    Use them!

    Debbie and her team are absolute ROCK STARS. Cannot recommend them enough. Debbie was available for us through every single step of planning our wedding. She was extremely organized, thorough, kind, and helpful. She helped us remain on budget, assisted with helping us decide the theme and overall look of our wedding, and coordinated with all our vendors.

    The week of our wedding, we had an unexpected hurricane (yes, in Los Angeles) come into town, and Debbie went above and beyond to move our outdoor ceremony indoors, and worked with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly, change rentals as needed, and make sure everything went off without a hitch. She was so, so, so invested in making our day perfect for us, we absolutely felt it and it made the world of a difference.

    Debbie is extremely passionate about her job, and it doesn't go unnoticed. You'll be really, really glad you used her!

    Our wedding blessing

    Planning your wedding is one of the hardest, emotionally draining things to do.  But with the right people on your side helping you and guiding you without changing your vision is a blessing.  Debbie Eh-hagian was my blessing. Any vision any concern any fear I had she jumped in and helped me.  She made sure every wish and want of mine was met. My husband and I hired  Debbie as a month of coordinator almost 4 months before our wedding. But she was available to answer all our questions and concerns prior to our month of.  Her knowledge in the party planning industry and her connections with vendors is mind blowing. As we did our selections of vendors ALL of them praised and raved about what a great coordinator Debbie was, and by the end WE knew that she was truly our blessing.  She is professional, Funny, Smart and truly cares for her client. Debbie is the type of person that will go on and beyond to make YOUR DAY THE BEST DAY. She takes time to get to know you and understands how to calm you when things get crazy. Her staff is on top of it all, They are organized and work great together.  everyone knows where to be and what to do at the exact time.  Debbie presented us with a timeline of what our day would look like, Debbie and her team made sure that we were on schedule for every aspect of our day. We truly enjoyed our time with Debbie, She is our forever planner. I can not express enough gratitude and love for her.  I highly recommend Debby and her team without a doubt in my mind.

    Everything you want & need from a coordinator

    Debbie was an absolute gem! My husband and I got married this past December and everything was beyond my expectations. As the bride, I felt as if everything went smoothly and perfectly. As I’m sure that was not the actual case (as ALL weddings are at least a bit chaotic and come across some hiccups), but I did not notice a thing. Debbie and her team made sure every aspect was well taken care of and went as planned.

    It was easy to see that Debbie is honestly passionate about what she does, which makes all the difference in the world. In addition, her experience truly shined as she was already vastly familiar with most of the vendors, and took on new faces (i.e. new vendors and our families) with grace, professionalism, and excellence.

    On the day of, Debbie’s assistant was wonderful. She catered to me every second (as direly needed!) up until my big moment. Meanwhile, Debbie ran the entire show from every angle.

    Debbie went above and beyond from the moment we met her. She provided more than what we paid for and she is worth so much more. The most important day of my life went off without a hitch and was all I’d hoped for plus more - and it is mainly due to this wizard of a coordinator. I am eternal grateful for AmaBella Events and could not recommend her more!

    Best wedding planner experience

    Where do I begin?! Saturday night was the wedding of our dreams! From every detail you brought to our attention to design, organization, all of the conversations we’ve had up until Saturday night, and everything in between— you made everything dreamier than what we could’ve ever thought of. Thank you for generously sharing your ideas and details with us in order to create the most magical night! Your talent is beyond and your ability to confidently plan a couples most special night just shows how amazing you are! You’re incredible at what you do. Thank you for keeping your cool with us along the way and for working with our ideas. You're so special to me and planning my wedding with you was something I always wanted. Your talent is undeniable and I hope you know after events you plan that you truly have an art. I’m not sure if you planned a wedding as big as ours before, but it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Everything was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t think of a thing we would change. Your energy is one of a kind. Thank you for being the best. You’re the greatest WEDDING PLANNER. I love you!!     AmaBella Events is awesome!!

