Arfana was absolutely incredible to work with, and she executed my bridal looks to perfection. From the very start, it was clear that she genuinely cares about her clients. She took the time to understand my bridal vision, reviewed my skincare routine, and offered thoughtful recommendations to prepare my skin leading up to the wedding. Working with Arfana was amazing! She is incredibly professional, detail oriented and responds promptly. As someone who wears minimal makeup on a daily basis, not to mention rarely gets their makeup professionally done, I really wanted to make sure my bridal makeup was done in a way where I still felt like myself. Arfana listened to all my needs and her top priority was making sure I was comfortable with all my looks. I could not have picked a better person to than Arfana to be my MUA for my wedding weekend. She was incredibly professional, organized, calm and patient. She listened to my likes and dislikes for all of my looks during my wedding weekend, especially for not having done a trial with her. Arfana is very detail oriented and thorough in her process from the moment you reach out to her to the very end. Arfana was so wonderful to work with - professional, organized, and listens to you while also giving her recommendations based on what you like. I was able to do a makeup trial and before that, I filled out a questionnaire of my daily skin and hair routine, what looks/styles I'm going for, and what my outfits are so we can prep for the trial and big day. Arfana is an excellent make up artist. For each event, I felt like I looked like an elevated version of myself, which was very important to me. I did not want to be overdone, and Arfana took time to understand my vision and executed though we didnt have a trial. She is thorough, organized and professional!

Arfana was the first makeup artist I spoke to and I knew right from the start that I wanted her there on my wedding day. First of all, she was the only artist out of all the ones we'd messaged who said she would be happy to work with my naturally curly hair, and being a curly girl herself she knew exactly what to do. I had a great experience working with Arfana for my engagement hair and make up this past summer. She was very accommodating with all the mishaps that occurred on the day of my event and she was extremely easy to talk to. I am so glad that I found Arfana through a google search! Before officially booking her for my Gaye holud and wedding day makeup, I had a trial session with her. I was really pleased with her attention to details, responsiveness, punctuality and not to mention, her hospitality. During the trial session at her house, she served me snacks and water :)
From the day I contacted her for a quote to the day she delivered my final makeup, she was always very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I have never had any professional makeup done up until that point. So I sure had a lot of questions.

Talented and professional, Arfana is the best!!
Arfana made me the most beautiful bride!!! She made me feel like myself, which was very important for me. She listened to my likes and dislikes and what I wanted. At the same time, she offered her suggestions & thoughts based on her expertise in the makeup/hair industry! I had broken my nose a month before my wedding, ended up with a scar and black eye on my wedding day. But, Arfana covered it all up with her talent & without making me look cakey. She did a soft, natural, elevated glam for me, which was absolute perfection!!! I felt like the most beautiful person, which is what every bride should feel on their wedding day!

Arfana is the best HMUA around!
1000000/10 would recommend Arfana for any and all of your wedding event hair, makeup, and draping. She is incredibly clear, concise, and thorough.
Early in the process, she will take the time to thoroughly understand your vision, outfits, jewelry, draping, and whole look. She will make non-pushy recommendations on what she thinks would look great, but ultimately will always go with what you want. She will go through your skin care routine to make personalized adjustments if needed.

Arfana was honestly such a valuable addition to my wedding weekend. From our very first call, she assured me that she was 100% dedicated to making sure my vision was executed and I was going to be relaxed and comfortable. I couldn't stop talking and laughing during our trial because we found so much in common and it was a great way to connect before the big day.
