  A Flawless Wedding Planning Experience

  Hiring Arielle for full-service wedding planning was the single best decision my husband and I made during the wedding process. While my husband and I were engaged, we got hit with a lot of difficult, unexpected life events and often didn't have a lot of time or energy to spend on wedding planning. I believe that we would have had to put our wedding on hold if it weren't for the AFE team. However, thanks to their expertise, and assistance, we were still able to have our dream wedding! I have so many positive things to say about my experience with AFE that I couldn't possibly fit them all, but here are the highlights: - Right off the bat, I was impressed with their responsiveness and the time and thought they put into our discussions before we were even officially clients. This continued tenfold after we hired them-- they make you feel like you're their only client! - When it came to hiring vendors, Arielle made the process easy. Rather than having to worry about quality, I just had to check out her curated list and pick who best fit my budget and vibe. And, as a bonus, she was able to use her connections to get us access to a vendor we otherwise would not have been able to hire. - In terms of our design, my husband and I had some specifics in mind, but mostly just had a general idea of the vibe that we wanted the event to have. She and her team PERFECTLY translated our half-baked ideas into stunning designs that incorporated personal touches throughout. - She kept us on track with our task list. As I said before, my husband and I were hit with A LOT during our engagement. One thing I never had to worry about was whether or not I was forgetting about a task. Her gentle reminders and to-do lists minimized my stress and worry. - Her logistical planning is flawless. It wasn't until I saw the down-to-the-minute wedding day timeline that I realized just how much work she and her team were putting in behind the scenes (and how much work I didn't have to do) to make sure the wedding went smoothly. - The difference her team makes is noticeable to EVERYBODY. I'm at an age where my friends are starting to attend a lot of weddings, and I was told by multiple friends that mine was the best one so far. The AFE difference is so noticeable that I had someone ask for Arielle's information not just because the wedding was beautiful and fun, but also because of how impressed they were with their logistically flawless experience as a guest. I cannot stress enough how crucial Arielle and her team were to making our wedding day a success, and would 100% recommend them to any couple who is just beginning their wedding planning process.

  Arielle was beyond incredible every step of the way in this wedding journey! I am not exaggerating when I say there would have not have been a wedding without her. She made every single detail absolutely perfect and also very personal to me! It really felt like MY wedding with everything I could dream about. My favorite drink is a vodka redbull, and I’ll never forget when Arielle said “well how about we just make a whole redbull vodka bar?” And then she brought it to life even better than I imagined. Her experience in the industry is so apparent with the amazing vendor recommendations she would give, and I absolutely trusted her judgement on every rec. I can’t thank her enough for bringing my dreams to life and I cannot recommend her enough to everyone I know getting married!!!   Summer Wedding Heaven

  When I reached out to Arielle in August 2022 I was stressed and overwhelmed. Two months into planning I was drowning in form submissions, phone calls, emails, and proposals - I had decision fatigue and was in desperate need of direction. Arielle, serving as mom/therapist/planner calmed me instantly - not only did she have a clear plan in place, she had Kelly, who quickly became my hero.
  
  Kelly picked up where I had left off, and two weeks in I could breathe again! I felt back on track and was ready to get into the details. I started describing my vision of a summery, colorful, playful wedding, and when Kelly shared with me the design proposal it was as if she had known me for years. I had a clear idea of what I wanted, but I had no idea how Kelly would magnify my ideas and truly bring everything to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined.
  
  Kelly continued to impress me throughout the process, she took attention to detail to a whole new level and has expertise and connections in the wedding industry that are invaluable. She made herself available at all times, made multiple trips to the venue (even when I couldn’t be there), sourced amazing quality decor, and coordinated across all vendor teams. She is truly a magician and I do not know how she does it all.
  
  Everyone I spoke with in the weeks leading up to the wedding would ask me “are you nervous?” or “how are you so calm?” I simply answered… “Kelly”. Even on the wedding day one of my bridesmaids, Kristen, asked me “are you nervous now?” the answer was still no. I had so much confidence in Kelly, she knew exactly OUR vision, she had a thorough plan, and she made me feel totally calm and comfortable. And my trust in Kelly allowed me to fully enjoy the day with zero concern for anything going on in front of my eyes or behind the scenes. It was the greatest gift I could have asked for. I am forever grateful to the Arielle Fera Team for making the planning process stress-free and fun, and even more so for making my wedding the most beautiful, perfect day of my life.

  Mother-Of-The-Bride is Still Swooning!

  It wasn’t until the day before my daughter’s wedding that I put this thought into words: It does not do Arielle justice to say that she is worth her weight in gold because she is so adorably petite!
  