    We met with Debbie, the owner of AmaBella Events, and she walked us through all the different packages offered and what they mean. We purchased the month-of-contract and really our only regret was not getting the full package (who knows how much better our wedding could have been had we purchased that..) We really underestimated how much time and energy it takes to a plan a wedding. Nonetheless, Debbie and her team made it happen!
    Throughout the process she sent us due dates, timelines, packing list for the day of, and tricks and tips on how to organize our guest list, ceremony processional list, table seating, etc. A couple days before the event she came by our house to pick up everything that will be used the day of (baskets, table numbers, ring pillow, marriage contract, etc.) so that the day of we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. These are all small details that make a very big difference the day of.
    Fast forward to the wedding day August 19th 2018- the day was absolute perfection. Everything was on time. We were never more relaxed throughout the wedding planning process than we were the day of our wedding. In our eyes, nothing went wrong that day. Debbie and her team managed a guest count of 600 people, 12 bridesmaids, and 15 groomsmen all while making it look easy. Debbie and her team we’re sure came across many bumps in the road but to my husband and I, the bridesmaids, and the guests- everything looked perfect.
    Most importantly- WE WERE ON TIME! The entire day we were right on schedule. I was stressing a little when I noticed the family pictures were taking longer than expected but Debbie had already anticipated that to happen as she knows I have a big family and in what seemed like a miracle to us but so much hard work on her end- the ceremony still started exactly on time. She is always a step ahead.
    Debbie has put together an incredibly professional and talented team. We cannot thank her and her team enough for all that was done that day.

    Debbie’s help was excellent in the planning, she helped us from the smallest detail to the biggest one and always being at our side, she always advised us in our favor, with the help of her team our wedding went very smooth and organized.

    Debbie is the absolute BEST!!! When my husband and I were getting married, we booked her because we were both long distance (the wedding was in LA, he was in Florida, and I was in Israel.) We wanted her to guide us through choosing the best vendors, be in communication with all of them to centralize everything, and to be there to make sure the day of the wedding goes smoothly...but she did all of that and SO much more!! She directed us to the TOP vendors at the best prices, and we found the perfect florist, rentals, lighting, and more because she knew who would be the best for what we wanted. She listened, advocated for what we wanted, and used her insight to paint an overall vision of the night for us that we were excited about, and which directed and guided us throughout the planning process. Her suggestions and recommendations were spot-on. She helped us solve every problem to come up with both professionalism and care, and so quickly! She was always available and easy to get a hold of. The night of, everything ran on schedule, and I was able to be the calm, poised, happy bride I wanted to be because there was no stress on me – I could rely on her completely. The wedding came together in an INCREDIBLE way that would not have happened without her, and everyone told us it was the most beautiful, best wedding they had ever been to!! Over a month later, people are still telling us how gorgeous, fun, moving, and dreamlike it was. Don’t even think twice about it, just pray she’s available on your date and book Debbie!!!!

    I am the brother of the groom and was very involved in helping the loved ones plan their wedding. I sought out AmaBella and worked with Debbie very prepare what was an incredible and amazing festivity. Debbie worked tirelessly the day of coordinating with difficult vendors and kept us on budget. We saved a lot of money by investing in a hard working and professional planning. Thank you so much and I wish you the best.

    We hired Debbie and Amabella Events for day of coordination and they were fantastic! I knew as soon as I met Debbie she would be perfect to help with my big day. She is highly organized and I could tell she was going to care about my wedding as much as I did! I was confident that all would be well in her hands. Debbie is an exceptional planner with incredible vision, creativity and a whole lot of patience. Debbie and her team were professional, punctual, prepared, and incredibly personable. Debbie came through with ideas and recommendations that were helpful and made the day easier. She suggested ideas from personalized table numbers, to unique reception seating on a mirrored frame, and wedding programs; to name a few. Debbie had so many great recommendations for wedding vendors and we couldn't be happier with the team we had. Everything was exactly how we wanted and was beautiful. We connected her with all of my vendors and they too were impressed in how Amabella Events organized my wedding day so much so they are keen to work with her again and recommend her services to others. Every detail made this the most magical day of our lives! We HIGHLY recommend Amabella Events for wedding planning and coordination, they went above and beyond!!     Debbie & her staff went above and beyond my expectations for wedding planning. From the beginning, she was readily available to guide my husband and I through hectic planning & coordinating. It was great to work with her because she is readily familiar with LA vendors which allowed for a smooth event.     My now husband and I were stressing out about our big day. With less than 3 months to plan our wedding and no direction, we met with Debbie to talk things out. From the first 5 minutes of speaking to her, I felt calm and confidant that everything would come together smoothly. She had a good energy and presence about her. We hired her as out "day-of" coordinator but wow did we get so much more than a day of service. For any needs, breakdowns, rehearsals, and questions, she made herself available and went above and beyond. She gave us many great suggestions and contacts to make our day extra unique. The whole team was very easy to get along with and really guided me throughout the night. Amabella, your knowledge and expertise are exactly what we needed to make it an unforgettable night and exceeded or expectations. She also created and brought a hashtag light up to our wedding along with many other extras :) Our wedding night was easily one of the best nights of our life, and I can honestly say so much of it has to do with Debbie and her team for making everything run on time and smoothly. Thank you for making sure I stayed alive, ate, and had fun the whole night, we realllllly love and appreciate you ??

