    Flexbile, Accommodating, Professional!

    These chairs were beautiful! Mariah was so easy to work with. When I needed to reduce my chair count by a LOT, she was able to use them for a different event and waived the charges. Additionally she was flexible in adding back a few extra chairs I needed at the last minute. They took care of set up and take down. Didn’t have to worry about anything after we booked and gave instruction on location and where to set up. I would definitely recommend Ambrosia to anyone who needs chairs or wants chiavari chairs to elevate their event!

    Amazing vendor, brought our vision to life!!

    We used Ambrosia Events for our October 9th 2021 wedding for a number of our rentals. It almost took my breath away the first time I walked into the ballroom and saw how beautifuly it had been transformered. A big piece of that was thanks to Oscar and Ambrosia The rentals we used turned an already beautiful ballroom into a stunning masterpiece.

    Oscar's insight and advice was invaluable and resulted in our wedding being absolutely beautiful. Somehow he was able to understand and pull together my many thoughts and visions into offering suggestions that worked perfectly to match what we were trying to do. I also appreciated his great follow thru and communication with us.

    We rented chiavari chairs, chargers, up lights, pin spot lights, draping, and an aisle runner. Planning a wedding during covid or non-covid can be very stressful because it is a lot of pieces to manage not to mention so many things u don't know u don't know.. We ended up finding Ambrosia later in our wedding planning. We wished after working with them, we had met them earlier as we may have used them for full planning services as well. They would have made our life so much easier. Ambrosia offers rentals but also full wedding planning services. And given what a great job Oscar and his team did I can only imagine what an amazing job they would do if they planned your full event. As we were planning our rentals I got to see images of designs of other events they did, Oscar is an artistic genius and designs r not cookie cutter.

    Nothing but a positive experience with Ambrosia Events, would highly recommend fir wedding rentals and/or event planning!!

    Oscar and his staff were nothing short of amazing. They were there every step of the way and even sorted out little hiccups without having to involve me. I couldn't have had such a beautiful wedding rehearsal and wedding without Ambrosia Events.

    Oscar was a dream to work with. He transformed our art gallery and easily fell in step with the vision of the other creatives involved. He was aways quick to respond and thoughtful with solutions. He rose to every challenge with a genuine enthusiasm. His installation team was professional and respectful. Oscar produced a flawless and seamless event!

    This review is a bit long, but I wanted to fully express how excited and pleased I was about working with Ambrosia Events LLC. I thought we were running out of time to find a florist, cake baker, and decorator when we hired Ambrosia Events LLC about two months or so before our November 2015 wedding, but Oscar was extremely flexible and available with his time. I had researched other vendors in the Milwaukee area who offer these services, but I am so happy we chose Oscar because he is more than an event planner- he is a creative, genuine artist with an eye for detail and could visualize the dream look I had for my wedding when even I had a difficult time putting into words just what I wanted. For example, Oscar suggested that we use long rectangular tables on each side of the dance floor for our close family members, with the rest of the tables in the ballroom for guests being regular round tables. The hotel venue was hesitant at first about this idea because they had never done it before and it wasn’t a traditional concept. I am so grateful that Oscar listened to and supported what we wanted though, because in the end the long tables made the ballroom very elegant with an intimate feeling among our guests.
    Oscar met with us many times after our work hours at his office (including meeting with us on Labor Day!), took extra time to meet with us at our venue, and was responsive and very easy to get ahold of any time we had questions in the planning process. To be honest, I was probably a difficult client to work with because in the beginning I was not very specific and didn’t express very well my vision for the wedding. I showed Oscar a million ideas from my Pinterest boards that were all over the place. However, Oscar understood exactly what look I wanted and was able to suggest ideas for bringing the vision to life. Our guests were blown away at how beautiful the ballroom at our hotel venue was that he decorated.

    He provided the up-lighting, table and chair linens, flowers, centerpieces, head table backdrop, cake, cupcakes, decorations, several gorgeous chandeliers, and my absolute favorite- Mexican papel picado hanging on the ceiling. I did not think it would be possible to hang papel picado at an indoor venue, but Oscar made that all possible. He told me not worry about that part, he had even taken a course to become certified for operating a cherry-picker so that he could reach extremely tall ceilings to decorate; he is so dedicated to his work and making sure that his customers are happy and have nothing to worry about. I had full trust in Oscar; working with him eliminated a lot of my wedding-planning stress because he coordinated all the nitty-gritty planning details for us, I just had to tell him what I wanted the wedding to look like. He even took care of the set-up and clean-up, made sure the details ran smoothly and personally stayed for most of the night during the wedding reception.
    Our wedding united Spanish-speaking and English-speaking friends and families, and we specifically wanted a vendor who would understand both backgrounds and be bicultural. Ambrosia Events LLC was perfect for that, and I appreciate so much how professional yet down-to-earth and personable Oscar is. He was never pushy at all (we had met other vendors who had pushy sales tactics- a big turn off) and we felt comfortable with Oscar because he worked with whatever budget we gave him, even when it changed several times.
    Overall, I am beyond satisfied with Oscar’s work for our wedding. He exceeded our expectations because I did not think some of my ideas were feasible to implement. I absolutely LOVED how everything that he did turned out, especially when I was stressing out like crazy about finding vendors and for a price that I could set with the proposal/contract. He created exactly what I wanted and had envisioned all along. I would hire Ambrosia Events LLC again in a heartbeat.

    UMOS Inc. is very proud of the work that Ambrosia Events does for us. The ability to take my events to a different levels with his creativity. I've been working with Ambrosia for the last 5 years and I could not see myself working with anyone else.

    Very creative and flexible. Detail oriented and very professional. Our event was beautiful and one of a kind. The care that was given to every aspect of the decorations was just amazing. Everything was perfect and pur guests still talk about the beautiful decor.

    I was excited for the lighting portion of the event because it sets the tone. When meeting Oscar to consult he was Great; explained things well, prepared and professional. However, when it came time for set up the day of my Wedding, staff from Ambrosia Events was no where to be found. My Wedding started at 3pm and after several calls, voicemails, and emails I received a response and Staff arrived around 2:15 pm while guest were already present. In addition, one of the lights flickered a different color that was not our wedding colors, throughout the reception. On positive note, we really enjoyed our Custom Monogram that was projected behind our Head Table and looked great in our photos. Overall, for the price we paid we expected better service and at least an apology and explanation as to why they were late. Regardless, our Big Day was Amazing and everything else went smoothly.