  Let’s just say we had a lot of moving parts. Guests from all corners of the country, including important family members with mobility issues. Concerns about accessibility. Worries about a partially outdoor cocktail hour and reception in a tent in July. The importance of fine food and drink. Coordinating a long day of transportation between multiple locations. A bride with a multi-faceted sense of style and a true love of fine paper.
  
  The bride and groom wanted a sophisticated and elegant event that would be relaxed and tons of fun, and that is what they got. The reception was at the beautiful Glen Foerd mansion on the Delaware River.
  There were personal aspects that were incorporated into the overall design that truly reflected the couple and what is important to them. Wax seals honoring the groom’s heritage, fresh herbs showing the couple’s love of cooking together, and the couple’s immediate families at the head table, just to name a few.
  
  Arielle had asked me if my husband and I wanted to be part of the tent reveal, and I hesitate because I wanted the couple to share a few moments alone at that time. She prodded a little, and we went in after them but before the guests were invited in. I am so very glad that we had the chance to admire the room as a whole, and every meticulous detail as well, because we would not have appreciated it as much when the room was bustling with lots of guests. It was just stunning, and the mood was perfect.
  
  Driving home the day after the wedding, I realized that I was smiling the whole way as I was dozing off!! I have not stopped swooning. Choosing AFE was the best decision we made. Thank you to Arielle and her team of lovely and talented ladies, Kelly, Marcie and Victoria, for everything you did-- everything we know about, and everything we had no idea you were doing. I am a very happy mother-of-the-bride!

  Working with Kelly was a dream to plan our wedding! She offered her support above and beyond the average wedding planning services. Wedding planning brings out of sorts of emotions and Kelly was there for us throughout the ride.   Perfection!

  After my husband and I got into the wedding planning process, we realized we needed some serious help! We were having trouble deciding how to make our wedding vision come to life and reached out to Arielle Fera Events. From the very first call they were wonderful to work with! Arielle was so helpful and transparent during our first call, and helped us pick the perfect package. We went with design package and it was one of the BEST decisions we made! Kelly was our designer, and she is a rockstar! Extremely professional is every way, but made the whole process SO much fun. I still can't get over how perfectly she captured our vision in the original lookbook and then made everything seamlessly come together on the wedding day. All of decor and florals were gorgeous and we were able to enjoy our big day because we had Kelly working on the details! My whole family was blown away by how perfectly the day went and by how beautiful everything looked. Kelly not only executed the perfect decor, but was there to hand me tissues right before I went down the aisle and have a tide stick ready when I spilled on my dress during cocktail hour. We will be forever grateful for the care and thought she put in to making our wedding look beautiful, but also for her support on our big day!

  I truly cannot find the words to express how amazing our experience with Arielle Fera events was. From the moment we had our first phone call with Arielle, she completely understood our vision and went above and beyond to plan, curate, and execute a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. From our initial conversation I knew I had to work with Arielle, she is so friendly, personable, positive and understood my vision! I worked with Arielle and Kelly on month of coordination and design execution for my October 2022 wedding. Our wedding had lots of moving parts, multiple locations, vendors, rain/hurricane contingency plans but Arielle handled it all with ease. She was able to execute a flawless event that our guests couldn't stop talking about. Arielle, Kelly & Christine transformed my lakefront country club into the most beautiful and romantic setup I've ever seen there and executed my vision flawlessly. Even better, my parents, husband and I were able to enjoy every single moment of the day and didn't have to worry about a thing because Arielle had everything handled!   Working with Arielle, Kelly and Christine was a dream come true. Kelly really made wedding planning fun and took so much of the stress associated with the whole process off my plate. The design and guest experience were the two most important things to me so hiring AFE to help me make those aspects flawless was a no brainer. Kelly thinks of so many beautiful and special little details that I would never have thought to include. In addition to perfecting the whole design prior to, Kelly is on-site the day of the wedding to make sure everything is set up exactly how you planned. We even had a somewhat significant hiccup during our venue walkthrough a few days before the wedding- Kelly and Christine took care of EVERYTHING including owning all comms with the venue and others to ensure everything would be perfect day-of. I truly don’t think I could have pulled it off without Kelly and Christine. Our wedding turned out absolutely stunning thanks to Kelly and the day went so smoothly thanks to Christine. Not only is the AFE team amazing at all things related to wedding execution, they are amazing women who are genuinely invested in your happiness as a couple. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to move forward with hiring AFE, just do it! It will be one of the best choices you’ll make in your wedding planning journey!   AMAZING Team - Hiring Arielle was the best decision!