    Debbie did an absolutly fantastic job on our wedding! She was so organized, helpful friendly and proffesional in the way she handeled all the wedding planning for our wedding. She went above and beyond all my expectations of what I though a wedding organizer should do. She really helped us to put our special day together. Even after a mix up with our guest seating cards at the last minute from a print shop, Debbie helped me try find new vendors to make them for us and in the end making them for us herself!! They looked so proffesional and beautiful like from a proffesional print shop! This is just one of many things Debbie did for us to put the wedding together and to ease my stress. Which wedding organizers these days would do that for their clients? I will not forget Debbies dedication, care and fantastic work she did.

    Debbie also has the best list of proffesional vendors to use for weddings. She gave us so many great creative ideas to incorporate into our wedding! If you want you wedding to run smoothly I highly reccomend hiring Debbie !!!

    Debbie not only became my wedding coordinator, she became my friend. She was so considerate, patient, inviting, and honest throughout the entire process. I loved her positivity and commitment throughout the event planning and she really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything going on.     Debbie's not just an event planner, but a super-hero. When our previous event-manager dropped out of our major Los Angeles event less then 2 weeks before the big day (!!), Debbie basically flew down out of the sky and saved us. Hitting the ground running, within 48 hours she was on top of every department of a complex project, with her exceptional competence, professionalism, caring and grace. Thanks to her hard work and attention to detail, the event went off wonderfully well, with any unforeseen challenges that arose, handled quietly behind the scenes with her usual calmness and with a smile on her face. Debbie is now my goto manager for anything I plan to do in LA in the future, and I unreservedly recommend her for any such management position.

    I can confidently say that if it was not for Debbie wedding would not have gone as smoothly and beautifully as it did with her involvement! Debbie is exceptionally easy to work with, is highly organized, maintains great attention to detail, and devotes herself fully to the projects she takes on. Throughout the wedding planning process I felt like we were her priority. Debbie helped us finalize all details with our many vendors in the month before the wedding, provided great problem-solving, and made sure that the day of the wedding went smoothly for everybody involved. To this day I am grateful for AmaBella Events' participation in our wedding planning process!

    Debbie is an organized, dedicated, creative, hard-working event planner. My husband and I had begun planning our wedding, but we knew we would significantly benefit from professional expertise in the field. We're so happy that Debbie was always available and willing to help us with anything related to our wedding, whether it was finding vendors or keeping us calm through all the preparations. Planning a wedding is a full-time job. Even if you are good at multi-tasking, which both my husband and I are professionals at, you will benefit from having someone as sweet and task-oriented as Debbie. On the day of our wedding, I felt like a guest, because Debbie was running the show. Even though our wedding was over a year ago, I still talk about her event planning skills and my satisfaction like it was yesterday, because she really tied the event together so perfectly!     I recently had my wedding and I couldn't ask for a better planner. I'm a type of girl who has an easy going attitude however certain details I pay attention to immensely and I felt that Debbie's style of planning complimented my needs. She gets things done however is not militaristic about it forgetting the essence and nostalgia behind the event they are planning: the way I have seen some planners in action. I would def recommend her to everybody!!!
