  These photos were pefect!

  Everyone tells you that the photos will be the most important part of your wedding and its true! My husband and I were wanting to save money and were just going have people at the wedding take photos and I am so glad we finally decided to go with a professional! Helen handled everything amazingly and even helped to rally my family and the venue so that the photos turned out better then we could haver imagined. In a hour she took over 300 photos and its impossible to pick a favorite! She is truly amazing and you can guarantee good photos and a smooth event if you go with Anchor and Pine! I really cant say enough good things!

  Highly Recommend

  Helen was fantastic! We decided to elope at Mt. Hood during the pandemic. She was great at helping us figure out the best way to stream to our family and friends who could not be with us. We are not people who like to be in front of a camera and she made us feel very comfortable. She worked great with our schedule setting up zoom calls before the event and was ahead of schedule in getting us our gallery of photos. Which turned out great! We would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

  More than a wedding photographer.

  From the moment we first contacted her Helen was like a personal wedding planner for us. We were coming from out of town and she helped us with locations, times, clothes, dinner choices and some fun activities around the ceremony. She was amazing to work with and helped us capture some very treasured memories.

  Wonderful photographer and excellent photos!

  We booked Helen to capture photos to celebrate our recent engagement. She helped us choose a phenomenal location, was very knowledgeable on the key time to shoot, and led us through the session with warmth and patience. She was very easy to work with, flexible on timing, and very punctual. Photos came back quickly (within a few weeks, as quoted/expected) and truly were lovely; they highlighted her keen ability to set the stage, choose great lighting, and capture intimate moments. An all-around excellent experience, and we would choose to work with her again!

  Calm as a cucumber during a pandemic!

  Helen has been a dream to work with. As with many pandemic weddings, we had to schedule then reschedule then totally change the plan gain. We couldn't have picked a more kind, flexible and talented photographer. From the first meeting, Helen had great communication and guided us through the process. Every step in the process was easy and executed with care. The photos turned out great and she was extremely thoughtful to capture the small things like flowers and family photos. We've actually hired her again to capture our pandemic-delayed reception. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely thrilled!

  Helen is wonderful, and she did an amazing job capturing our special day. Our plans changed several times due to covid-19. Helen was 100% accommodating. Her photos absolutely captured the magical feeling of our day, and we are so grateful. Thank you Helen!

  We knew pretty quickly where we wanted to get married (Timberline Lodge, Mt. Hood, OR) and it was important to us to have a photographer that could capture the beauty of the outdoors. Helen was the perfect choice. Helen was easy to work with, super responsive, and very professional. She was the one vendor I felt I never needed to worry about. She makes sure she has plenty of consults with you before hand so that both you and her know exactly what to expect the day of and she even helped us create our timeline and kept us on track! The day of she was on time and very flexible. She moves around so much to be sure she gets the best photos. We got our gallery back so quickly too and the photos were absolutely beautiful and really captured the day perfectly. We would highly recommend Helen!

  Helen is the Best!

  As the Mother of the Bride, i cannot say enough about Helen, our wedding photographer. When my daughter and her husband researched photographers, they were drawn to Helen's photos and her editing skills. And the fact that she was competitively but reasonably priced was a plus. During the planning process she was very accessible, and answered emails with complete and clear information. She is a warm and friendly person, but at the same time very professional. She had several virtual meetings with the bride and groom, and took care of every detail so that by the big day, we knew what to expect. During the wedding and reception, Helen was there to get the best shots without ever being in anyone's way. She emailed some beautiful shots after a few days, and then it only took three weeks to get the entire portfolio sent back to us! The newlyweds are absolutely in love with their photos. These pictures captured feelings and emotions, as well as wonderful visions of a perfect day. The wedding was at Timberline/Mt. Hood, and since Helen is a master of nature photography, the end result was perfect. I cannot recommend Anchor and Pine Collective enough!

  Helen is THE BEST- recommend 100%

  Helen was everything we could have hoped for and more for our elopement. She was proactive and met with us twice before the big day, despite the short window of time between booking her and our ceremony date. She was extremely patient and flexible and made suggestions for the big day, since we were still up in the air until a couple of days before. She truly went with the flow and was up for anything. I loved how she captured all the little details of our day, and her flexibility was unparalleled. We were running a bit late due to traffic and she drove me to our first look spot and kept calm and collected the entire time. She held my bouquet, ran around like mad and even stayed late to capture our sparkler photos. I really can't recommend her enough!

  Helen is awesome!

  It was a pleasure working with Helen! She was professional, kind, and flexible with our needs. We are not the best picture takers, but were pleasantly surprised at how natural our photographs came out. If you also like natural light photography, Helen is the one to go with. It was also exciting to see a few teaser photos she provided to us the day after the wedding. Thanks for capturing our special day Helen!

  Helen is incredible!!

  Helen is amazing!! She was great to work with and communicated with us through the whole wedding process. Her quick turn around on our engagement photos helped us on our short timeline. She has incredible talent and did a great job at catching the little moments. Helen was also very personable, she made an effort to get to know Nate and I and also our families. We loved having her be apart of our wedding day!

  perfection

  Helen was perfect for our tiny wedding. We wanted genuine, beautiful photos without a lot of time spent on them or fuss to get them. She delivered!! She traveled out of town without additional costs and the price for everything was beyond reasonable. She was flexible in case of weather and other changes to the day. Her love and dedication to public lands was also major bonus for us. I couldn't be happier with the shoot or the outcome!

  Our engagement photos came back sooner then I anticipated and they are absolutely stunning! Helen was a pleasure to work with. Hiring her was the least stressful part of wedding planning. I love the way our photos turned out.

  Helen was so great to work! She went above and beyond and her photos are absolutely gorgeous. We really appreciate her flexibility on date so that we could work around bad weather. Bonus points for her willingness (it was even her suggestion!) to hike up to Silcox Hut with us for more photos. Extra bonus points for the bouquet and mini-cake she brought for us too

  Best experience with a photographer

  Helen is absolutely incredible and we are so lucky we had her as our photographer. She kept everyone as ease the entire day, and enhanced every aspect of our wedding experience. She truly became one of our family for the day, and we are so grateful. Could not recommend more!
