  Best Wedding Planner Ever!!!

  We were so unbelievably blessed to work with Jori. We had meetings with 3 other wedding planners before finally finding the perfect planner for us! From the beginning Jori helped us stay on task for what goals we should be trying to hit and helped us prioritize! We had a few issues with vendors and right away she was there to save the day! When it came to our wedding day is when she really blew us away! Her calmness and always thinking of all the what ifs and how to fix them saved us! The rain forced us to have to completely change things up and she did not skip a beat on making that happen all while I was getting my hair and make up done! She rearranged my reception location completely for it to be set up for the ceremony and it was GORGEOUS!! She even topped it off by running around taking pictures and videos of our day and even helped with my bustle when we were having issues! We are so incredibly blessed to have worked with you Jori, thank you so much!!!!

  Wonderful wedding coordinator

  Jori was so helpful, organized, responsive, and nice. Having her as my coordinator helped me be as stress free as possible at my wedding. She was on top of everything!

  : Jori Kapla Designs and team. I 1000/10 recommend this coordinator!! Jori was amazing furring the planning process. She listened to my vision and brought it to life. Jori would send me her findings and recommendations and I would tell her I love it or to keep looking and she did just that without batting an eye at the fact that I didn’t care for the options presented to me. All the leg work was done for me stress free! And that’s exactly the way I wanted it. Even though Jori was already booked for the day of I chose to still allow her assistants to coordinate the day of. It went flawless! Jensen and Kaylee were amazing! They came early. Helped set up. Ran the show so smooth and then they took everything down. Every step of the way they were there! We could no have been more pleased. I could say a million other things but this is the short and sweet version.

  Jori crushed it!

  Jori was an amazing day of coordinator/planner and I would absolutely book her again!! I booked Jori so that I didn't have to worry about any of the setting up or coordinating on the day of my wedding and that is exactly what she was able to provide. From setting up decorations, coordinating with vendors, bringing us water in the middle of our long photo sesh, to taking a TON of photos and videos of everything so we had an amazing album to look over the day after....Jori did it all! 100% Recommend.

  Incredible!

  Our wedding day absolutely would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Jori there to help us. Not only did she help with our timeline ahead of time and then make sure the day flowed smoothly and on-time on the day-of, but she also was just so thoughtful and kind towards us all day. From bringing us snacks during family photos to taking behind the scenes photo and video, I’m just not sure how she managed to do that AND run the entire day for us. Jori was the best coordinator ever and you should book her! :)

  Day of Coordinator

  Jori was so amazing to work with! She was always so quick with her responses and was so easy to talk to. You can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and always puts her clients first. We hired for the day of our wedding, and everything ran so smoothly. Before hiring her, we went back and forth thinking if we actually needed a day of coordinator or not, and I can say that looking back, we are so happy with our decision. If you're on the fence of hiring a coordinator just like we were, I would highly recommend it! She listened and executed all of the ideas that I had about decorations and when the vendors should arrive and getting everyone ready for the ceremony so that I didn't have to worry about it at all. She also took a lot of pictures and videos throughout the day which we didn't even know about until she sent them later that night! That day was so special and we couldn't have done it without her. Please let Jori be a part of your special day, you definitely won't regret it!

  Day of coordinator

  Jori was AMAZING! Whenever I would email her about something, she would respond very quickly. She would email me asking questions that I didn’t even think of to ask vendors and her spreadsheet she had of the day of wedding with all the vendor info (showing up, leaving, details) was so resourceful. She showed up on my wedding day early and put together stuff that we weren’t able to set up from the day before. I told her to just do what she thinks would look best and I was behind in awe of how everything looked. Better than what I could’ve done.   If you think you don’t need a DOC, you’re wrong. Get one. Helps to make sure everyone of enjoying themselves and you’re not asking family or friends to do things.

  helped our day go smoothly

  We were so fortunate to have Jori as the day-of-coordinator at our wedding! Her communication leading up to the wedding was great, helping us to feel a little more relaxed knowing that she would be there to help things run smoothly. The wedding day went perfectly, with Jori being the go-between for us and other vendors, keeping us in the know and making sure everyone was on the same page. She even surprised us after the wedding by sending along gorgeous photos that she took! It will be a while until we get the photos from our official photographer, so loved having Jori's photos to admire in the meantime :)

  Hired Jori a second time!

  We first hired Jori two years ago, when my daughter was getting married! She did such an excellent job, that when my daughter's best friend was getting married, Jori was one of the first people we called! She did a wonderful job this time as well. She is very organized and has great ideas and contacts. I have also recommended her to many friends in the last few years, we think so highly of her!

  Calm, organized and professional

  Jori's was a pleasure to work with. She was calm, organized, professional, and had a great instinct for how to make things look good and how to solve problem, and just like most weddings, we had a lot of problems that need solving. We were definitely put more at ease on the big day knowing Jori was behind the scenes.

  Amazing!!!!

  Kapla Design & Coordinating was awesome for our wedding day-of coordination! Jori and her assistant are so nice and we’re very helpful with vendor coordination and decor set-up! Decor wasn’t packed super well afterward and got home with some broken glass and spills, but that wasn’t an issue for the wedding! We didn’t even see them cleaning up afterwards, it was so seamless! Some decor wasn’t set up, but they did a great job enhancing our centerpieces with leftover greenery. Would recommend if you need an extra hand for your wedding!
