Omg I wanted to throw a Bridgerton Birthday Party and man did she deliver where do I start. She did an amazing job and honestly everything was done in a timely fashion. she transformed my in-laws backyard into a magical place. I also wanted to order my customized cake for my party and have a few inspirational pictures, was given a list to choose frosting etc and she had an amazing cake designed and brought it over for the day of my party.. The cake was definitely the cherry 🍒 on top apart from the gorgeous decorations. She executed my vision and brought it to actual life. My family and friends were just blown away by the floral arrangements and beautiful table settings And the entire experience that Ana help bring to life. Thank you a million I wouldn’t have been able to do it without your brilliance and professional service.

This woman with no mercy takes your wedding money, does not do a single thing and then acts like a victim when you ask her for the money back. My son's wedding took place on October 1, 2022, an occasion that should have been filled with joy and unforgettable memories. Unfortunately, it was marred by a series of disappointments and unfulfilled promises. Ana asked me to remove my first reviews here, which I did, but that indicated a much bigger problem that I have since become aware of from vendors and clients messaging me, to Better Business Bureau and Yelp reviews. In the aftermath of the wedding, a significant financial burden remains unresolved, as Ana Flores Events has yet to reimburse me for several thousand dollars spent on services that were promised but ultimately not provided. The list of discrepancies is extensive and includes, but is not limited to, the absence of bridesmaids' bouquets, a severe shortage of chairs, non-realization of a paid-for decor arrangement, missing flowers on the dessert table, and the absence of a coffee bar. These are factual events that were litigated in court. My concerns began to mount when I learned that Ana Flores Events had committed to a larger wedding event around the same date as ours. It became evident that our event was not receiving the attention and dedication it deserved. Promised follow-ups were neglected, and the level of attentiveness we were assured of was never realized. The financial aspect was equally problematic. The property owner was forced to step in to complete the work, contradicting Ana's claim that she had compensated him. (She still has not).The evening of the event was fraught with challenges, and it required the collective efforts of various parties, including the DJ's wife, the photographer, the property owner, and myself, to bridge the gaps left by Ana's shortcomings. Ana's promotional priorities on social media became evident while our own celebration was largely overlooked. Despite Ana's assurances, her focus was clearly divided, and it was disheartening to witness her attention prioritize the other, presumably more profitable, event. Ana had initially proposed sending an assistant to our event, citing a lack of necessity for a tent or additional facilities. However, I pleaded with her in multiple emails, as she had committed to personally oversee our wedding over a year prior. I must acknowledge the failure to deliver on these promises. In conclusion, my experience with Ana Flores Events was characterized by overpromising and underdelivering. While various other vendors played a pivotal role in salvaging the day, the overall outcome was far from the vision we had held dear. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a cautionary note to future clients, urging them to carefully scrutinize the terms and conditions, particularly in situations where larger events may divert attention away from their own special day
