  A Job Well Done

  Taylor went above and beyond to help plan and execute the wedding of my daughter's dreams.
  She's efficient, professional, detail-oriented, an incredible multi-tasker, experienced with a wide variety of wedding sizes and budgets, very good at negotiating (she rescheduled all vendors three times due to COVID restrictions), very good at contracts with vendors, very organized, budget minded, creative, and has an amazing supporting staff. We were able to plan a wonderful event with her help, only needing to travel to our destination three times to finalize planning. She worked well with a wide variety of personalities.
  Our family would definitely recommend using her services.

  ATE gave me the wedding of my dreams!

  ATE is the absolute best! We had Taylor and her team plan everything for us and they did an absolute amazing job. She had the most creative ideas that made our day special. She kept us involved and up to date through the entire process. Having her there on our Wedding day meant everything was running smoothly, and it sure did. We are forever grateful for Taylor and her team for making our day the BEST ever.

  Taylor was one of the best parts of our wedding. She came with us to meet with other vendors and asked questions that I would have never thought to ask. Things that came in to play later on. She was always aware of what my then fiance and I wanted and always worked around what we needed. The day of our wedding could not have gone any smother. Chris and I were completely stress free. Taylor took care of all of our crazy decor and all the vendors that were coming in. She had coordinated with all the other vendors of the time they would need to be at the venue and what they would need to have done. She also directed everyone where to go during the wedding and helped keep the family together for all the family photo's after the ceremony. Taylor made our wedding our dream wedding and we could not imagine working with anyone else. Thanks Taylor

  Incredible.

  As a groom, I admittedly knew very little about everything that went into planning a wedding. On the other side of it, I'm not sure how my wife and I could have done our wedding, particularly during COVID, without Taylor. During the planning, she let us guide the conversations, but because of her vast experience, also allowed us to consider things we otherwise wouldn't have. This ensured our wedding went exactly how we envisioned it.
  
  On the day of, Taylor was a tremendous help, acted with the utmost professionalism, and more than anything, was gracious and caring towards my bride and our guests. I'd recommend her to anyone.

  Taylor made our day absolutely perfect!! When Covid disrupted our wedding plans Taylor quickly pivoted and helped with every single detail that needed to be changed. She perfectly captured the vision that my husband and I had for our wedding. Our day was beautiful and so special, in large part because of Taylor’s involvement. I highly recommend Taylor to any couple. Regardless of your vision, I and confident that she will make your day uniquely yours and beyond amazing.

  Having Alyson Taylor Events as my wedding planner was the best decision I made while wedding planning! Both my fiancé and I were living overseas, in different countries, and Taylor Batt managed to create and make reality the wedding of our dreams. Every guest at my wedding commented on how every detail was perfect...from the customized decorations that Taylor helped craft, to her figuring out how to get a hot air balloon at my cocktail hour! Taylor is not only a professional, but one of the kindest people I've ever met. If you are looking for a wedding planner that will turn your vision into reality, find you deals and negotiate to stick to your budget, all while making it a fun and easy process...then look no further.   My daughter's wedding was a great celebration enjoyed by all and much of the credit goes to the amazing job done by Alyson Taylor Events. Both my daughter and I loved working with Taylor. Her guidance and creativity through the planning process was invaluable! Taylor and her team also worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went smoothly the day of the event so that we were able to fully focus on enjoying the wedding and reception. I highly recommend Alyson Taylor Events to anyone planning a wedding!!!

  Taylor made our wedding what it was, and it was incredible! She took our thoughts and ideas and designed a beautiful weekend that felt more like us than we ever could have hoped for. From coordinating multiple venues, to getting all the vendors on the same page, to the day of throwing a spectacular, seamless wedding, she was diligent and enthusiastic. Our guests had an amazing time, and consistently tell us that they felt so taken care of, and that we had thought of everything. I'm so glad we got to work with Taylor!

  Working with Taylor was an absolute dream! Owning a business, working a full time job, and being in school, I knew I needed help to plan our wedding and Taylor was the perfect choice. She kept me sane and focused throughout even when our rehearsal dinner venue announced they were closing and we ended up with 10 inches of snow the weekend of the big day. Her eye for design, attention to detail, and creativity helped to inform and guide every decision we made with beautiful results. She made even the smallest of tasks like picking out napkins or designing place cards fun and engaging. I could not have nor would I have wanted to do it without her. We had the absolute best day in large part thanks to Taylor and I cannot say thank you enough for everything she did!

  I can't imagine going through the wedding planning process without Taylor. We had somewhat of a roller coaster ride while planning our wedding with a change of date due to my now husband's deployment and a last minute change of venue. Finding Taylor was such a blessing and made what could have been a very stressful process fun again. She took the visions I had in my head and made them into a reality. Every new idea or vendor she introduced was completely in line with my tastes and I had 100% confidence in everything she did. Arriving at the venue on the day of the wedding, I was in complete awe of every detail. I would highly recommend Taylor and all of the services she offers to anyone planning a wedding. She was the best investment we made.

  Taylor was a pleasure to work with. She was dedicated, fun-loving, and extremely meticulous in her planning of my sister's wedding. I worked very closely with her and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. She has such great ideas that add to the experience of each party she coordinates. Anything that you communicate is a priority will get done, and more. She goes the extra mile for her brides to get in touch with you, love on you and make sure that your day is exactly as you had planned. We are so so thankful for Taylor and all the ways she excellently executed what we desired for our day!

  I would highly recommend Alyson Taylor Events to anyone looking for a planner who will put you at ease knowing all the details will be noticed and executed upon. From my first meeting with Taylor I knew I was in good hands, but I couldn't have imagined how we had it.
  
  My husband and I planned an outdoor wedding reception on a day that had a forecast of 10% chance of rain. Well, it rained.
  
  Taylor decorated and re-decorated our reception location at least three times to dodge various downpours. She coordinated all the vendors to and adjusted based on the weather. My husband and I, along with our friends and family, danced in the rain and had a blast. We ended up leaving the reception location early, leaving lots of food and alcohol left over. Taylor went way above and beyond by having the food delivered to our hotel room and all of the alcohol delivered and taken into the basement of our house. She also showed up the morning after our wedding to organized the alcohol to indicate what hadn't been touched in an effort for us to save some money and return the unused portion.

My husband and I, along with our friends and family, danced in the rain and had a blast. We ended up leaving the reception location early, leaving lots of food and alcohol left over. Taylor went way above and beyond by having the food delivered to our hotel room and all of the alcohol delivered and taken into the basement of our house. She also showed up the morning after our wedding to organized the alcohol to indicate what hadn't been touched in an effort for us to save some money and return the unused portion.
