I am a type-A, anxious bride, so I'm sure I'm not the easiest to work with. I have a million questions and weird things make me anxious. Briana, was amazing! She never made me feel bad for asking a ton of questions and always responded super quickly. She met with me several times and was always patient with me. She really met me where I was at and was such an asset! I was worry free on my wedding day and that is in no small part due to Briana's work ethic, vendor relationships and professionalism. We seriously could not have done it without her! -

The first thing my now husband and I said to each other at the end of our wedding was "Thank god for Alyssa".
Alyssa was genuinely the best thing we did for our wedding. The periodic check ins during the planning process were so helpful in keeping us on track, and the amount of work (both mental and physical) that she took on in the days leading up to/ the day of meant so much to us. This included coming up with an entirely new schedule and lay out when the weather turned sour on us at the last minute!
Our family and wedding party were so impressed with her warmth and professionalism that several asked for her contact info for their own upcoming weddings as well.
We never felt like we were being pushed, or that she or Arianna (her assistant) were overly present but they always seemed to pop up exactly when they were needed.
Working with Alyssa was an absolute delight and I cannot recommend her more highly. She was worth every penny and then some. -

Briana Martinet (Alyssa Bray events)
Many thanks to Briana Martinet with Alyssa Bray Events for making our wedding day truly special. Briana provided day-of planning services for our small wedding (24 guests) at MacArthur Place in Sonoma, CA in October 2023. From our first introductory call it was clear that Briana was knowledgeable and a consummate professional. Briana actively listened to our wishes and provided applicable and thoughtful suggestions for the flow and design of our day. Throughout the process, Briana was available and responsive to all of our concerns and questions. She clearly had a good rapport with local wedding vendors and was able to provide us with feedback and successful referrals for vendors ranging from flowers to day of snacks. She single handedly set up our rentals and also seamlessly coordinated all of our vendors leading up to the event, which was a huge load off of our shoulders. Briana was personable and a joy to talk to, she thoroughly explained timing and other nuances that we may not have been aware of as first time wedding planners and was a compassionate listener when we were frustrated with the process. On the day of, Briana was truly a star. She was the conductor of all of the moving parts of our wedding and, other than a few last minute questions (which were well timed and delivered with calm composure), we barely had to do anything. She made sure everything ran smoothly and anticipated what we needed, before we even realized we needed it. From keeping us on time, to queuing up our ceremony procession, to bringing us appetizers when she noticed we had been too busy to snag any, Briana competently handled our day. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Briana Martinet and Alyssa Bray Events and would wholeheartedly suggest them if you are looking for an event planner. -

Amazing Experience!!
My husband Andy and I got married in the redwood forest this past fall! We worked with Alyssa and her team and and were so impressed by their organization, communication, and professionalism. Alyssa's warmth and enthusiasm made us feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the months of planning leading up to our wedding day. On the day of, she and her team made every detail absolutely perfect. We held our reception at an organic farm near the forest, which required transportation coordination. Alyssa managed everything so effortlessly, and made our wedding day so incredibly special. We are so grateful for you, Alyssa! Thank you for being a part of making our wedding so magical!

Hiring a planner was one of the best things we could've done for our wedding. Briana and I met over video chat and I felt like we immediately clicked—she understood not only the vision for our wedding day but also seemed to match me and my now-husband's easygoing and fun energy. She was so helpful throughout the entire process, answering questions and making sure all the boxes were checked, communicating with vendors as the day got closer. And during the wedding weekend itself she was the true MVP. We never had to worry about a thing, having complete trust in Bri and her assistant to make sure everything went flawlessly and according to schedule (and it did!). We so enjoyed not only working with Bri but also getting to know her; by the end of it all she really felt like a friend. We both said how we were almost sad it was all over because of how much we enjoyed each other's company. We of course don't plan to do it all over again but if we ever did Briana would be the first person I'd call! -

Alyssa is quite simply the absolute best and I could not have had such a flawless and organized wedding experience without her! I am so glad my venue required a day of planner, because hiring Alyssa made me see how absolutely crucial a planner was, even for me as a self-described very organized person! She kept me ultra organized and on-track with milestones, helped me find nearly all of my other vendors through her incredible network, and helped both hype me up and calm me down for all things wedding-related! I always felt so at ease after each of our phone calls and checklist discussions. Throughout the entire planning process and of course day-of, Alyssa kept us moving forward and ultimately orchestrated a flawless wedding! I appreciated her input, suggestions, and kindness at every moment of the process. If Alyssa is available for your wedding, look no further!! -

My husband and I agree that bringing Alyssa into the fold as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision that we made throughout the planning process. She was always responsive, extraordinarily organized, professional but personable, and always had our back in conversation with other vendors. She was such a joy to work with and I was sad for the wedding to be over mainly because our time with Alyssa was over. Truly, she’s the best. -

Hiring Alyssa was the best decision we made for our wedding. Alyssa was always honest and open about the best paths forward during the planning phase, you could tell she was always advising with our personal best interests in mind. Alyssa is someone you want communicating with vendors on your behalf, she always got quicker responses with more information than my partner and I were able to. Alyssa also took care of everything beautifully on the day of our wedding, there was nothing at all for us to even think about that day! We also had a curveball with some surprise rain for a bit and Alyssa quickly put together a contingency plan and executed to save the day. Alyssa’s the best and you couldn’t go wrong having her help planning and coordinating your wedding. -

Alyssa is the absolute BEST! She has a wealth of information, provided great vendor recommendations, and was so easy to work with. She is professional, an effective communicator, organized, and a pleasure to be around. The single best decision I made during my wedding planning process was hiring Alyssa Bray Events…and there were a lot of decisions being made! She was always one step ahead, asked me the questions I didn’t think to ask myself, reassured me when I had doubts or gave great alternate suggestions, and was incredibly organized, levelheaded, and kind. On top of that, all my vendors explicitly expressed how much they liked working with her which speaks volumes about her and her staff. On my wedding day, I was able to fully let go and truly enjoy it because I knew she had it ALL under control. I cannot thank her enough.
