  We were so fortunate to have amazing caterers for our daughters wedding. Ed is great to work with. Right away he offered to do a tasting before we booked. No other caterers let you taste the food before signing a contract and giving a hefty deposit. He provided us with everything we asked for while staying in our budget.
  Ed has two beautiful restaurants to go for a tasting. We met Michelle his French chef and gracious server. He served us appetizers, salad, 2 different entrees. Bride,groom, MOB and FOB all loved the lemon chicken and capers so much we decided that would be our entree. We were so thrilled with the quality of the food and service. Ed and my husband bonded both being from New Jersey. We knew we found our caterer that evening but Ed would not take a dime. He told us to sleep on it and discuss all the food options between the four of us. Wedding day his staff set the China and glass wear and linen napkins on all the tables. Bread, butter, and salads were on all the guest tables. We had a buffet with lemon chicken three choices of pastas, sauces, meat balls, sausage, vegetables sautéed for each guest by the chef, Michelle. The marinara sauce on the penne pasta was exceptional. All our guests loved the food. Many guests raved about the food and service. Ed and his team are professional, kind, personal. Remarkable value for the quality and quantity of food we received. The servers at the wedding also were the best! Thank you so much Ed, Michelle, and staff.

  We used Amazing Caterers at our wedding for appetizers (veggies/hummus and shrimp cocktail) and sliders and they were great! They had servers to help pass out the appetizers and had a table area for the sliders which didn't take up much room. The food was really good and the service was great!!

  We absolutely loved Ed and Amazing Caterers. We found them after sending out several requests for pricing to other caterers and getting several disappointingly high un-budget friendly quotes back. Their website had a truly absurd amount of options available and so with a week to go, I emailed him for a tasting. Even with that short amount of time, he made it work and made it so that we could have a delicious and unhurried tasting. The food was absolutely phenomenal and extremely budget friendly and Ed was just an absolute star. When he found out that I have allergies to some foods (garlic and onions among them), he started formulating a menu that would work with that and a way to guarantee that my hubby and I could eat (and not die of starvation) at our reception. We had two more taste testings with Ed to get the menu settled down (with him always fitting us into his schedule, no matter how busy he was) and he even created a completely new dish for us...which was absolutely fantastic. And there's absolutely none of that pay the final amount two weeks before your wedding with a quote then...Ed was adamant that we not pay the final amount until no more than three days before the wedding so that we didn't end up paying for people who weren't coming. He took our payment the day of, which ended up being a huge relief because our guest list didn't solidify until about a week before the wedding and we would have ended up paying more for people who didn't come. Ed is also the most drama free wedding vendor that you could ever use--he also does a ton of corporate events, which means that he is committed to bringing you fantastic food and service with none of the traditional histrionics of the wedding industry. As it is, I still sneak over to Aboca's (the restaurant out of which Ed does his tastings) to get some amazing food whenever I can. Thank you so much, Ed, for bringing us budget friendly, stupendous food with no drama and a smile--we loved it!

  We used Amazing Caterers for our wedding on 10/23/15 and could not be more pleased!
  
  I had received quotes from 5 different places. Amazing Caterers not only had the best price, but the most robust menu! We had 3 different appetizers, an entree, pasta bar, salad, veggies, and bread--plenty of options!
  
  The food itself is spectacular! Often wedding dinners aren't that memorable, but so many people told us that they loved it. The pasta bar was a really unique addition--definitely a hit!
  
  When we met with Ed, we felt like we were spending time with family. He and the Amazing Caterers team made our day really special. Whether for business catering or weddings, Amazing Caterers will impress!!!

  Ed Brandt and his team at Amazing Caterers did a fabulous job catering our wedding. They provided delicious food at a reasonable price and even threw in an extra appetizer. I highly recommend Ed and his Team! We were married 9/13/2015 at Chapel Ana Villa, The Colony, Texas.

  Last year, Amazing Caterers catered a cocktail party with heavy hors d'oeuvres. The event was incredibly successful and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves thanks to Ed, Ann and their team. So when we decided to give our 16 year old daughter a memorable Sweet Sixteen birthday party recently, the only catering company we would consider was Amazing Caterers. Believe me, we were not disappointed!
  
