Hiring Aimee and her team at Amanda Rose Weddings (specifically, her event assistant London) was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. We went with the "wedding management" package primarily to help us manage all our vendors and execute on the day itself. Aimee went above and beyond our expectations - she helped us manage everything from the florist and the linens/tablescapes to the venue layout and the guest transportation. She provided us with a detailed timeline and made sure all of our vendors were informed. She is highly communicative and responsive and makes you feel prioritized all the way leading up to your wedding. She also helped calm our nerves with her unwavering professionalism. I had the pleasure of working with Aimee Rohr and could not have been more pleased. Aimee put my mind at ease and relieved all of my stressors so that I could sit back and relax while she organized and outlined every last detail of my dream wedding. Where do we even begin? Working with Aimee with Amanda Rose was an absolute game-changer for our wedding. From the initial consultation call, I knew immediately this was the planner for me. Aimee and London with Amanda Rose Wedding & Events made our wedding dream come true! Their professionalism, quick response time, excellent communication, hard work, and passion for what they do exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day was seamless, everything ran so smoothly, and my husband and I felt at peace knowing that Aimee and London were taking care of everything. We had a destination wedding in Hilton Head Island, SC. Aimee was so flexible and great to work with. She created an amazing timeline for us and gave great recommendations on vendors and set up. This was truly appreciated as we were states away. On the wedding day she made sure to help check in on us and bring us specialty drinks. She made sure to keep us on track and helped create such a special day. She also brought our cake and bouquet to our hotel suite and the decorations were laid out beautifully. Being from out of town, I knew I wanted a coordinator that was familiar with the Hilton Head Island area. I grew up vacationing in Hilton Head, but it was important to me to work with a coordinator that knew the venue and could help me execute my ideas easily.
Aimee Rohr was amazing to work with and did just that! We met her when we did our walk through in July, and being out of town, I did have many questions, which she always followed up with thoroughly and promptly. We scheduled FaceTime calls and exchanged many emails before the wedding day, Aimee always knew the answers to any questions I had!

Aimee and her team were absolutely AMAZING!!!! The day / weekend was absolutely magical and they were always accessible, on top of everything, and genuinely fun people to be with. Aimee was SO responsive throughout the entire process, provided the BEST vendors, and is just a wonderful person! She advocated for us when needed, provided thoughts and feedback, and was always able to make things work! I was remote and had to ship lot's of items to her and she was always organized and on top of it. Aimee is also hilarious and just a fun person to work with! THANK YOU Aimee for all your hard work! If you are on the fence about using a wedding planner or coordination service this is your sign to do it! After trying to plan for a few months on my own I finally reached out to Amanda Rose services and could not be more grateful that I did. I started working with London and from day one knew I was in excellent hands. She helped me step by step with every decision and was extremely thorough to be sure there was not a tiny detail missed. When they say wedding planners are lifesavers, they really mean it. It is a very important decision when choosing yours for your special day. I was a bride who planned a destination wedding while in my residency in Chicago in South Carolina. I am very organized extremely type A, but definitely needed help as I was not familiar with the area of South Carolina. We found Amiee on wedding wire reached out to her. Amanda Rose Weddings made my wedding day everything I could have ever wanted! Aimee was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From helping with make decisions to being my soundboard, she was there every step of the way. On the wedding day I was able to sit back and enjoy the day and not worry about anything. Aimee and her team are absolutely incredible. They are the reason our wedding day was perfect. My husband and I struggled with wedding planning, and when we hired Aimee, her team handled everything for us.

Aimee and her team were incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding, working through the schedule, figuring out details and answering our questions. They were very responsive, and went above and beyond in helping us plan. The day of the wedding they were so on top of getting things set-up and coordinating with vendors. I was so impressed by how I was able to tell them my vision and to walk into the reception and see how they had executed it beyond what I could have expected. And during the wedding it was really helpful to have them keep us on schedule and telling everyone where to be and when. They also made sure we had drinks and brought me a jacket when it got cold. Amanda was always ready for the next step
When my now wife and I forgot something, Amanda remembered; when there was a detail that we overlooked, she had it planned. The perfect example of this is that during our reception we didn't have a chance to eat any cake but when we got up to our suite there was two of everything.