  We hired Arielle and her team to take on month of coordination for our wedding this past April - I can't even begin to explain how amazing, helpful, and sweet Arielle and her team were! we truly could not have pulled off our wedding without them. From the start, Arielle was so personable and took the time to get to know me and my fiance and developed a great relationship with us. She was so responsive, professional, and always available for a phone call if I needed her.
  Once we hit the one month mark, Arielle and her team completely took over everything - contacting and coordinating all vendors, organizing decor for the reception, reminding me of remaining details to plan - their hard work helped my fiance and I relax and enjoy the time leading up to our Wedding.

  Vendors & Friends!

  I had the pleasure of working with Arielle Fera Events starting in the fall of 2019. When I approached Arielle via Instagram, I was looking for a modified version of services - month of or day of coordination. Arielle worked with me to customize our contract based upon what I was looking for and our budget. Arielle was super responsive, professional, transparent, and prompt throughout the initial contract process. Fast forward to the months approaching our September 2020 wedding and things changed due to the pandemic. Arielle and our coordinator, Christine, checked in with us regularly to touch base on our status. We decided to have a small ceremony in 2020 and push our full reception out to September 2021. I still wanted assistance with our small 2020 ceremony and Arielle worked with us again to customize based on our needs. Arielle was extremely fair and flexible considering the pandemic, allowing us to advance part of our contract/fees one year forward. I have heard so many stories from other COVID brides not getting money back or vendors not working with them to adjust their date. I am so thankful that this was not something we dealt with. For our 2020 ceremony, Christine didn't treat our abbreviated 27 person event any differently than a full blown wedding. She was professional, organized, responsive, and allowed us to fully enjoy our special day by taking care of all the logistical details. As I was planning for our 2021 reception, I decided that I really wanted some additional help with design elements in June of 2021 - only 3 months before the big day! AGAIN, Arielle Fera was able to make this happen for me! Thank goodness Kelly was available to help me with this - it made all the difference in making the setting special and beautiful. Arielle worked with me to customize an add on to our contract / services, and I had the pleasure of working with both Christine and Kelly in 2021. After the amount of time that I got to spend working with all three of these women, I truly feel like they are much more than vendors but they really feel like friends! Kelly was so supportive, kind, and enthusiastic throughout our entire design process. It felt like my wedding was the only one she was working on. I have zero creative skills and Kelly helped me to bring our venue to life even more with personal touches that looked gorgeous. Two of my favorite design aspects (hard to pick 2!) were the seating chart and the head table. Christine, again, did an incredible job with the coordination - my husband and I were so impressed with the timeline built in 15 minute increments! Christine was such a calming presence and really went above and beyond in helping resolve some of the hiccups we had to deal with last minute. Christine and Kelly were also there for all of our final venue walk throughs beforehand and Christine ran our rehearsal, which was great. I would 1000% recommend working with Arielle Fera Events. They are wonderful people, incredible at their jobs, have a vast network in the industry, and they are extremely professional women.

  The Best!!!

  We hired Arielle for our July 2021 wedding at the start of the pandemic, and it was the best decision we could have made. For sixteen months, Arielle was equal parts therapist, visionary, army general, and friend. There were points along the way when we weren’t sure our wedding could happen as we had hoped, but Arielle kept us calm and nursed us through the uncertainty. Meanwhile, she and her team (especially Kelly!) developed a stunning design plan for us, perfectly attuned to our whimsical taste and cleverly maximizing every penny of our budget. We’re both control freaks, but we were more than happy to cede control to Arielle, whom we’d confidently trust with our firstborn. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of—even when a power outage threatened to derail dinner and dancing. Arielle came to the rescue, and we all had the time of our lives, tremendous thunderstorm and all!

There were points along the way when we weren’t sure our wedding could happen as we had hoped, but Arielle kept us calm and nursed us through the uncertainty. Meanwhile, she and her team (especially Kelly!) developed a stunning design plan for us, perfectly attuned to our whimsical taste and cleverly maximizing every penny of our budget. We’re both control freaks, but we were more than happy to cede control to Arielle, whom we’d confidently trust with our firstborn. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of—even when a power outage threatened to derail dinner and dancing. Arielle came to the rescue, and we all had the time of our lives, tremendous thunderstorm and all!

  AMAZING! Made the day perfect!

  Arielle and team helped me with design for the wedding and then came on 6 weeks before the wedding, including day of. Starting from the beginning, she she was always available, super responsive, proactive and took action! She made the design process seamless - making sure that all vendors worked together and all aspects of the wedding tied together perfectly. She understood exactly what I wanted and brought it to life! I was a COVID bride, where we had to move our wedding date twice. Arielle was always there to help us through our options, walked us through best next steps and helped us stay ahead of and organized by always having a plan b. We were never stressed through the process because we were always ready for anything! Leading up to the wedding she took on the heavy lifting with all vendors, so we didn't have to do a thing. She was so organized and was always one step ahead. Day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about a thing. She went above and beyond with our florist to get creative the morning of our wedding as there were some left over flowers from a prior wedding. Everything about the our wedding turned out perfect - it was magical and beautiful! Her team took care of everything - so no one in my wedding party or family had to do a thing! I HIGHLY recommend working with Arielle - her attention to detail, design taste, and professionalism is amazing! All of my bridesmaids loved her day of as well!!!   12/10 recommend saying "I do" to AFE!!!

