    We rented tables, chairs, table cloths, and wine glasses from America's Party Rental. This company was really easy to work with and very helpful in deciding on final rental items. They were quick to respond and gave me a courtesy call to confirm order. They were flexible with delivery and pick-up times with a reasonable fee, and were really flexible and easy to work with, especially when adding or changing my order. Their prices were better than the other couple rental companies I checked with before deciding on them. I definitely recommend them.

    Great products! The front desk was very nice and professional. The back stocking staff was just a pleasure and very helpful!

    Working with Americas Party Rental was wonderful. In the beginning I had big dreams of checkered tablecloths for my camping wedding, then it turned into cream linens with lace overlays, then it was burlap table runners, then when it really came down to it we could only afford the bare minimum of just plain cream linens. After visiting Americas Party Rentals choosing linens, having 2 or 3 quotes done, I had to inform them that we just wouldn't be able to afford all the fancy stuff and that I was looking into other vendors with cheaper prices. They were MORE THAN HAPPY to work with me and our financial situation. Even though we were only going to be getting the minimum they never once made me feel like a lower class customer.

    I did find a vendor that was cheaper, but their customer service was horrible and I was willing to pay a little extra to have excellent service. Americas Party Rental was great and I would work with them again if I needed to!

    America's Party Rentals has competitive pricing for a quality product. We received quality servie during the rental process. The installation took a bit longer than ideal. But all in all, a good eperience.

    We rented tables chairs linens and dishes. They had a set that I really liked there was a table for 19 with everything you need 10 chairs 10 plates 10 water goblets 10 champagne flutes 10 wine glasses 10 napkins 10 sets of silverware and table linens . It made things so easy

    So, I have a mostly positive review. APR had all the items we needed. But it was a little difficult coordinating drop-off. I gave them the venue's coordinator to be the contact person, but on the morning of my wedding, while I was having my makeup and hair done, they called me with questions instead of the person I put down for day of contact. Seems like the office doesn't always pass on info to the drivers.

    Other than that, I would recommend.

    America's Party Rentals made the process painless! Everyone communicated very well via email and phone and the drop offs/pickups were seamless. They also seemed to be the better deal on certain items when compared to other rental companies for no less quality. I would absolutely recommend this vendor for anyone planning a wedding!

    America's Party Rental provided 13 discounted rental packages for our wedding. They were a real steal - $70 per table, which included a table 10 chairs,table linens, napkins and complete place settings with silver ware, two plates and 3 different types of glasses for 10 people. However, there were several things that annoyed us. First of all the things didn't get dropped off until ten minutes before the end of the day of delivery, we requested for the items to arrive earlier in the day. Secondly, there were a big number of napkins missing. Lastly, there was lots of silverware missing as well. But, despite all this, it was a great value and all we had to do was scrape the plates and put things back into the containers they came in and they picked it up two days later.

    America's Party Rentals were coordinated through our Caterers and we did not get a window of delivery for our supplies so they were delivered without us personally supervising the delivery at a friends home/garden. Because this was a backyard event, the staging needed to be cleaned before set up of the tables and chairs, which was happening in the afternoon.

