Sarah and John bent over backwards to make sure our wedding was perfect down to the tiniest detail, totally amazing, totally fun, extremely easy to work with!

This place is GORGEOUS! If you are looking for a rustic wedding site with all the farm charm...go see this venue ASAP! I had looked a MANY venues and knew this was "the one" as soon as we walked into the barn.

Sarah Claire is wonderful to work with! Detail oriented and very high energy! The venue has a wonderfully wide selection of decor items for you to use if you choose....most of them at no additional charge. You can't beat the location, nestled in a valley on a 400 acre farm. Our October wedding was surrounded by beautiful fall color.

We received so many compliments from our guests on the venue and the set up. The Appalachian Farm team has added several amenities to the space making it very comfortable for people to enjoy indoor as well as outdoor entertaining spaces.

I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else, it was perfect for us! Thank you Appalachian Farm for making our day beautiful!

Picking out a venue seemed to be the most daunting part of wedding planning. With Sarah Claire, I was immediately put at ease and everything flowed beautifully. Her energy matches every enthusiastic couple, and she genuinely wants you to have the best day ever. We were able to visit the venue a few times before the big day, and Sarah Claire was always available for a quick text, a motivational pep talk on the phone, or a detailed email. When the wedding day finally arrived, everything flowed. Sarah Claire has an on-site assistant who is extremely well-organized, quick, and has great ideas. They are very flexible with decor, food, and drink options. We were able to have exactly the day we wanted thanks to this incredible crew. We received endless compliments from our guests about the beauty of the space, the friendliness of the staff, and just how perfect everything was. If you are dreaming of a mountain wedding where your guests feel like they have been transported to a whole new part of WNC, look no further than this venue. I can't recommend them enough!

This venue exceeded my expectations! It is on a gorgeous farm, on one of the most beautiful properties in the Smoky Mountains. The barn offers so much charm that very little additional decor is required. John and Sarah were accommodating in making sure that every single detail was perfect for my Sunday wedding.
I highly recommend this venue only if you are looking a beautiful venue at an affordable price!
