  Absolutely wonderful

  Allison was wonderful 😊 She was so accommodating and helpful, especially during our engagement session. Provided excellent direction and the photos we’ve gotten so far have been absolutely gorgeous. Would recommend her to everyone I know for future photography needs 😊

  Lovely photographer for candid shots at your wedding

  My husband and I used Allie for our wedding in August 2021. Like many other couples, our wedding had been postponed during Covid, and Allie was by our side the entire time. We found Allie to be thorough, organized, talented, personable, and everything else that we had been looking for. Our engagement and wedding photos were spectacular, and everyone has been complimentary of them. My husband is usually reluctant to have his photo taken, but Allie made him feel at ease and got some great shots. We loved that Allie focused more on candid shots throughout the wedding, instead of staging shots of us and guests. We would recommend her to anyone!

  Amazing wedding photography

  Allie is an amazing photographer! She captured our wedding perfectly from start to finish. Her photos have brought us so much happiness and raw emotion that will last a lifetime! Every detail is portrayed in her photos with pure thought and excellence! I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!

  We Love Allie!

  Finding a photographer was the biggest worry for me as I prepped for our wedding, but the moment I was introduced to Allie, I was so relieved. Allie is very personable, witty and creative. Not only is she so much fun to work with, but she also genuinely cares and listens to what her clients want out of their photos. Allie is a pro photographer and a pro traveler :D as she took our engagement photos at Longwood Gardens and our wedding at Chesapeake City, MD. We both can't thank Allie enough for capturing a lot of our moments as a couple! You're truly amazing!

  There truly aren't words to describe how wonderful Allie is. We first laid eyes on Allie's photography when we were touring our venue and it was through her lens that we truly fell in love with it. Lucky for us she is not only an extremely talented photographer but a passionate, professional, and personable individual. Allie has a way of making you feel so comfortable – we were a little nervous going into our engagement session but Allie was able to guide us, make us laugh, and we looked natural and relaxed in the photos which came out beautifully. In preparation for our wedding, Allie worked with us to come up with a ‘day of’ timeline and when the weather called for torrential rain, Allie went out of her way to drive around West Chester and sent us pictures of covered areas for pictures (she also reassured me that everything was going to be okay even if it rained which I really needed at the time!). The day of our wedding Allie was a dream photographer – she is so easy to work with and has an amazing personality – which is so important because your photographer spends the entire day with you! She is also the reason we made it to the church on time – she kept the bridal party (all 9 bridesmaids and 9 groomsman!) moving and was extremely organized in managing the photos we wanted and making sure we were getting to the places we needed to be! Finally, the photos Allie has shown us so far of our wedding are incredible. When I look at our wedding photos it feels like Allie was not only able to capture moments but captured our personalities and love for each other. Allie was our wedding photographer but now feels more like a friend – an artist and extremely talented one at that!

  Allie is such a unique photographer, and truly one of a kind in an over-saturated market. She has such an eye for photography, and can capture these little details that you don't even notice until you're staring at the photos in awe. Her professionalism is wonderful, and so calming with the stress of planning a wedding. She'll always offer advice, feedback, and suggestions to help your day run as smooth as possible. Her goal is to leave you with memories from the day that you love, and she delivers with every photo. Her communication with us both before and after the wedding was wonderful, and she was quick to put up a few photos for us to enjoy after the big day. If we had to do it all over again, we'd gladly pay for Allie and her phenomenal services again!!!!

  We cannot say enough good things about Allie - she was incredible to work with and our pictures are AMAZING! She has such an artistic eye, and caught all the shots we were hoping to get.   I worked with Allie for both my engagement photos and on my wedding day, and I cannot say enough about how great she is! Allie is very responsive to emails, which was so helpful throughout the planning process. For our engagement photos, Allie made us feel very relaxed and we had fun throughout the shoot. Before the wedding day, Allie took the time to chat on the phone with me to review the timeline. Then on our wedding day, Allie was incredible! Both her and Danielle helped the entire day to run smoothly, and Allie was able to get all the shots that I had wanted. Her photography work is beautiful! And she felt more than just our wedding photographer - she is so kind, thoughtful and helpful. I could not be happier with my decision to hire Allie, and I highly recommend Allie Skylar Photography!!   The best decision

  Allies work is exceptional. Her photography of our daughters engagement and wedding are exquisite, the lighting is beautiful and she captured the event exactly how we had hoped. She is also professional, kind and wonderful to work with.

  For our wedding we wanted a photographer who had the ability to capture all our small idiosyncrasies and quirks and all the small moments--laughter, quick hugs, and small kisses when we let our guards down. We aren't the most photogenic couple and become easily uncomfortable when asked to pose for the camera. From the moment we met Allie, she made us feel the complete opposite--she was patient, understanding, she listened to what we as a couple had in mind for our engagement and wedding pictures and she followed through 100%. She has a gift and a keen eye for noticing and capitalizing on what makes couples comfortable and how they best operate in front of the camera. By doing so, she is able to take beautiful and natural pictures. Our pictures came out better than we could have ever imagined.

  Allison Day is seriously the BEST photographer ever! She was so helpful from the beginning of the process through the end. Future brides: You are missing out if you don't hire this girl! At our initial meeting, she gave us a rundown of what she does, talked us through the contract, gave us many options, and showed us as many examples of her work as we wanted to see. Photography is definitely what Allie was meant to do. I could tell by looking at her work that she had the photography style I was looking for. Allie also drew up a custom package for us based on our needs. The price was beyond reasonable for all that she was giving us (including the rights to all pictures and a second photographer at our wedding). And if you don't think you need two photographers for a wedding, you're wrong! I can't even express how happy I am having photos of everything from different angles. Her second photographer was so good I couldn't tell who took the shot! Another thing worth mentioning: My husband and I never had our picture taken professionally, so we were worried about posing for shots and the pictures turning out awkward. With Allie's directions, we looked like we were just having fun and being cute with each other. Nothing looked overly posed or unnatural. The best part was that Allie had some of our engagement shots up on facebook that night and they were amazing! We were so excited about her doing our wedding from that night on.   Allie and Danille were great photographers. My new husband and I are camera shy and not always comfortable but Danielle and Allie made that very easy to get over. It was a pleasure working with both of them!
