    True Professionals Who Care !

    Rentals for the three events of this wedding weekend felt daunting, but Sarah and the All Seasons team made it all easy! They are experienced professionals who provided wise advice and great service. It was a pleasure to work with them planning for the weekend and throughout the wedding events!

    Highly Recommended

    Sarah and Ashley were a pleasure to work with. They had an extensive and high quality selection of linens, glasses, chairs and other rental items. They were very patient and accommodating when we changed our selections multiple times. Also very reliable in the delivery and pick up of the rental items. I would highly recommend All Season Party Rentals!

    Loved meeting with Sarah and staff at All Season! Their rental options are beautiful and tasteful. Pricing and contract details had no issues. They were communicative and prompt with emails and calls.

    All Season Party Rentals exceeded my expectations! Having never hosted a large event at my home I was nervous about the many details involved, especially as our occasion was our son's wedding. I did a bit of research before calling All Season; they came highly recommended from several different sources. Their responsiveness was quick and friendly and Dave came out very early on in the process and helped me decide what would be best for our needs. When the crews arrived to install the tents and drop off the rentals they were amazing, often arriving very late in the day/evening to make sure our install was done in plenty of time. We didn't have an easy property to tent and we certainly didn't have easy access for them. They did everything professionally and carefully and the end result was simply magical. Do not hesitate to use these great people! It was so convenient that we could use them for the tents and all of the rentals we needed too. Very easy process.

    From the very beginning, Sarah and Dave were amazing to work with. They were always available to answer my phone calls and any questions that I sent their way. Aside from the fantastic level of communication, they were accepting and understanding to any changes that I requested throughout the year, as well as changes that I requested the day before the wedding. If I had a wish, they would go the extra mile to ensure that they provided it to me.
    The day of the event, the tent was absolutely stunning and lined inside with cloth that gave it a soft fairy tale feeling. For the wedding shower a few months prior, they provided beautiful umbrellas for each of the tables. Along with all of the breathtaking work that they do, their services are affordable and exemplary.
    The level of care and communication that I experienced with Sarah and Dave made it seem as though I was working closely with a family business. They are passionate about what they do and this is made evident by the quality of their work and the follow up that they provide. They were even there the day of the wedding to ensure that everything was perfect.
    I highly recommend Sarah and Dave and All Seasons Party Rentals for all of your event needs. Planning a wedding or a large event is a highly stressful and emotional experience and you need people who provide the level of care and understanding that Sarah and Dave offer.

    Sarah and the crew at All Seasons Rentals, we just want to say thank you for the great service at our wedding at Candlelight Farms Inn! Sarah was easy to work with and was willing to accommodate specific details that I wanted, including the string lights that I fell in love with and had to have at my wedding.     We chose to work with All Season to supply all our party rental needs for our backyard wedding at our house. Sarah and her staff were a pleasure to work with, even through the many changes we made up to the week before the wedding. The rentals arrived on time and as far as I could tell everything was there. They were also in touch with our caterer, Ciao! Catering, who played a big role in helping to design the arrangement of the party. Someone from their office was always available via email and phone and even on a few occasions when I dropped into their office unannounced to work out some details or pick out tablecloth colors. Finally, they could not have been more helpful on helping us devise a rain option with tents. Given the setting of our house and backyard and the style of party we wanted, we really didn’t want to have a tent unless it was raining. Jarl came to our house to measure the yard and together we came up with a contingency plan in case of rain, but we were able to wait until the week before the wedding to make any final decisions. The level of personal service at All Season is why we decided to work with them, and we are sure glad we did. Highly recommended!

    Thank you All Season for helping to make our wedding the perfect event! The linens were inexpensive and of high quality. The delivery and pick up service ensured that our do - it - yourself outdoor party was as stress-free as possible, and the customer service was top-notch! This family-owned company really worked with us to get the details just right, visited our event site beforehand to get a feel for what we were looking for and even helped us with last minute changes in our budget, all of which proves to us that we chose the right party rental company for the job. I would recommend All Season to any couple who wants it done their way! Thank you again for being there for the most important day of our lives.

    Sarah, David and their staff were very professional and efficient in helping me plan my son's engagement party. They were extremely patient and understanding of all my last minute requests. I admire their patience and prompt response to my request. I would hire them again in a minute for any future private events. I would recommend to any family or friends.
    Sarah was extremely helpful in designing an interior floor plan of the tent. Her floor plan was efficient and made the flow of the event just perfect.

    All Season Part Rentals was recommended to us buy our caterers. After reading through their reviews, I knew they'd be a great choice. Sarah and Dave were absolutely amazing and did not dissapoint. They were so helpful answering my questions and giving me suggestions. They let me make necessary changes and updates right up until the wedding and were always there for help. Our wedding was over an hour away from their location and they even took the time to drive all the way out there to asses the space. As for the wedding, everything arrived right on time and all rentals looked amazing. I cannot say enough good things about AS Rentals and will absolutely recommend them to everyone and use them for ourselves in the future again. Thank you so much Sarah and Dave!!

    High quality rentals, everything was clean, in excellent condition and delivered and picked up on time. They were extremely helpful and helped us with the overall design of the venue, even came out and looked at the place to help us get the best table arrangement.

    The overall experience that we had with All Seasons Party Rentals was exceptional. Sarah and Dave went above and beyond to ensure that we had exactly what we needed, exactly when we needed it. They were always prompt and thorough when providing responses to our requests for quotes, inventory inquires, etc. The quality of the pieces which we rented was very high; all of their inventory is well cared for. We rented a large reception tent, which was absolutely stunning. Dave worked closely with my husband and I to ensure that the tent was set in just the right location and made a great effort to set our lighting to create the perfect atmosphere. All Seasons Party Rentals was crucial in making our wedding as amazing as it was; I would highly recommend their services to any furture bride and would without question utilize their services for any other event.

    All Season Party Rentals was recommended to us by our caterer. We were originally looking at going with a slightly more expensive rental company in order to get a wider variety of decorations, but All Season had amazing reviews, and we knew we'd be well taken care of. The prices were incredibly reasonable and one thing I loved about All Season was the wide variety of glassware they had to rent, we brought our own kegs of home brewed beer and cider to the wedding (all 9 of them!) so we wanted to get pint glasses and smaller glasses for the high alcohol pours.

    I dealt with a couple of girls at All Season, all were great to work with! They sent me photos of the linens as I couldn't get there to see them myself, they always responded via email quickly and updated our invoice as soon as we made changes. We were always well aware of what we were spending and our final bill was - it really was nice! I even worked with them to alter our delivery times and dates around our reception opening times (they have limited hrs).

    All of the rentals on the day look great! Everything arrived very neatly packed and clean. The linens were great and I absolutely loved the sage green table cloths. There was such a wide variety to choose from - you will literally be spoilt for choice!

    We couldn't have asked for a more straightforward and easy experience - it was refreshing amongst all of the other wedding dramas!

    Dave and Sarah were wonderful to work with in the planning and execution of our daughter's wedding. They were helpful with suggestions, in coordinating with other vendors and just overall a pleasure to do business with. The tents, linens, tableware etc. were all of the highest quality as well. We highly recommend their services.
