I purchased my dress from the Bethesda location. I fell in love with a specific Rosa Clara style, but was having trouble finding a sample to try on in the DC area. My mom and I popped into the salon to see if any other Rosa Clara styles would work. When we walked in for our appointment, Anna told me that she had bought a sample of the dress just for me and overnighted it for our appointment. I bought the dress that day! The alteration process was great, both Leeza and Selina were a joy to work with. I was very picky about my alterations, and Selina did a fantastic job making sure the dress fit exactly how I wanted. 100% recommend the team at Anna's Bridal Couture! -

I loved the team at Anna’s Bridal! I visited several other bridal shops during my hunt for the perfect dress; but the salesperson at Anna’s Bridal was the only person who listened to what I wanted and pulled dresses that fit the bill. I highly recommend Anna’s Bridal! -

Love love loveeee Anna’s Bridal! Anna and Judith made my experience beyond perfect. Since it was my first time trying on wedding dresses I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. After trying on several dresses that were very similar, Judith brought in “The One” I was little skeptical at first because the fabric wasn’t something I thought I’d ever see myself in. But when I put it on with help from Judith I walked out of the dressing room to show my mom and immediately all 3 of us could feel it was “The One.” Judith grabbed the perfect veil and I said yes to my dream dress!!! We celebrated with champagne and Anna told us about a great place to look for my heels. I was assured my both Judith and Anna that I can bring my dress back in for alterations. I HIGHLY recommend Anna’s Bridal! Their entire team is amazing!!!!! -

Alexandra Sent on 01/01/2017Anna's Bridal was so accommodating! I had a dress consultation at 10:30 in the morning, was the only one in the shop and Rhoda helped me into every dress. She wanted me to get the real feel of every dress. Even in it was a complicated tied back, she took the time to fully tie it so I was able to see the entire dress. I am so happy I came here to dress shop, while I haven't bought a dress yet, I know they do alterations on site and the seamstress is willing to work with your needs to make the dress perfect for you. -

We were the only ones in the store when we shopped so it felt very personal, and when it was obvious that I'd found "the dress" she was very accommodating working with me on the price, and we even worked out a cost for the obvious alterations (hem, bustle) up front. The alterations process went very smoothly once the dress came in: I had a first fitting that took about an hour and then came back for a final fitting to make sure everything looked right before they finalized the hem. The dress was ready well in advance of the day--if anything I wouldn't have minded having my last fitting a little closer to my wedding date in case anything changed, but it worked out fine and the dress was very nicely hung and steamed for safe keeping after I picked it up. -

I regret to say that my experience with Anna Couture Brides was extremely disappointing. The service I received was unprofessional, and I feel compelled to warn others not to trust them with your money.
From the outset, there were significant issues. The quoted price for my dress kept increasing without any clear justification, which felt very unfair and misleading. Despite numerous attempts to communicate and resolve these issues, I found their customer service to be consistently unresponsive and unhelpful.
On multiple occasions, I tried to get clarity on the costs and the progress of my dress, but my inquiries were either ignored or answered with vague, non-committal responses. This lack of transparency and accountability is completely unacceptable for a business that deals with such important and personal services.
To make matters worse, after all the stress and frustration, I was left with nothing to show for the significant amount of money I paid. I felt completely let down by the entire process. The experience was not only financially draining but also emotionally exhausting.
It is my opinion that this dress shop operates with dishonesty and a lack of integrity. The continuous price increases and the subpar quality of service indicate a business model that does not prioritise customer satisfaction or fairness.
I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable and professional bridal service. There are many other bridal shops that offer exceptional service and truly care about their clients. Save yourself the stress and avoid Anna Couture Brides. Trusting them with your wedding dress might turn out to be a huge mistake, as it was for me.
