Anna is incredible!
Anna helped my husband & I plan our dream destination wedding in Umbria, Italy! We got married in the most stunning castle, Forte Sorgnano in May 2024. I initially found Anna through another bride who boasted to me about how amazing Anna was as her wedding planner! From the very beginning, Anna was extremely responsive, kind and flexible! We are from Canada and planning an Italian wedding seemed maybe a little too far out of reach… until we started having zoom calls with Anna! She helped us in our vast search for venues somewhere in the countryside of Italy. Anna have us so many options to consider & always stuck to our budget, and our hopes for what a perfect wedding would be for us!
We found Forte Sorgnano, which was a venue that had been new to Anna as well. She immediately contacted the property and booked in a tour, travelled across Italy to go see this venue for us! Anna sent over videos of every little detail of Forte Sorgnano for us & she managed so much of the communication! Anna went above and beyond for us in every instance! She always made us feel comfortable & took each desire of our into her own hands to ensure we had the best experience we could possibly have!
I truly do not think that I could thank Anna enough for all of her work. She must have done so much behind the scenes that we were never even aware of! All the communication to our various vendors was handled through Anna. Weeks before the event, Anna had already been in contact with everyone, discussing arrival times, set up, anything & everything to perfect the day! On the day of the wedding, Anna provided me with so much support. She was readily available any time my husband or I needed her, but most importantly… she handled absolutely everything! I did not have a single question from a vendor the entire day! The entire castle was set up the way we dreamed it would be, and I believe we owe that all to Anna! She managed every detail with so much grace. I was able to fully relax and just take in every special moment on my wedding day, and for that I will be forever grateful.
I would recommend Anna to anyone planning a wedding in Italy. She is truly amazing and will do everything in her power to make sure that your wedding day is perfect! -

There are not enough superlatives to describe Anna and her work ethic. From start to finish her input and help has been exceptional. It was not an easy wedding as our hotel venue at Lake Garda cancelled our wedding 4 months before the date and without Anna’s help in finding somewhere else it would have been very traumatic. Anna’s advice was without doubt first class and her recommendations for a DJ, saxophonist, harpist, violinist, flowers, hair, makeup and cake were spot on and made the day go without a hitch. Anna also spent the day with us at the wedding translating the service and making sure everything went to plan - which it did. Anna’s English is excellent which was great as our Italian was non-existent. We cannot recommend Anna highly enough and anyone who has her as their wedding planner would be very lucky indeed. -

A dedicated wedding planner who made our dreams come true
Anna is a very hard-working and knowledgeable Wedding Planner . Our wedding day was everything we ever wanted, and she made the day seamless and easy for everyone. No request was too much for Anna, we originally planned our wedding for 2021, but had to delay due to Covid reasons to a year later. Anna took this all in her stride, and our wedding was even better than we originally planned! She is such an efficient individual who really makes everyone feel special.
She made some excellent suggestions, that really made our wedding day, and she provided and recommended some excellent suppliers that were within budget. We had an incident where our DJ was not available last minute, and Anna was able to sort out a replacement without a hitch. She was also able to find more niche suppliers, such as the ice cream cart, which everyone was raving about!
In summary, if you were thinking about getting a Wedding Planner for your destination wedding, get one!! And choose Anna!! I’ve recommended her to all my friends who are thinking of getting married in Italy. She really is a great contact to have if you are getting married abroad in Italy. I wish I could do it all over again.
We saved so much money, and saved ourselves a lot of stress. She really put our minds at ease with her relaxed, but very organised approach -

Reassuring experience
Anna helped us with all the communication and administration in Italy, as we are two foreigners who were getting married in Liguria. It was really helpful and reassuring to have her there for us, as Italian administration is a maze!

Anna was a godsend for our entire wedding planning from the moment we started the process, all the way to our big day. We initially started working with her when we were looking for location to get married in Italy. Although my husband is Italian, living in London meant we didn't have the knowledge or feet on the ground to find our dream location - that's where Anna came in. From the moment we began working with her, I noticed how incredibly organised she was - something extremely important. She was always ahead of the game, always knew what would be next on our to-do list before we did, whether it was legal documentation, or food-tasting. No obstacle was a problem for Anna, she took every issue and solved it - that is not an exaggeration, we had some quite specific requests and all were met! Anna's negotiation skills are outstanding, she secured us so many fantastic deals with all of our vendors and made sure to maintain excellent communications with them in the lead up to the big day. One of the things I admired most about Anna was how she treated our wedding as though it was our own. She wanted us to have to best day possible and indeed we did! We used Anna throughout our planning process from start to finish, including her time during our wedding week. Something great about her services is that you can use as little and as much of her time as you like as she works on an hourly time basis - if you want her to organise every tiny detail she can, or if you simply want her to help with the logistics that’s also possible, you can tailor her skillset to whatever your needs and budget are. She is so efficient with her time as well, achieving so much in the hours you pay her for. I really can’t recommend Anna enough, she made our wedding dreams come true in the most professional, hard-working manner and always with a smile on her face! -