  AFE exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot say enough great things about Arielle and her team. I was not the bride that envisioned my wedding as a little girl, so when Arielle and I first met to talk about design I didn’t exactly give her much to work with because I didn’t know what I wanted. I trusted Arielle 100% and gave her free design reigns. When she came back to me with her design plan and aesthetic, I was blown away. Besides being a design extraordinaire, Arielle and her team planned my wedding during the pandemic! It is not easy to plan for a big event with so many unknowns, but that didn’t matter because AFE is so organized that we had a plan for every scenario and possible COVID restriction. The one thing I remember about planning a wedding during COVID, was Arielle’s positive attitude and her presence. During every phone call I had with Arielle, she ALWAYS would say “you know what we’re going to make it work and it’s going to be the best, most beautiful day of your life regardless.” She was always there for me no matter the day or time. I would talk to her at 8 pm on a Friday or 8 am on a Sunday. When working with AFE you truly are never alone in your planning process.
  
  The wedding itself was flawless. I did not have one thought about any wedding related detail on the day of because Arielle, Kelly, and Christine were two steps ahead of everything. We received so many compliments on the tables and design of the wedding. Our families were also blown away by Arielle and her team’s execution on wedding day (and if my mother is speechless that’s a BIG). AFE had the most upbeat, positive, prepared, organized, classy presence throughout the entire day. They even wore fanny packs that reminded me of Mary Poppin’s bag because they pack had everything under the sun. If you needed it, they had it and would whip out whatever you requested.
  
  Arielle Fera Events sets the bar so high. They truly are the best of the best. They genuinely care about designing and planning a wedding that the bride & groom desire. AFE is there for you 120% and I am truly grateful, honored, and blessed I got to know them throughout the wedding planning process & experience.

  Arielle is more than a wedding planner - she's a bride's best friend!

  Let me start out by saying, I never really understood why people always say planning a wedding is so stressful....
  
  My husband and I set our wedding date for August 29, 2020. Little did we know when we chose this date back in 2019, we would be faced with a major pandemic. That aside, we had a big vision for our wedding with many moving parts and we knew we needed some extra help orchestrating a timeline. I interviewed several planners in the NY/NJ/PA area but didn’t really connect with any of them.
  
  During our initial phone call with Arielle, she took the time to get to know each of us as a person, as a couple, and what our vision was for our wedding day. I could tell from that moment that Arielle was a genuine person who we could trust to put together a great timeline for our wedding day; but what we got was so much more. She truly went above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure our special day was perfect.
  
  Anytime I needed advice, Arielle made herself available to chat. My work schedule can be hectic, but she always found time to hear me out. About 8 months out from the wedding, my now husband and I decided it was time to part ways with another vendor we hired due to a communication disconnect. This was a very stressful time for us, but thankfully we had Arielle to turn to. She remained completely professional and put her clients’ needs first. She provided an introduction to a vendor who we determined was better suited to our needs. This was the first of many times we thanked goodness that we had Arielle on our side.
  
  As the big day approached, and the restrictions due to the pandemic were putting some strain on our plans, Arielle was there to listen to me vent about the stress of having a wedding during COVID-19. She not only listened, but provided support and feedback; we knew that we did not want to change our date, so Arielle helped us develop a plan A, B and C!
  
  When we had our first in person meeting with Arielle and Kelly about 12 weeks before the wedding, it was hard to believe it was the first time meeting these ladies! It felt like we were meeting with old friends. They made the planning process so seamless and after we met, I could feel the weight of the world being lifted from my shoulders.
  
  Arielle is definitely someone who is serious about her business and you can see that in the way she puts her clients first. As anticipated, the day of the wedding had a lot of moving parts: getting ready, first look, beach ceremony, departure by boat after the ceremony, cocktail hour, tented reception on the boardwalk with rented table settings, champagne wall, various stationary (ceremony programs, place cards, menus, signage, custom masks and cocktail napkins, flip flops), a 4-tiered cake for an outdoor wedding in August, magician, comedian, waterski show, live band, speeches, first dances – all of this was perfectly executed, absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t have done it without her.
  
  Now that I am married, I definitely understand why planning a wedding can be stressful, but with Arielle Fera, it doesn’t have to be! I recommend her wholeheartedly and know that if she could help make my 2020 wedding perfect, she can do anything!
