  Elegant wedding in Crested Butte, CO

  I can't say enough about Stephanie and her team at Alpenglow Events in planning and executing my daughter's wedding. Stephanie used online tools to keep the wedding planning on track, and as a reminder of our tasks. She scheduled regular phone conferences to discuss the timeline and the wedding elements. As we got closer to the wedding, Stephanie communicated with all the vendors and kept everyone in the loop on timeline expectations.
  
  As a destination wedding, it was challenging to know the right vendors, the area, etc. Stephanie walked me through the whole process and on wedding day, it was seamless! We had some difficulties with last minute changes, and the weather wasn't cooperating until just before the ceremony, but Stephanie was the vision of calm and reassurance. And she always had a smile on her face (which kept me calm.) Our vision was an elegant wedding, and Stephanie delivered!

  The very best of the best!!!!!!

  Stephanie & her team at Alpenglow planned our perfect wedding from start to finish. The day of, everything seriously looked just as I had dreamed up in my mind. We met regularly beforehand & the communication was top-notch. The actual day went flawlessly. They even went above & beyond when we forgot our dog's breakfast for the next morning & sent a team member to our Airbnb to pick it up! I had no worries leading up to the day because I knew Stephanie had everything under control. I can't imagine having done it without her!

  Alpenglow Events is the BEST!

  Stephanie and her team were magical. They made our day move seamlessly than I ever thought it could be. She thinks of every detail and is so much fun to work with! She took all the stress one would expect to have out of the experience and left us to enjoy and create memories! If you are looking for a wedding planner in the CB area, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! She is the one!

  Stephanie and her team are top notch! Stephanie was so thorough leading up to our wedding day, she helped me through every step of the way, giving me advise and great recommendations. Alpenglow really shined the day of our wedding day, every details was meticulously taken care of just the way I had imagined if not better. They were so easy to work with and allowed us to enjoy our day without worrying about all the details. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and it truly was because of Stephanie and her amazing team! I would recommend them to anyone looking to plan a wedding or an event!

  Awesome local company

  My vision for my wedding was a cocktail party in the mountains with friends and family - and it exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Stephanie is awesome to work with - quick responses and easygoing. I really appreciated her input throughout the process, and her team pulled the event off perfectly. We chose a sailcloth tent and it was BEAUTIFUL. Best decision ever. Her team was so friendly and kind, and everything was setup efficiently.

  Flexible and professional

  Great people to work with. Everything was set up and taken down just as promised. They even let us return the coffee makers a couple hours late so we could use them on the morning. Having lived in Crested Butte, I know it's hard to find consistently reliable service, but Alpenglow Events was great from beginning to end.

  Stephanie with Alpenglow was wonderful to work with. She communicated with us extremely well from start to finish. This was greatly appreciated especially during the COVID pandemic which created some logistical issues and constant changes. Thanks to Stephanie’s meticulous orchestration before and on our wedding day, everything went as planned and could not have turned out better. We highly recommend Stephanie and Alpenglow to anyone planning their wedding.

  Best Rental Company in Crested Butte

  Alpenglow Rentals is the BEST rental company in the Crested Butte-Gunnison area. As an event planner they are my go-to company for tents, tables, chairs, all place settings, glassware, etc. Stephanie, the manager, is quick to respond and a great help when it comes to layout, ideas and troubleshooting. The items they have in stock are of great quality, stylish and always clean and ready to use. I love working with the whole team!

  Alpenglow Rentals is the BEST rental company in the Crested Butte-Gunnison area.   Stephanie and Alpenglow events were amazing! She was professional, responsive to questions/requests and was super organized! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and she completely captured our vision for our special day. Highly recommend.. worth every penny and more! Thank you Stephanie!
