  I am so thankful to Paul and his staff for making our wedding day fantastic. While planning, he was regularly available and responded promptly. He made it clear that it was our day and that he would do anything that we asked...including a full roast pig! The day of the wedding, the staff was prompt and organized. The meal went very smoothly and the food was delicious. Thank you for helping us have an amazing day!

  I had a fabulous experience using this amazing catering company. Toby Weitzman, our sales person, was truly exceptional and surpassed our wildest expectations in the creativity she brought to the table (literally!). The menu she crafted was innovative and quite delectable; not the boring, standard wedding fare! Excellent food, excellent service, excellent all around.   All Seasons Catering is a top notch catering firm, who went above and beyond to make my catered affair special. They were professional, courteous, and paid attention to every detail to make my day very special. In addition to the unparalleled service, the food was excellent. They took the stress out of event planning and really made significant efforts to ensure a quality event. I would highly recommend them!

  When my husband and I decided to have our Passover Seder catered, we contacted Arlene Rotfeld from My Caterer Kosher. From the first phone call to the last good night, everything was handled not only professionally but with the concern and warmth as if it were her own. My husband and I felt like guests at our own Seder. Arlene handled everything from centerpieces to Seder plates. The food and service were exceptional! We were extremely pleased and have already booked her again for next year.

  I used Shackamaxon Caterers for my mother-in-law's 100th birthday party and the food was perfect! She lives in a nursing home and we needed to find a Kosher caterer and My Caterer did a fabulous job on the food (delicious and abundant!) nor did they have any problems working with the facility. And the price was so reasonable. Arlene Rotfeld came herself to insure that everything was perfect, even the flowers! I recommend them for both Kosher and non-Kosher events all the time.

  Paul and Shackamaxon catering were great to work with! They come out to your house for a tasting and help you create a menu according to your style and taste. Very helpful in terms of coordinating day of set up and clean up. The food was very good and the staff was friendly and professional.

  This was my second time using All Seasons for my holiday event and the event was a huge success. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for your next event.

  I went with Shackamaxon as my caterer because they fit my budget, offered me a great menu, were very accommodating, and, to be honest, made an open bar inclusive of the meal price (black Friday special when we booked).
  
  I was extremely hesitant after reading several of the reviews but when I confronted Paul Spangler he had answers for all of the bad reviews. I can't say I believed every supporting argument, but I will say that I had none of the major issues that were reported in some of the old reviews. The staff were friendly, professional, and courteous, there were appetizers set aside for the bridal party when we arrived, and many of my guests complimented me on how great the food tasted (we had a fall-themed menu that stayed consistent in every course--cinnamon pumpkin ravioli was to die for!)
  
  The only minor things that didn't go as planned were: I requested hot apple cider but was served cold apple cider, the toasting glasses were supposed to be Prosecco with cranberry garnish and I'm pretty sure it was sparkling cider and grapes, some of the guests said that the turkey and beef were cool (lunchmeat temperature) but that didn't prevent anyone from eating it, and we requested no Miller Lite and there was some Millers offered. However, in the grand scheme of all things that could have gone wrong, these things were truly minor.
  
  If you're a couple like us who couldn't afford $100+ per person, Shackamaxon will definitely give you an impressive menu within the budget you're looking for. Actually, that's how I found him--I gave him my budget, told him the types of foods I was interested in, and he drew up a menu. You do have to pay for the tasting but it's deducted from your bill if you book. Also, unlike some other caterers, they own their own plates/silverware/linens so there wasn't any upcharge for those items to be rented AND I could pick within my color theme.

Honestly, the reviews look like they were written by competitors not true clients. Although at first, 10 months away from the date, it was somewhat difficult to reach him it really didn't matter because when it came down to the time we needed him he has been available and prompt with replies.
  
  Our wedding is in 2 weeks and Paul has been AWESOME! He has been so accommodating! He went over every little detail for us and took so much off our plates. He has been extremely flexible with the price which is great for a couple like us that can't spend 100+ per person. Not only that but he is sending us a copy of all the notes we went over today after he types them up so we can triple check nothing is missed.
  
  My favorite thing is he kept reiterating he wants to do anything he can to take the pressure off of me and on to him. He even went over my huge to-do list and seriously took things off of it for me. My fiancé was so grateful bc it took weight off his/our shoulders.
  
  Honestly, like I said earlier....when I reread the "bad" reviews about Paul they seem like another Caterer wrote them. And, I know that happens bc one of his competitors admitted it to my fiancé and I as we were discussing contracting with them. We were so turned off by her lack of professionalism we switched that day.
  
  Oh, and.....Paul was right on time AND he is meeting us at the venue the day before to set everything up and do a run through just so that nothing is missed!

  Paul was very professional and came out to our home twice to go over the site and make suggestions. The food was good and the servers went out of the way to be very accommodating! They made many of our guest comment on how well the servers were doing! Overall I would revommend this vendor to others.

  Our coordinator was very helpful and was willing to investigate all of our questions. He helped us save money where he could and kept our budget forefront, which we appreciated. They did a great job securing the items needed and decorated the event mostly how I had described. The team really set my mind at ease on the day however, certain details were forgotten such as our ceremony altar (a trellis someone forgot to set in place) and we had previously discussed having a blue cake with white detail and instead were surprised to see a white cake on the day.
