  Smooth sailing!

  We hired Alinato Events as our day-of wedding coordinator, since we had already booked our venue, music and caterers prior to looping them in. I'm a planner and very organized to begin with, but it was such a saving grace to have Alyssa and Emma to keep us in check with components of wedding planning that we had never even thought of. By the day of the wedding it was such a relief to know that so much of the burden of wedding planning was finally off of our shoulders and we could just focus on having fun and living in the moment. If there were any issues throughout the set up process, Emma handled them like a dream and we did not know about them, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day! The whole day was even more beautiful than we could have expected!

  Put up with my crazy self!

  Seriously Alyssa and her team CAME THROUGH. We probably drover her crazy with all of our changes and late night emails. Everything she helped to plan came together and was seriously the best day of my life- I truly appreciated everything and will never forget it!!

  Worth the money ten times over

  Alyssa and her team worked it out- especially given Covid. This year was a total nightmare for my fiance and I and we were starting to think that we would just have to elope. Not only did Alyssa help us get back FULL refunds from all our vendors- she helped us through the nightmare of planning an intimate gathering and following all the NY laws about it. Having an intimate wedding was actually so special and nice and she helped us to get everything we wanted done. We are so grateful to her and her team for everything!!

  Amazing Wedding

  Alyssa was on top of every detail. She’s clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Her planning and follow-up was super organized. She was on each detail. We had a few small issues arise last minute and she was able to find solutions that worked. Very practical and has great connections.

  Was probably my therapist

  I pretty much lost my mind planning my wedding. I thought I could do it all myself- I had everything together in my head and then about six months before I realized I was being a psycho trying to do everything myself. If I hadn't found Alyssa I have no idea how my day would've gone. There are so many things I never even knew to think of! Pinterest leaves a lot out!! She was so easy to work with- very communicative and detailed. The second she showed me our master timeline I think I finally breathed a relaxed breath. Our day was the day I had been hoping for all these years. Elegant and well thought out and honestly if we hadn't involved Alinato I think we would've been a little off on how to handle the details- especially on the actual wedding day. My married friends tell me constantly that " you won't even get to enjoy the food you bought on your own wedding day" Oh I had that filet! And it was bc Alyssa was the one running around- not me! Seriously recommend her to anyone planning a wedding- trust me you will need her!
