  Great selections for weddings!

  Great selection, easy to work with, quick response times for changing our rental numbers. We loved the farm tables and crossback chairs! The guys who delivered our rentals were efficient, quick, and got everything set up very quickly.

  Amazing wedding rentals!

  Alexis Party Rentals truly went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. My wife and I got married near Santa Cruz two months ago and we still think fondly of our experience with them. We had our first appointment with Margie at their warehouse and we had an absolute blast envisioning what our table setting would look like. She was super patient while we set up countless permutations of different tableware, it’s clear she has a blast helping others bring their wedding visions to life. She really went above and beyond when we mentioned we were interested in doing a champagne tower for our reception! She sent us a picture of a tower she’d set up after our appointment to give us an idea of what it might look like and then actually set it up herself at the venue on our big day!
  
  Apart from our stellar first appointment, Alexis was unbelievably flexible and reliable when it came to us constantly sending emails with adjustments to our item counts or additions. They rolled with all of our requests, no questions asked. Incredibly professional and caring staff, and their selection of décor is tasteful and varied enough to satisfy anyone. Can’t recommend Alexis Party Rentals any more highly!!

  Excellent Service

  I had to rent all items for my wedding since our venue didn't provide anything. Alexis Party Rental was great. They were very responsive from the start. I changed my numbers - adding, subtracting, editing countless times leading up the the last day we could change numbers. They were accommodating every time.
  There was an issue with delivery (on their side) - which went from bad to worse BUT once I called and told them what was going on etc, the owner jumped to fix the issues and heard me - it is never easy dealing with issues the days leading up to a wedding and there is always something that happens so her willingness to fix and correct was amazing and put me at ease. A company can be great at what they do but customer service when things go wrong really show the true colors and Alexis Party Rental did an AMAZING job. Thank you!

  A wide variety of options and very easy to work with!

  We used Alexis Party Rentals for our wedding at Fern River Resort in August 2019. They were great to work with. We ordered all our chairs, tables, linens, glassware, flatware, and plateware from them, and they were able and willing to help answer all my questions about quantities and style. The delivery and pick-up teams were friendly, efficient, punctual, and professional.

  Alexis Party Rentals is very flexible

  Alexis Party Rentals was very easy to work with. They allow you to change the items and the amounts 10 days before the wedding, and each time they sent us the updated invoice right away. They also have a show room which is super helpful to visualize the table setting. We went to the store twice until we got what we liked. Both times they helped us choosing the best items for our wedding.

  Alexis Party Rentals was such a pleasure to work with. It was so nice being able to set up a table with our vision in mind and pick the perfect pieces. They had everything we needed to make our wedding vision come together and were so helpful along the way. Highly recommend for any event needs!

Margie was SO great - she gave me so much advice and even mocked up a table display to help me choose what to get to make the night perfect. The room I proposed in was beautiful thanks to Alexis' rentals - and Amanda said yes!! I would highly recommend Alexis to anyone - they are prompt, flexible, and so helpful!

  We could not have been more happy in working with Alexis Party rentals. They were not only lovely, laid back people who cared about making your day special. They were EXTREMELY responsive and organized - what every bride dreams her vendors will be!!! Debbie and Giselle were just so downright awesome. They kept track of my nearly 20 changes leading put to the day of and even arranged for something I purchased to be held with them until my wedding. When we realized we couldn't fit some of the coolers we rented from them in our car, they graciously offered to drop them off at our hotel - no issue at all. I seriously wish all of our vendors could have been this awesome! Thank you for helping make our day GREAT!

  Alexis Party Rentals was super easy to work with for my wedding, they have a catalog of their items online too so I was able to pick out what I wanted ahead of time and then verify what it looked like at the shop. Debbie was super easy to work with and I must have changed my order about 7 times in 4 months and she never complained once. Everything was delivered and picked up as scheduled and I didn't have to worry about anything.

  Alexis party rentals is great to work with and was totally helpful every time I called to change my rentals. The day I went there to place my order the woman let me make a mock table and even took me in the back to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They delivered very early the day of my wedding and picked up after my event! Great variety and has a little but of everything you need!

  Debbie from Alexis Party Rental in Santa Cruz was an absolutely joy to work with. She was always very friendly and helpful. We rented chairs, glasses, linens, chargers and some other items for my daughter's wedding reception.

  Alexis was wonderfully flexible and had a huge selection to choose from! We rented, tables, chairs, easels for our centerpieces, dance floor, pillars for our "alter" and a beautiful picture frame that we used for our seating chart. They delivered on time, picked up on time and all items were in great shape!

  We don't use anyone but Alexis!!!! They know their stuff and they don't care how many times you call to change your order! For our wedding i believe there was someone new and when i made a final change they did not thoroughly look over everything so we got a few extra items, which i also did not see and approved. I would not hold that against them because we always get FIRST CLASS service with them. WE LOVE THEM!!!

  Rentals review

  The quality of the rentals was great, and they showed up on time. However they forgot the curtain for a drape wall. By the time I figured out it was missing there wasn't enough time to set it up. They did end up refunding me immediately.

Their website is a bit shoddy (e.g. no individual pictures of linen colors, low-quality images, etc.) but functional. Major gripe is that after we personally counted and then watched their team load up everything that we rented, we were sent a bill for almost $200 for missing linens.   - I loved the rentals we chose
  - they arrived on time
  - good price
  
  Cons:
  - the tablecloth for the sweetheart had prominent crease lines
  - terrible communication, I had to constantly follow up
  - took forever to get a contract
  - trying to work with them was very stress-inducing (which is the opposite of what you need as a bride)