  There is a significant difference between an adult cocktail party and a Sweet Sixteen birthday celebration, but Ed and Ann can do it all without missing a thing. All you need to do is explain what kind of event you are having and how many people will be there. Ed and Ann will discuss menu options with you and the results are absolutely perfect.
  
  Ed mentioned to me that their goal is to relieve the host of stress so they feel like a guest at their own event. That is exactly how my wife and I felt at both events he and Ann catered for us. The hard working folks at Amazing Caterers permit you to enjoy the company of your guests and you will worry about nothing. From the tasting, down to the event itself, Ed was there every step of the way. Not only was the food delicious and reasonably priced, the staff were exceptional. Our bartender never stopped pouring, the servers made sure everything was perfect down to bussing, running the dishwasher, and even cleaning up! It was a perfect night! Thank you for everything!

  I had a limited budget and no idea what I wanted to serve. Ed and his wife did a great job of giving us ideas and then serving the most delicious "Breakfast for Dinner" we've had! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was, and the staff servers at the event were AWESOME!!!!

  Ruined My Wedding!! Forgot the Silverware!!

  I hired Ed to do the catering for my wedding. I went with him SPECIFICALLY because he said they do not use plastic and he would bring silverware. The work order he sent me even stated in big bold letters... BRING STAINLESS!! So I provided everything but silverware for the wedding. Imagine my shock and my guests when they tried to eat the plated salads with NO silverware!!! They didn't bring it!! Luckily the venue had nasty plastic that we were able to use. Then the servers left three hours early, before the cake which we then again had no silverware!! When confronted the next day on this Ed tried to blame me!! Yet the email I could produce proved me right and he conveniently could not find the email he said he sent!! I would never use him again!! It is bad enough to make an error of that size but then to now own up to it and try to blame it on me!! Hey, I planed to spend thousands at my wedding then have no silverware!!! So unprofessional!!!

  Amazing Caterers's reply:

  There is no question that we dropped the ball by not bringing the stainless. It was dropped off our Kitchen Order and I never picked up on it. It has NEVER happened before and I could not be more sorry. It is not my policy to blame anyone else and only try to find the answer why it happened and make sure it did not happen again.
  I spoke with the husband and made arrangements to credit his account which I did immediately after our conversation.
  If my staff would have left 3 hours early no one would have eater. They left after speaking with the groom who thanked them and said that there was no need to say any longer.
  I do not want to get into a "he said, she said" so I can only hope that the memory of the occasion will center around the uniting of two beautiful people and hope that their life is always filled with the love they expressed on the day of their wedding=.

  Amazing Caterers RUINED what should've been the best day of my life. Ed Brant and Chad do NOT CARE about you as an individual or person...and even less about the food they serve to you and your guests. Once they receive all of their money for the event they are catering, they are like a ghost...until the night before that is...trying to sneakily change the menu and serve subpar food...They recently catered my wedding on 7/9/16 and brought an ENTIRELY different menu than what my husband and I were fed multiple times, including my mother-in-law. We have pictures. A lot of people didn't eat the mostly cold food that was served at our wedding, my husband and I were among them. But according to Chad "...everyone had fun, so why are you upset?". Um, that's not the point Chad...they ONLY had fun because I personally arranged the entertainment. That had NOTHING to do with the food Sir, seriously....Mashed potatoes in plastic martini glasses....really?!? I SPECIFICALLY asked Ed how they'd stay warm..."Oh I've got it, I've got it...", right! That's why I saw multiple trash baskets FULL of cold, stale, boxed Idaho mashed potatoes in plastic glasses....ok. These are just a FEW of the things that went awry.
  I had 3 jobs at one point to pay for this "Amazing Catering" alone! AT FIRST Ed wanted to make it right, but this is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME event....I let him know that "You cannot make up a WEDDING Sir!!!" He then became very RUDE and belligerent. He argued endlessly with my husband at our day-after wedding shower in front of everyone... then harassed us via text on our honeymoon over the next day or so. Now I have no refund as Mr. Ed Brandt promised on 7/10/16. As for Chad, he says he's not worried about "people like us"....what does THAT mean? Hard working, tax paying, Dallas individuals who don't take crap lying down when the wool was pulled over their eyes...I've never had ANY issue like this....EVER. I am a good, working, law abiding person. WOW, is all I can say!
