there for weekend get-aways before and loved it, so it was our first choice for a wedding venue. I can’t speak highly enough about Annie. She was kind and responsive - went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. (Along with all the Alcantara staff!) I felt like I walked away from an incredible weekend with a new friend. Thank you, Annie! -

We absolutely loved our wedding venue, Alcantara Vineyards! The space is gorgeous, the wine was a huge hit and the venue coordinator, Annie, was fantastic to work with! She was quick to reply to every email filled with questions during the planning process and did everything she could the day of the wedding to make sure it was everything we wanted! She really stepped up and helped fix things throughout the night. Thank you Annie! -

I cannot say enough great things about Alcantara Vineyards! We had our wedding 10/8/22 and it was absolutely magical. The venue is so beautiful on its own that you barely need to decorate. The wine is fabulous! Annie the venue coordinator is kind, organized, helpful and so wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions and helped the entire day run smoothly. If you want a beautiful destination wedding that’s laid back and perfect I highly recommend you check out Alcantara! -

Thank you Annie!
Planning a wedding is a tremendous hassle between finding a DJ, photographers, a venue, planner, florist, catering, finalizing guest lists, and much, much more. My partner and I felt a bit lost after touring countless venues and wedding conventions to find the right fit for what we wanted. When we met with Annie for our first tour at Alcantara Vineyard and Winery it was a huge relief. The grounds were extraordinarily stunning, the wine was FANTASTIC, and Annie was extremely helpful and transparent in answering all our questions. Annie was able to accommodate for any situation, rain or shine (literally). Our wedding day had off and on showers and Annie went above and beyond to make sure the rain wasn’t an issue, but rather made the day even more magical. The day of was remarkable. The open-air chapel provided coverage while also allowing for a natural setting in the middle of a beautiful vineyard. The sheer beauty of the chapel and setting were decoration enough. We anticipated a handful of guests to drink wine as most stick to beer, but it is 100% true that even if you don’t like wine, you will like Alcantara’s wine. We went through all of it before the rehearsal started and easily ordered more. Everyone loved it! I can’t recommend this venue enough for anyone planning their special day. -

First I want to say this venue is absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy my husband and I booked with them. Annie and her team are absolutely amazing. From constant communication, answering every question we had through out the process, providing suggestions to helping taking care of small details. Annie went above and beyond. Our DJ didn’t show up when they were supposed to and finding out they were canceling an hour and a half before the ceremony, Annie was on top of it from downloading music to helping us find amazing live music. She made sure everything would go smoothly. Thank you Annie you truly helped make this day super special to us. -

This venue was absolutely perfect for our big day! This place is beautiful and Annie (our venue coordinator) did such a great job helping to make our day so perfect! She went above and beyond for us. I couldn’t have imagined having our wedding anywhere else. -

I’m writing this super late but Annie was so helpful by answering questions leading up to the wedding and was a rockstar on my wedding day! She makes sure to put the couples’ needs first and always ran everything by us. The venue was stunning we hardly had any decor and we used the preferred vendors list and they did not disappoint! Out guests raved about how good the wine was and how stunning our venue was! Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Annie and Alcantera Vineyards and Winery! -

Simply Amazing
We cannot express how wonderful Annie and the Alcantara team was in making our wedding day amazing. Our wedding had a lot of unexpected events due to weather that was handled beautifly by everyone. Annie was extraordinary all day and worked incredibly hard to make she we had an amazing day. As a bride she made sure that I had a great experience all day. This venue is beautiful and our pictures came out perfect. We had such an amazing experience not only during our wedding, but we visited prior to our wedding and it is a beautiful location. Annie had a list a vendors that she had worked with previously and they were also amazing. All of the last minute changes and adjustments could have been chaotic but with the Alcantara team and Annie it was our perfect day and my new husband and I could not be any more grateful. We look forward to visiting Alcantara Vineyards in the future to be able to remember our wedding and how wonderful it was. -

Dream Wedding Came True
I must say this was the best wedding ever. Annie was the best venue coordinator anybody could have asked for. We came across Alcantara on happenstance. It was our one year anniversary and stumbled into our new heaven. This is one of our favorite places to come to get away and they have some of the most amazing wine selections. This venue is gorgeous and offers everything that we ever dreamed of for our big day. But Annie, we could not have done it without her. We came to the site multiple times sometimes just to relax and plan everything while sipping on amazing wine and great company. Other times she was there as a helping visionary letting us know different options and ideas that multiple people have done in the past.
We also love Alcantara's staff to the moon and back everybody there I feel knows who we are after everything we went through lol Cheyenne was a great bartender and handled everything and all of my guests spectacularly. Carrie the manager of the tasting room came to the rescue 15 minutes before the ceremony to hem up a few last minute details. We love everybody there so much and we will go back as often as possible -

Wedding Perfectioon
My now husband and I got engaged march 11th, 2020. So we were sadly wedding planning through the thick of Covid amid endless amounts uncertainty. Several other venues were actually quite rude about us even calling and inquiring about their venue amid the pandemic. It was bizarre. We called Alcantara and it was a breath of fresh air from the start.
Not only is the venue stunning!! I had a slightly different hopes and dreams list for the wedding that varied from most. Alcantara worked with me to accommodate nearly everything on my list. It was incredible! The chapel is breathtaking and almost decorates itself. It allows for so many different opportunities to customize it to your wedding. The reception lawn has incredible views, gorgeous lighting, and soon to be bathrooms.
The true cherry on top for me was their event coordinator, Annie. She was INCREDIBLE!!!! She took the time to get to know myself and my family, and learn exactly what my vision was for the wedding. Even down to knowing what wine I enjoyed most and realizing when I needed a glass of that wine! Annie is a true gem and makes things go so smoothly. She stepped in when unexpected things happened and always had a smile on her face.
I would recommend Alcantara to anyone looking for venues. It is sure to provide the perfect wedding experience. -

Alcantara is an absolutely special place. Beauty everywhere you look. Anne is incredible, and will always be a big part of our wedding story!
Wedding coordinator, Anne is wonderful! The wedding space "the Chapel" was just gorgeous, we didn't need much in added decorations. Reception area is a beautiful, grassy area surrounded by grapevines. Our day was fabulous! -
