I would most definitely recommend andres west, very professional, clean, and amazing staff. It’s a very nice place for a great value!

Food was good, staff was friendly, the head chef was very nice and accommodating. Would use again.

I would use them over and over again. Really worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about working with this group of people who wanted my day to go as seamless as I did!

I almost can't believe it - Andre's does it ALL! We just booked our wedding reception here and we couldn't be more excited. We have the open-ended option to add the ceremony because we haven't decided yet, the cake is included from a great bakery, the open bar was priced with the buffet and they've got us signed up for a free food tasting so we can try what they have before finalizing our menu. And they have referrals for all the other wedding stuff you could need - photographers, limos, tuxedos, flowers, EVERYTHING. They are a one-stop shop and I'm mad at myself for not going to them sooner.

Andres was flexible with the package I desired, and they made my wedding day perfect! The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic!

Andre's West was awesome! I was really against having my reception there, because my cousin & his wife had theirs there and I'm not very fond of the wife! However, no other hall was available on our wedding date.

My wedding day came, and so did the storms! During our pictures we got a phone call saying the power was out at Andre's! Power was still out when we arrived there, so we had to wait outside before being introduced. They told us that our 4 hours would start from whatever time the power comes back on. We only had to wait about 30 mins or so. We were introduced, had to give the kitchen a few minutes to finish up/reheat food. The food was ready to go, but then the power went out again, so we all ate by candlelight. Finally the power came back on and stayed on for the rest of the night... or at least until all guests had left and we were cleaning up.

Andre's staff did a great job handling the power outage situation. I was never worried, nervous, or upset about anything at all. No bridezilla moments!

Andre's West is awesome. The venue is gorgeous and the food is great. However, they do not provide the extra amenities such as chair covers or table sashes. I also had to hire another decorating company because Andre’s centerpieces were a little out date. The secretarys weren’t as friendly as the managers.

We really enjoyed our experience with Andre's West. We only had a few issues with them. Our wedding was on a Friday and we were not able to get into the reception hall to decorate until 4pm the day of the wedding (ceremony was at 6) I did not know this information until two weeks before the wedding. I was able to find about 5-6 people to go set it up for me but Andre's wasn't ready for my people at four. Two of them ended up missing the ceremony to finish the set up. I did not know about this until a week later. We had asked them if we could get earlier than 4, but said that it should only take two people an hour to set up... obviously not if 5 people couldn't do it in an hour. For everything else Andre's was great!! This was very minor but did bother me. I would totally recommend them to other brides, the space is beautiful the staff is easy to work with. They are very accommodating. If you use them you get other perks like tuxes and half-price invites which was very helpful. Anyone should check them out.

Andre's offers a beautiful location at their Andre's West location. You will be the only party booked there at a time. The food was great, the staff was great, this would be a great review except that John (the owner) failed to keep his word with me on a price that we negotiated. He complained and ruined the professionalism that the rest of his staff offered over $50 for a tuxedo rental. We got married on a Sunday in February and they were more than accomodating with the location and very reasonable on prices (once you negotiated with them.)

Andre's West in Fenton is a beautiful facility. I would recommend anyone who is looking for top notch beauty, drama food and drink to go there because it is a true value. The only part I didn't like is that they are a bit pushy in doing things there way vs being willing to work with you. If it wasn't for my wedding planner I would have pulled out all my hair. But all in all it was an awesome reception, with great food and drink.

I just want to add what my experience has been and make you aware what kind of the people you're dealing with.

I had to cancel an event due to my father passing. They wouldn't let me re-schedule neither give me a refund of the deposit or part thereof. Manager had (during the initial visit) told us that in case of unforeseen circumstances he would be willing to work with and allow a reschedule. At that time he was the smooth talking salesman and we didn't think we would be needing such. But when unfortunate happened, he washed his hands (said it was not him but an appeals committee; baloney). We were grieving and in no mental state to even comprehend.

To me, above anything business or ethics is people. And if people can't be sympathetic even for unfortunate loss of family and hide behind legality and paperwork then its NOT worth doing any kind of interaction with; certainly not expected from a reputable organisation.

Its a shame!