    We handled ordering through this vendor online and through email initially. They responded to most of our mails within a day and made several adjustments to our order along the way as our guest numbers changed etc. We selected this company based on the price and convenience of their internet site. I never read any reviews ahead of time, which in hindsight I realize was my own fault. ;)
    We worked with them over the phone in the last few days leading up to the wedding. They were responsive over the phone as well and though they were unable to provide us with some of the items we wished to order to the list towards the end(out of stock), they were able to accommodate one last minute order on the day of shipping. We waited for the delivery which was supposed to be there by a certain time, at the latest. It was about an hour past that time when they finally arrived, and the drivers told us they had one more delivery to make after ours. When the items were delivered we signed for them and it was only the following morning, when we were preparing for the wedding that we realized some of our order was missing.
    We managed to make things work without the missing items somehow, but when we were setting up the tablecloths for the tables with umbrella holes I came across something unacceptable. The tablecloths for our guest tables were all different shades of white. The holes in them were often cut in a place that would leave the table cloth lopsided, touching the ground on one side but not the other. AND the holes on some of them looked like a child had cut them out(jagged, uneven, lopsided circles...some of which were so large that you could see 2 inches of the wood on the table below from all sides of the umbrella hole.
    It was at this point that I went inside to start getting ready. I had no time to call and complain about this matter to the vendor, but it would have been too late at this point for them to replace them in time for the event.
    The following day I wrote to America's Party Rentals with my complaints. They apologised for the condition of the linens and the missing items and gave a refund on the undelivered items and a discount on the items of poor quality. Appreciated, but that's not good enough. Included in the price of every item is a ware and tear fee. They obviously misuse this money cause the items we received and had to use for our BIG DAY were worn and torn. Not a fan and I will go out of my way to avoid this place!

    Even though their prices fit our budget better than any other rental store, they didnt give us the right champagne flues, they didnt give us all the forks we had ordered and paid for, they didnt really know where any of their stuff was either.

    I ordered a photo booth directly from America's Party Company in November for my May wedding. The week prior I called to confirm my order and was assured everything was set. The day of, no call and no show. We had pretty much crafted our wedding around this feature and it was heartbreaking when they just didn't come. And, of course, no one was available by phone when we were trying to get in touch with someone regarding the booth during the wedding.

    Called to place an order for my sons birthday party because their website states that there is no minimum for them to deliver within the green zone which I am in. Well a rep said that their management has changed and they haven't been able to update their website which would take all of two seconds to update seriously FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I don't own a truck to pick up my order and I'm not renting a uhaul twice for me to take the items back. I was willing to pay a delivery fee but they won't even consider a delivery until I meet their new minimum requirement that wasn't posted anywhere in the website or the rental agreement they sent me. I'm happy to take my business somewhere else.

    Don't go through this company. They scammed me out of almost $800 and cancelled the night before my wedding leaving me with no choice but to pay the vendor they hired directly. This lefte paying extra. Tip was included in the price I have and the vendor sat there with a tip jar like a low class idiot. They spelt my husbands name wrong on every strip for the photo booth. I payed like 8-9 months in advance and they cancelled less than 12 hours before the event. The vendor that they hired let terribly like cigarettes and so did all of his equipment to the point that guests were talking about it. If you want to ruin your wedding use them. I'm now in a battle between them and my credit card company trying to get paid back the 700 I paid them in nov- that they made me pay I'm cash a second time around. I ended up paying double for shitty service.

    I booked and paid for a photo booth and DJ in January of last year for a July 2, 2016 wedding. I was assured the big day would go off without a hitch and that both vendors would be contacting me two weeks before the wedding for venue walk-through and logistics of the day. The week of the wedding I had heard from neither the DJ nor the photo booth operator. I contacted America's Party Company several times to inquire what was going on and they assured me everything was fine and the DJ/photo booth operator would be in touch two days before the wedding. When I didn't hear from either, I started to panic. THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING AMERICA's PARTY COMPANY CANCELLED THE DJ AND PHOTO BOOTH and said I would get my money back. THE NIGHT DEFORE THE WEDDING!!!!! Less than 24 hours! I was in hysterics. This was the worst experience of my life. I had done so much planning and paid for everything in advance to capture and have what was supposed to be the best day of my life.
    They ruined my special day. No DJ or photo booth is ever available with no notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I later found out that they are a 3rd party vendor who books local vendors - they don't send their own employees and can't really guarantee the quality of vendor you get or that they will show. I demanded from them to provide me the contact info for the DJ and photo person operator they had "booked", and NEITHER VENDOR HAD HEARD FROM AMERICA'S PARTY COMPANY. They simply were never contacted and had no idea who I was or the wedding. Total nightmare.
