Alyssa’s Cakery and team have been amazing to work with! They have specific days they respond to email because they are busy baking the most delicious treats the rest of the week! Be patient and it is SO worth it.
We had our beautiful and delicious wedding cake by Alyssa and we are so glad we did! We had some cake left over at the end and had it at the after party and then my sister even had that boxed up. Since Saturday, I have been taking bites of the cake and day 4, it is SO DELICIOUS. My now husband calls it the nightly cake bites (lol). I was never a sweets person and we considered not having a cake- so glad we got one. All of the flavors are so good but the red velvet is what we ended up with leftovers and… *Chefs kiss.*
We had a simple design but I feel like the simpler the design, the harder it is to execute! (Maybe I’m wrong) but the cake was beautiful and just how we imagined it!
Alyssa and team- thank you for being a part of our special day! We can’t wait to order our anniversary cakes from you! (We didn’t want a frozen cake in our freezer so we skipped the top tier tradition!)

After a few other not-so-stellar experiences with cake tastings, I was incredibly pleased with the level of service I received from Alyssa's Cakery. She made me feel valued as a customer, and worked with me to design the perfect wedding cake that fit my husband and I's needs and budget. The cake was beautiful and delicious - the perfect combination! The employees were communicative and professional, and they coordinated with my venue on the day-of so that I didn't have to. Overall, I would recommend Alyssa's Cakery without hesitation to anyone looking for an affordable, beautiful, delicious cake. -

From the tasting to, the set up. They were accommodating and understanding of whatvmy vision for our wedding cake was. Not to mention it was super delicious! I could not be happier with the way our cake was displayed and they way our guess ate it up!!! -

Rachel Sent on 08/10/2017Though I didn't see Alyssa on our wedding day, everything was perfect! Our cake was exactly as we had ordered, and was delivered on time. She did a fantastic job and everyone loved the cake! We had a TON left over, (we had a 2 tier cake and a half sheet cake and only 80 guests) but thankfully Alyssa's prices were extremely reasonable compared to other bakeries, so we don't feel anything went to waste. I would highly recommend her, and will definitely be using her in the future for any cake needs we have! -

Janet Sent on 12/12/2016Alyssa was fantastic!!!! I went to see her 2 weeks before my wedding, after not having a great experience with another bakery, and she set my mind at ease. She made my cake exactly how I wanted it. When I walked in to the venue and saw it I was pleasantly surprised. The details were to perfection. The cake was delicious. I would definitely use her again. -

There were so many different flavors; everyone loved them! Alyssa is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She is so easy to work with and she is genuinely excited about every event and every cake/cupcake she bakes! I HIGHLY recommend her! -

Brian Sent on 01/03/2015My wife and I used Alyssa’s Cakery for our outdoor wedding reception on 9/27/2014. From the start, she listened to everything we wanted. After a few taste testings (all of which were delicious), we ended up with 3 cupcake flavors (pumpkin, chocolate squared, and french vanilla) for our cupcake tower and a different flavor for the little cake on top. When we requested french vanilla, she said she had not made that before, but went ahead and gave us three variations from scratch.
Alyssa was with us every step of the way, flexible with any changes we gave her, friendly, and very professional. Cake delivery was early and ready for the reception. Her company provides cupcake towers if needed. We also wanted to get “to-go” boxes for our guests so they could take them home. She found wholesale boxes and provided them when the cake was delivered.
The final product was beautiful and delicious. Our guests still talk about their cupcakes. She took into account all of our wedding details and seamlessly created a fantastic dessert that fit our wedding and personalities. We loved our red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and cannot wait to thaw it out for our 1 year anniversary.
